• Daniel (8/5): Good for few nights - Location suited our needs perfectly, Had everything we needed, including decent block out curtains to keep light out. Couldnt find any apartment temperature control which made rooms very warm to sleep comfortably.

The free parking facility was awesome and the size of the apartment was very good too. The balcony was nice and the full size windows are always pleasant. Would recommend and will visit again when I have the chance - it was very comfortable! Various noises outside at hight, from revving cars and noisy people but not all the time. I had a long stay and I saw more than usual. The ventilation is quite poor unless you widely open windows. The AC device is super loud. The fan in the bathroom is exceptionally loud. Shower tiles are stained and look dirty and quite a few places where it could do with some extra dusting.
• Nikolasi (10/5): Great value for what you pay - Nice and secure. Also spacious. Close to supermarket / convenient stores. Good for groups of people. I loved everything about the apartment & the balcony was a bonus! Not really short walking distance to the CBD especially on a hot day in business attire, but good transport options are available which is okay.

Parkovanie priamo v podzemnej garáži. Kľúče sme si vyzdivhli až neskoro večer v neďalekom supermarkete, všetko prebehlo rýchlo a bez problémov.
• Matthew (6/5): Was enough for 1 night, wouldn’t book any longer - Location was easy to get to and great spot. It felt very uncomfortable when walking into the apartment it was warm and then noticing that there was only a portable air conditioner in the lounge room wasn’t very pleasant. If it was a very very warm day this apartment would get hot and uncomfortable, there was only a portable fan in 1 of the rooms. There was some dust on the lights and clutter on the balcony. Overall it served us for 1 night. I wouldn’t personally book here again.

• Shelley (9/5): We had a wonderful time - Location was amazing - close to stadium, cafes and trams. Facilities were great. Flat was clean and well appointed. Check-in and out was easy Pillows were not comfortable.

Very close to Marvel stadium and good restaurants and cafes. The balcony was extra big and living/dining areas very good size.. Owner was inflexible re date changes and only one key between 3 adults. Main bedroom was relatively small.
• Taufek (8/5): Worth a Stay! - The apartment is indeed spacious and homely, good enough for family of 4. Kitchen was complete with washer and dryer. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful when we had a situation. Location was 7 minutes to Cross Street Train Station and also near a free tram zone. Fully halal Turkish cafe was nearby about 300 meters away. Not a big issue but toilet was reeking of urine. Good to have extra pillows for all the beds.

• Meagan (7/5): Great location, clean and tidy, everything we needed. - Great location to marvel stadium, trams and city. Everything you need in an apartment for a family vacation. Communication was a little odd. I don’t have the app, nor do I want the bookings app on my phone so I relied on the emails. In previous emails I had an accepted entry time of 1-3pm but didn’t receive a lock box PIN code email. I called for the number around 3pm and received a bit of an abrupt response when I asked for the code. We returned the key to the lock box at 10am when we left the apartment but realised later I had another email at 9:43am saying keep the key in the room, unfortunately I didn’t see this as I’m not constantly looking at emails especially when I’m packing up to leave. I think communication needs to be upfront either the day before or first thing in the morning and easy to follow.

Only has a portable air con in Loungeroom and only 1 room window opened, so was slightly stuffy and hot in bedrooms at night. Floors needed a good vacuum under furniture and good scrub of the bathroom floor

Would’ve liked a fan but again nitpicking as it didn’t deter our comfort that much. We must’ve stayed at a much warmer time than usual for Melbourne’s typical cool weather (1st week December)

• Tammy (6/5): Lovely unit but comfort lacking - Central location, off street parking, in free tram zone, interior decorations very homely, washing machine and dryer very handy, dishwasher convenient, streaming TV services, warm, and pretty cups. The hosts have tried hard to create an inviting environment. The whole building (foyer, elevators, hallways) and the unit reeked of stall cooking smells. It had permeated everything so all the bed and bathroom linen stunk, nothing smelt clean or fresh. Even after airing out the apartment, everything still smelt and we had to keep our suitcases zipped up so the smell wouldn't get into all our clothes and personal belongings. Not only did the bathroom towels stink but they did not absorb water very well so even after you had "dried" yourself after a shower, you were still wet. The beds were very uncomfortable with very cheap doonas and pillows that had no head support.
• Zeemo1974 (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious and comfortable with complete amenities. The central location is convenient as it is within walking distance to the Southern cross station and free tram services are all around. Groceries shopping is a breeze with close proximities to convenience store. The dust/particles under the queen size bed in the main bedroom. I think it is just an oversight by the cleaner because of limited access, but better to get it cleaned. Other than that, I do not have any grouses with the place.

The rooms were perfect for our needs, and the amenities were adequate. Didn't like that there was no door on the shower, and the towels were not very absorbent. Also, the instructions were not clear about the elevator from the carpark.

A special thank you for the host, with just a phone call he arranged two new heating unit at the property. Overall, easy and cooperative host with ample of facility in the unit from kitchen to bathroom. Located at perfect spot near dock area. Special care towards the washing units could have been a 5 star rating for this property.

Excellent detailed instructions on key pick up. All mattresses were very hard. Make sure you lock the front door, it’s automated and didn’t realize we weren’t locking it properly.

• Sam (6/5): Great location, spacious apartment, horrible bed. - Great location and spacious apartment The process to get the keys was somewhat inconvenient. The double bed was absolutely the worst bed I've ever slept in, it was so hard I couldn't sleep and woke up with an extremely sore back. Also the lack of air-flow was suffocating, it got so hot in the main room but no fan, only 1 small window to open, which didn't let in enough fresh air and let in all the street noise. Unfortunately the sleeping arrangements made for a very unpleasant experience.
• Cezar (7/5): Overall very good stay. - Great location: tram stop and supermarkets short walk away. View of water from balcony and Netflix for entertainment. Beautiful bathroom. Quiet location. The private car park was the main reason I chose this place. The double bed was very uncomfortable and I would wake up with a sore back. I dreaded getting into bed after the first night. The bed base was wider than the top mattress, causing you to sleep towards the middle of the bed so you don't slide off. The air conditioner operates by putting a tube through an open door. This means in order to have cool air you need to keep the balcony door open so the air conditioning can operate. I had mosquitoes and a couple of flies come in during the stay. Lastly, the living room curtains do not fully cover the length of the living room wall, which means it cannot stop curious eyes from looking, especially at night. These are simple fixes that are not too expensive to remediate. I would come back if I knew these issues have been addressed.

The host was easily accessible and v prompt with responses. the unit is decorated eclectically and has all the essential crockery, cutlery and cooking facilities. One thing that can be improved is installation of ceiling fans & split or window aircon. Although the unit has a portable aircon, however as it requires the hot air to be expelled somewhere therefore at night it needs to be turned off unless you leave the balcony door open or just let the hot air in the unit itself. The bedrooms have no fans as well
