• Shuyun (8/5): Would stay here again - 2nd time staying. Stayed in normal queen bed room this time. Host very responsive as usual 👍🏻 hot/cold water provided from dispenser. Room very clean. As some others have pointed out, the security alarm beeps regularly and can be quite loud. If you are sensitive to these do take note.

Pillows were lumpy. Sofa cushions sunken. Coffee table laminate peeling. Please replace. Would also be nice if there are wall hooks in the bathroom.

No parking (u need to park outside of house), house is so so, quite expensive for such a simple room, not soundproof (u could hear people from outside, esp my room near the road), quite difficult to find place to eat, most of it is not muslim friendly. Must be clear to guests ahead of t - Close to Mid Valley Very loud and annoying beeping sound in the hallway, I texted staff who told me it was CCTV and this normal but it certainly didn’t sound normal, kept beeping every minute, became extremely difficult to sleep, had to request a room for bottom floor but even then it could be heard. I’m just thankful I was there only one night. None of the staff came to check on it, only told me someone would come sometime during the weekday and I could put a “cloth” on it (??) which I also tried but didn’t do much. Felt like my concerns were trivialized a bit. Also hair dryer was a bit faulty. Tbh while this was cheap, not worth what we had to go through.

After contacting owner change a new room for us but at the day after, a loud knocking at the early morning, it’s the aircon service crew. They tell me that the owner instructed them to come to our room to do servicing. It had greatly impact our sleep and comfortability . The owner gave them wrong room number. The owner really is day dreaming

• jmsacapano (8/5): - Repeated stay. No frills. Easy comms. Value for money. During my most recent stay, the a/c started making loud noises in the middle of the night. Had to turn it off to get some sleep. Hope they get that fixed.

There was an Indian security guard who kind of come and go, he also directed us where to park our car outside the house. The heater and water pressure was good. Aircon was cold. The family room is big with a living room and 2 queen size beds. The towels were thin and dated, the bed sheet has some yellow stain, the sliding door in our room was mis-aligned. We spotted a spider on the bed. Host was at times took some time to reply and require us to put a deposit via bank transfer immediately before giving us the pass codes to the home. However, the refund was only return hours later after checking out, reason is that the cleaners have to assess the place and clean up, before deposit is refunded.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it’s not far from the main road, and if you walk a bit further, there are many food stalls and shops The bed is a bit hard, but it’s still okay
