• Carolyn (2/5): We should’ve not had to go thought so much with getting another room. The air conditioner was leaking and the room smell - It could have been cleaner .And the air should’ve work better.
• Sabatini (1/5): Bad - We never accessed the apartment, he stole 2 deposits from us, he’s a scammer. We had to rent another apartment somewhere else. He stole our reservations and payment for the apartment
• Engineerz (1/5): Worst Experience ever - Only the location Any other things except the location was really bad, starting from the accommodation which was very outdated and in very bad condition. Smell of smoke & weed filled all over the place. Just imagine you walk into the hotel with your kids and the lobby with corridors are full of weed smell. AC just decided not to cool, so we stayed couple of days without AC, if you ask for assistance, just forget it. Water supply stopped couple of hours. Drawers were damaged and open by itself. Front desk will not give you any support because we booked via different owner of apartment. Not to forget the worst guest service I have ever seen. TO BE HONEST, I CAN NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
• Almor (6/5): Not the best looking but for price and location it’s not bad - It was close to the parks for Universal and to restaurants. The laundry room is nice to have 24/7 It’s an old facility may be hasn’t changed from the 80s and 90s. There is no cleaning service. You will leave your trash outside your room for pick up with a certain time. But this makes the hallway smell not too favorable. The phones in the room are not connected so to contact the front desk you need to go down in person or call the 3rd party who is in charge of the property.
• Thiago (1/5): Worst hotel ever - Everything wad horrible. I took 3hs to get in the room because the link for security payment never worked. Its a third party company that runs some apartments in this Hotel. So be careful when doing your reservation. The room was not cleaned at all and i stayed for 8days there… overall its very very bad. 0 grade for this place. Everything wad horrible.
