- Alison (8/5): - The apartment was overall clean & tidy. It had everything we needed for an extended stay - washing machine & dryer, laundry detergent, clothes airer & other laundry items, kitchen items & good size fridge, nice sitting area outside on the balcony. Parking included was very helpful especially for a long stay. Good location, west side of the city, trams straight outside, Coles supermarket & discount shopping outlets across the road, Southern Cross train station less than 5 minute walk.
An enjoyable stay, could have said perfect if the beds were better. Quite small beds when you're used to a queen size, they were only double beds. The beds were also way too soft & even sagged just when you sat down, the only thing that lets this apartment down, especially for a long stay. The glass around the balcony & the windows & doors outside could do with a deep clean. The air conditioning filter needs a clean. Fake indoor plants to have some greenery are nice, but looked a bit tacky as they were dusty.
- Selvia (8/5): Overall.. it's a nice staying in Melbourne CBD !! - Location is very strategic, closed to stations, supermarkets and eating places. It has a swimming pool and gym facilities. It has a car park but we didn't use it. The place is quite clean and modern with one free cleaning in the middle of our stay as we're staying more than a week. The balcony is huge and has beautiful outdoor seating. The amenities supplies in bathroom and kitchen are complete enough for a holiday stay. It has a washing machine and a dryer to wash clothes which is helpful for long stay. The host is quite responsive. The instructions for everything is very clear. We thought the aircon (which can be reversed as a heater) is centralized or at least in every bedroom if not centralized. But our property only has one aircon in the living room. It was quite cold at night time when we were in Melbourne and we would love to have aircon heated in our bedroom but there wasn't.
The bed size in the master bedroom is quite small (double size). Would love it better if maybe queen or king size for the master bedroom.
The WIFI was not quite stable. One day can be fast but most days were super slow. Might need to change the better internet provider.
- Aristea (9/5): A wonderfully spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, close to lots of public transport options. - A spacious. modern, and very clean apartment, located close to Southern Cross Station and several tram and bus stops. The included free parking was very helpful as local parking options are limited and expensive. The kitchen had the bare minimum of utensils, which meant that we had to hand-wash items between dishwasher cycles. This was the only minor inconvenience - everything else was great.
