• Sophie (10/5): Central to the CBD and close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Amazing views - The apartment was very close to the CBD and central to a lot of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. The view from the floor we were on was amazing. The tram stop was right outside.

• Natalie (9/5): Stunning! - The home has a stunning view over Melbourne. We felt like a lot of care and attention was given to help it feel welcoming from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were given clear, easy instructions to collect the keys. The host communicated well and was very quick to resolve a small issue we had. Would recommend :)

There are 2 lifts. One was constantly out of order. We were on the 59th floor so there was a wait and a queue at times which was frustrating.
• Angela (9/5): High in the clouds - The apartment was very very high with amazing views. The beds were very comfy, shower was good and roomy. Internet was good. Room was very clean and smelt nice. It was so close to Southern Cross station, casino, and all trams. Great location. We had a very windy night, and the beams creaked loudly with the movement of the wind. But the other 2 nights were ok.

• mick (5/5): Wouldn’t book again . - Considering it was described as a luxury apartment, it was small and expensive Too small, lift didn’t want to open one occasion , bags not able to be left and basically overpriced . Now staying in a 2 bedroom apartment, larger and $100 cheaper !!

• Stephanie (10/5): Beautiful apartment with spectacular views - Perfect location, spectacular views and beautifully presented apartment A bit tricky to find the car park- and we were confused as to where to find the second lot of lifts. Once we worked it out we were fine.

• Hye Jin (9/5): - An amazing high-rise apartment with a great view of the city. We felt very safe during our stay thanks to both the location and multiple security check points. The kitchen was also fully equipped and the rooms have comfortable beds with a view of Melbourne city. The apartment also has a spa and sauna that we enjoyed.
• karen (10/5): Good for an over night stay. - Great location, super comfy beds and pillows. Good kitchen ware, coffee pod machine a bonus. The kitchen drain has a terrible odour that emanated through out the apartment. A 3 seater couch would make it much more comfortable and there is the space for it, or at least an occasional chair.

• Kathy (9/5): Great 2 nights stay - Nice touch with some Christmas decorations , Fantastic view from balcony & rooms . Great location, many restaurants close by. Parking 🅿️ was easy . Nothing not to like.

Suggest slightly clearer instructions on where carpark is (it is not marked as "rear of 568 Collins"). Also need to pickup key first to open carpark, but bit difficult if you need to park car, then go get key, then return to enter carpark.

When I went to the address given on booking I walked into a reception area and they didn’t not have my booking . Long story short I finally got in contact with hotel number provided I was told to pick keys up from convenience store under the hotel with a code from my booking to be able to get the keys . Other than that room was awesome

Able to get warm water from kitchen and bathroom sinks but shower was unusable. No bottle of wine provided in apartment. This was stated as being an inclusion when booking. Messaged owner/manager with these issues after booking with no response after 2 days prior to posting this review. Pleasant enough apartment but would look elsewhere in the future.

Trams out the front and variety of foods available walking distance. My daughter and I attended Beetlejuice at The Regent Theatre and everything we needed was all around the same area so perfect accommodation for us and we had our own room which is a bonus with an 18yr old

The apartment was cold due to wind entering through the gaps in the doors and windows. No additional blankets available for beds. Pillows were lumpy and very soft/ cheap. Doonas were light weight and not warm enough for winter. Mattress in main bedroom had large divot in it. Advertised as coffee pods available with x1 pod and x1 long life milk enough for one cup only provided. No conditioner in bathroom.

• Melven (6/5): Seriously.. the room was meh only..! - The view was the nicest as we stayed quite a hard floor. Cooking was easy. The location was accessible. Picture seen was totally different from actual. A total of 2 rooms but only having 1 Aircon in the living room to vent and air the whole entire living room + 2 rooms. Even though there is a fan in the room, it defeats the purpose. Image it's summer time... Luckily we went during the cooling period. But nonetheless, the whole night was tossing and turning feeling stuffy still. Not to mention the bed was super soft and that makes it uncomfortable to sleep too. my wife and my friends felt the same too. Further we have to share 1 toilet for all..

Amazing view. Easy of check in and great security. Would definitely stay again Couldn’t work out how to use the dryer with the washer/dryer but washer part was super easy to use. Lifts felt but dodgy all borders up but that’s not the apartments fault

• Leigh (4/5): Disappointed by lack of service , coffee machine didn’t work but the room was beautiful - The view and the location Collecting of keys was not helpful and couldn’t leave luggage even though I had spoke with the owner to do so Coffee machine didn’t work because it needed descaling Only had green tea on offer no other tea or instant coffee provisions Wasn’t aware the building was not a hotel apartment only but a shared complex with a variety of different people and dogs
