• Isammudin (7/5): Family of 9. - - Walking distance to The Midvalley Mall (Thoes enjoy walking, no shelter if rain or sunny but with walking pathway, not suitable with young children). - Nearby (by car) Halal food. - Haslefree check-in (if familiar with apartment check-in) and checkout. - Information of check-in was detailed. - Helpful and friendly staff that are working in the area. - Air-conditioning and celling fans available in all rooms. - Washing machine in good working condition. - Enough sleeping item for family of 9. - Clean and maintained area at the swimming pool area. - High floor (level 23). - Nice view of The Midvalley Mall. - Big living room and sleeping room. - Coner unit. It's not that great but acceptable for the location and facilities. I'm keen to come again if the feedback has been taken into consideration. - No shelter if walking to The Midvalley Mall. - No shuttle service to Mall. - No Halal food at the location, need to drive out. - Need to update the check-in procedures video. Petscontrol matter - Ants around the kitchen area once placed on the kitchen top. - Ants start to gather around the rubbish bin area. - Ants start to go master bedroom door. Rubbish bin area (main) - Did not mention or no sign to throw rubbish Master bedroom - No spray head for the toilet bidet. - Toilet floor will be wet and slippery after using the shower. - Blind faulty. - Could fixed control water heater (to control higher or lower temperature). Basic toilet amenities - No toilet amenities accept soaps. Shoes - No shoe rack. Fridge - Non freezer is not cold enough after adjusting. Dusty - Stovehood area and compartment that seldom been used. Vibes - Old and unmaintained furniture (bed frame, kitchen area). Pillow - Too hard.
• Ban-seng (8/5): Very good - Functional. Will stay again if we need a 3 bedroom apartment. A bit of a walk to MidValley Southkey especially when it's raining....
• Wong (9/5): The apartment exceed my expectations. - The location was good to travel around. Be it KSL or mount Austin . There are coffee shop beside the condo which there are many food options you chose from . I like the wanton mee so much !! The apartment was very clean. Since there isn’t any supermarket or 7-11 around the premises. I suggest that a welcome drink of few bottles of mineral water and instant coffee will be good for us.

• Angela (8/5): Comfortable - spacious rooms , convenient location, comfortable space suitable for family and group of friends . Easy and clear check in check out process. Security of place seems ok! Food options nearby and walkable distance to mall If have to nitpick then maybe pillows
• Celine (9/5): Superb - Decor was cozy and clean. Bath tub was great! Island concept kitchen was good. cozy place for kids. Alot of mattresses to shift around. My kids slept in the living room and has fun. Mattresses not very good but ok la for short stay!

• Medeline (9/5): Enjoyable stay, willl return again! - Around 10 mins drive from CIQ and located next to Midvalley Southkey Mall (upon exit apartment, left turn to find entry through carpark Zone 1). Gated condo. Going past guardhouse barrier and taking lift to unit, both uses access card. Feels safe. Apartment is clean and spacious. Fits our family of 8. Baby friendly with high child provided. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back again next time!
• Alice (10/5): Excellent location and clean unit - The location is excellent. Chill & Chill room is clean, cosy and comfortable. It’s suitable for big family of 6. Southkey mega mall just a stone away, few mins walk. Security is good. Swimming pool & gym facilities are available. Will recommend it and going back to stay. Value for $ too for 3 bedroom. Owner is responsive and furnished with clear instruction for check-in/out. Nil
• Bee (9/5): Great place for family to stay. - Location is great ... near shopping mall ... Out from busy city area, quiet and good security. Nice place to stay, great for family. Consider troublesome for keys collection, but overall process is smooth. Think TV model and setup box is too old, not able to watch Netflix. Mattress not as comfortable. Good if have a dryer.
• Nur (7/5): Good stay for big families. value for money - Location. Walking distance to southkey mid valley mall Pillows and bed were a bit uncomfortable and itchy
