• Míka (10/5): Nice small appartement, sufficient for 2 adults and a kid. Very well equiped. - It is close to the metro station and to the shopping center. Just walking distance.

• Rachel (10/5): Fantastic - it was a little bolt hole in a big city - The apartment was very well located - and easy to find with the videos sent by the host. Felt safe and secure. Clean with everything thought off. Well equipped kitchen and great shower. It was like home-from-home. Communication from Matteo was brilliant. Just 10 mins walk was the major shopping centre with everything! It was a hot few days in Milan - the apartment was quite warm despite the air con.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location with the Duomo a 30 minute walk, and the CityLife shopping center a 5 minute walk where the metro is also available. The host is incredibly helpful and kind and answered all our queries promptly. The apartment was modern and well decorated and the facilities were great.
• Farid (7/5): It is recommended for one night stay two persons maximum. - In a calm area accessible by car outside the ZTL, the unit is decent nicely furnished , just good for overnight sleep. It is on ground floor, you can hear the passenger from window, have to close curtains. The car park was not in the property as claimed on booking, but across the street (4 to 5 00m away) and it does not open 24 as mentioned via messages .

• Gözde (1/5): Unprofessional, scammy, I dont recommend - The place was not as good as pictures. There was mold on the bathroom window, trash bin was broken and the bathroom finishing looked like it was not done by a professional, which didnt feel quality. The bigher problem was that on the arrival day someone wrote me without a full name and any other confirmable information on Whatsapp and asked my id picture and sent me a link to click on to pay the city tax. This is highly problematic in terms of protection of data and feels scammy. I have explained the person that I wont send my Id to anyone on whatsapp. He then sent me a message on booking.com asking again that I send my id to his personal Emailadress. I have tried to avoid sending my personal documents, I have offered to show my Id in person, even called booking.com support, they have confirmed that I should not send my id pic, but they couldnt offer a solution either. After negotiating for 1 hour waiting to enter the building and the person from Whatsapp saying "either you send me your id or you dont enter" I have decided to send it, just not to wait many more hours more without a solution. I felt really uncomfortable about this. I am sad that I had this experience, I particularly wanted to book a nice place since this was my first travel for my new business I am developing and the check in ruined it for me.

• Lena (10/5): Great little apartment in a nice area - Quiet and nice neighbourhood. Metro and supermarket are 10 min away. Close to City life mall. Apartment has all kitchen equipment, and Wifi with hi-speed connection. A kitchen towel and a small bottle of liquid detergent would be a plus.
• Christian (2/5): Very poor - The apartment was very modern, new and clean. Nearby there were opportunities for shopping. The reception of the key on the arrival day was a real problem which I luckiliy never experienced before when using booking.com. I had to wait more than 1 hour. The apartment manager short before the arrival time only informed me about a delay by one hour. At that time I was already at the apartment. After that one hour delay there were another 20 minutes delay. The apartment manager in the communication suddenly switched from English to Italian which made the communication more complicated for me being an international guest. In the apartment there was no toilet paper and soap. In the kitchen there was not yet any cup, spoon or plates or dishes.
