• Amy (5/5): Basic accommodation, but unbeatable location. - The location of the property was wonderful - very quiet and only a short walk down the street to Little Cove beach, and Hastings Street. A spacious apartment with air conditioning in the bedrooms Green + leafy surroundings I understand it's always tricky with holiday rentals like this as they are rarely perfect in all aspects, but I feel it's worth mentioning the cleaning: The apartment was cleaned prior to my arrival, but unfortunately it was to a very low standard. Smelly food scraps were left in the dishwasher filter, spills and smells inside the microwave, grime inside the bathroom cupboards, hair in the bathroom etc. The utensils, pots and pans were filthy and needed to be washed by hand before they could be used. I contacted the property manager who was great and responded immediately to inform me that the cleaner will return to the property the next day to clean, however they appear to have only cleaned the dishwasher and microwave. The rest of the issues I had mentioned remained unresolved. I ended up eating out most nights because everything in the kitchen felt a bit grimey. - Unfortunately the pool + pool area needs some cleaning and maintenance. The bottom of the pool needs a good scrub. - The couch had a very strong chemical odour, as if it had been cleaned with something. You can smell it immediately whenever you walk into the apartment.
• Mike (7/5): Lovely property and facilities and location. One or two niggles as mentioned above. - Key box code incorrect. Welcome instructions "hidden" from view. This included wifi. Limited dish washer powder.
• Trevor (8/5): Great apartment, needs better cleaning. - Short (although up a steep hill) walk to the beach and Hastings Street restaurants. Spacious rooms and handy welcome pack. Great bathrooms, looking almost new. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole place wasn’t very clean; we had to clean the microwave inside and out and door handles, light switches etc were grubby. Despite booking a twin room we had to erect and fit the cot bed. Parking wasn’t available because the owner had parked their car in our bay for the duration of our stay. The pool is very small and not great condition.

• Karen (8/5): Good to be back in Noosa. - Deeply easy to check in - no problems at all - great instructions. The WiFi was patchy. Three of our group were trying to revise for exams so this was pretty tough! As the credit card didn't work initially (bank issue - not a balance issue) so the property cancelled our booking and we had to rebook. This cost us £400 more as we had to rebook on the same day online vs via the booking.com App. Just a heads-up for anyone who books/rebooks via booking.com -- they charge more online vs the app - a lot more.

Thank you - The location was perfect The property was in perfect location, walking to the beach and Hasting Street only issue we had was the light above the door up the stairs on the outside didn’t work and we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. Could’ve been the operator though me
• Grinsted (10/5): excellent - The location was great, my only suggestion would be that it's not an appropriate place of you are disabled in any way as the walk up the hill is challenging. next time I would book the bottom apartments, as my husband couldn't do the stairs.
