• Hannah (7/5): - Large spacious rooms at a very good rate and good facilities like gym, pool etc. had a nice view of petronas towers Took me 1.5 hours to check in as the lock wasn’t working and the staff member at check in desk laughed and told me to try it again. Was quite rude and it was a stressful situation. The pillows are rock hard I woke up often with neck pain. Added charges that come after such as having to pay for things that I hadn’t ruined, just be careful with that

Way over rated, elevators are not working, so people have to be squeezed in 3 elevators, we had to wait almost 30 mins to exit the building. Room ac was not working, so room was very hot, though 1 of the staff, paula tried to send in technician that couldn’t fix the ac and there was no room available to move in so overall wasn’t a pleasant experience.

The entrance and hallway or expect inside the apartment, rest of the area was not clean rather a bit dirty. There are lots of middle man approaching for renting out their apartment (or someone's apartment they are managing) which were not so general in approach or offered, which offended our family members. Only one toilet for 2 bedroom apartment.

• Adeline (7/5): Il y a beaucoup mieux à Kuala Lumpur - Bâtiment sécurisé Appart bien décoré WiFi dans l'appartement Netflix/prime/YouTube disponibles (quand la télécommande fonctionne) Ustensiles de cuisines, plaque, bouilloire, grands lits confortables Nombre de rouleau de papier toilette assez suffisant Plusieurs petits tapis pour les pieds Supérettes et restos en bas du bâtiment Des cafards se baladent dans l'appartement Les n° d'appartements portent à confusion Chasse aux trésor pour trouver les clés de l'appartement puis ouvrir la porte Il aurait fallu envoyer les PDF d'instructions AVANT l'arrivée et pas après La porte d'entrée est trop petite pour le cadre de la porte, de ce fait il y a 2-3cm ouverts en haut de la porte et elle s'ouvre et se ferme difficilement. Digicode de l'entrée qui fonctionne mal. Ils sont venus changer les piles du Digicode un matin. Comment on le sait ? Car ils ont laissé la pile usagée par terre Le prolongement du mur côté porte est mal raccordé au mur principal. L'appartement ne fait pas 51m2 comme mentionné dans l'annonce. Mal insonorisé Pas de réception et Cobnb joignable que par whatsapp Quand vous les sollicitez sur whatsapp, vous avez plusieurs messages automatiques avant que quelqu'un ne vous réponde et checke votre situation. Ils ne savent faire que ca. Ça et vous harceler quand il y a des situations à gérer. Ils oublient qu'on est des touristes et qu'on n'est pas 24h/24 dans l'appartement (on réserve des activités, on planifie des visites, etc.). Ils fixent des rdv en pleine journée qu'ils ne respectent pas. Ils ne savent que s'excuser. J'ai perdu 1 journée à les attendre. Toutes les heures ils reportaient le rdv Manque un miroir dans le salon ou la chambre Pas d'endroit pour laisser ses bagages Pas possible de profiter de la piscine après avoir rendu les clés. Si vous avez un vol en soirée, vous êtes obligés de trimballer vos valises toute la journée L'appartement manque de placard, de rangement, de quelque chose pour poser la valise, pour accrocher les vestes/ranger les vêtement. Manque un balai Porte de meuble cuisine mal monté : la porte est dévissée Éponge pour faire la vaisselle qui a déjà du vécu à l'arrivée. Elle est abîmée, sale.

• Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - I booked trion residence in a state of emergency and panic as i had to get out of the first place i booked for my stay. They replied so quickly and made arrangements for me to go almost within 1 hour. Check in process was so smooth. Its contactless yet so effective. Everything youll need to know is written and sent to you. Instant whatsapp communication with the team. The security guards are so nice. The room was v comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean with all the facilities i needed. The location of the building is very good too since right down are cafés and shops. It was very safe and very convenient. I would def recommend everyone to choose trion residence and i will def stay here on my next visit as well.

• Nixon (10/5): Rigid policy overshadowed a decent stay - Overall, enjoyable. The unit itself met expectations—it was clean, modern, and exactly what you'd expect from cobnb. The support team deserves praise for their friendliness, patience, and willingness to assist. Unfortunately, the check-in process had some avoidable delays. Even with systems and templates in place, execution still relied heavily on guest feedback to resolve things. Not a fault of the support staff, who were doing their best—but the backend process needs refinement to match the standard of the stay. Also, a genuine booking mistake met with a rigid "no" and no case-by-case review. Would’ve had more positive feelings about the company if some leniency or goodwill was shown. Just my two cents as a new guest.
