• Tim (9/5): Comfortable, well-located apartment - Spacious apartment in an excellent location. Comfortable beds. Shower was a little temperamental until you got used to it. When we arrived the lift was broken and we were on the 4th floor, but it was fixed by the time we came back from our evening out
• Susan (7/5): Apartment in good location but wouldn’t stay again due to issues with noise. - Great location close to underground station at Stratford & ABBA arena. Apartment is located above a pub which was noisy with a number of altercations outside which affected sleep. No mirror in one of the bedrooms which meant drying hair/applying make up in living room which isn’t ideal.

Está a cinco minutos de la estación Stratford si cruzas por el centro comercial (donde Mcdonalds). Un supermercado Morrisons enorme, casi en frente y muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Está muy bien comunicado ya que es una estación grande, y el precio es bueno. La calefacción funciona muy bien y el agua caliente también. Solo había un trapo de cocina. Anuncian una secadora y no hay. Solo hay un tendedero. Anuncian cafetera y tampoco hay. Hay mucho ruido los viernes y sábado por el bar de debajo, aunque a nosotros no nos molestó demasiado porque somos de buen dormir. La wifi funciona regular y el mando de la tele no va bien, funciona a veces.

• Ana (8/5): Cómodo - Nos gustó la ubicación con muchas opciones para comer,supermercados y muy bien comunicado por estar en la zona la estación de Stratford .El apartamento es perfecto para 4 personas.El apartamento en general está bastante bien, aunque en el baño haría algunas mejoras..(un toallero para secar las toallas o al menos colgadores,el lavabo es demasiado alto..) Se oye bastante el ruido de la calle,sobretodo el fin de semana ,ya que hasta altas horas se oye a los clientes del bar que hay debajo del edificio hablando en voz alta,riendo ,gritando....No es culpa de la propiedad, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta sobretodo si es fin de semana,el resto de días se puede descansar.

• Andreea-Nicoleta (9/5): Awesome - Large flat and good area There was a noise, but we were notified before the noise. The net was almost disconnected and we had to buy new adapter and we did not have napkins in the kitchen.

• VALERIE (7/5): Outside the apartment building there were waste bins overflowing which you had to negotiate to gain entry to the propert - Property was clean and tidy Lacked basic equipment - says suitable for up to 6 people but not enough crockery/cutlery for same. No oven gloves. Only one tea towel provided.

• Dianne (8/5): Good location but key retrieval in bin store unpleasant. - Good location and clean. Good to have tea coffee and milk sachets. Plenty of towels. A fan in each room was very welcome as it was very warm. Retrieving the key from the bin store was really unpleasant. There was a dead mouse in there. Unfortunately the code I was sent didn’t work. After a few attempts I telephoned the number - someone did answer thankfully - and they said an error had been made and the code was wrong. A new code was given and it did work - and the person on the phone did apologise. Spending a second longer than necessary in the smelly bin store was really awful so the code error was really unfortunate. We also found the pillows uncomfortable and too thin. There was only two on each bed and one spare. They were thin so each bed should have had four pillows on for better comfort.

The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from Stratford Train Station. We booked this apartment because of its close proximity to Abba Voyage ( one stop from Stratford to Pudding Mill Lane station)
• mikael (1/5): It failed - In principle, should have been great but the communication wasn’t helpful. They cancelled my non refundable booking and have stopped rcontacting me. I don’t know how I will get my money back. apparently it needs to be resolved with booking.com but I’ve no idea if this will actually happen. Disappointing and can’t recommend. Attitude

• Kareen (9/5): The whole stay was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed our stay since it’s close to his work and everything. Will definite - The property is spacious and it gives a feel of a home away from home experience. The key access was a bit of a challenge but nothing we couldn’t overcome.

• Matt (10/5): Group stay for o2 visit - Location very handy to two tube stations and multiple food, drink options. The two bedrooms were spacious and the lounge and kitchen were great. The shower was powerful. It was a 25 minute journey from Euston on the underground with one change and 20 minutes to the o2 with one change. Ideal location, loads going on round and about.

A - Perfect location, close to train station and pubs/restaurants. Ideal for abba experience Nothing major, just could do with a full length mirror. There is a mirror in living room above sofa and one in the bathroom. As a girlie you could do with another to do hair and make up.

• Andromaxi (5/5): Great location for Stratford - Very good location close to Stratford stationa and Westfield shopping center. Very warm which was great with the cold weather. The check in instructions were supposed to be sent to us 24 hours before check in, while they were sent 4 hours after check in when my plane landed and I panickly called them and texted them. The keys are inside the binstore which smelt really bad. The lift took us to the 4rth floor and then stopped working and the doors wouldnt open. We had to press 3rd floor to get out. We had to inflate and deflate the extra bed ourselves even though we had informed we would need it. The manager of the Airbnb lives next door (but couldnt give us the keys in person) and knocked our door to warn us not to have a party otherwise our booking would be cancelled (we were just a group of 4 people cheerful to meet each other after a long time). The day of the check out I received 5 texts on WhatsApp with check-out instructions and marketing which was also annoying.

• Khatuna (10/5): A Fantastic Stay at an Unbeatable Price! - The flat was cosy and comfortable, with two bedrooms that had plenty of storage. The living room had enough space to relax, and the dining table was perfect for enjoying meals. The kitchen was a good size and fully equipped with everything we needed. Security was excellent, with cameras inside the building and a secure entrance lock, which made us feel safe. The heating system worked perfectly in every room, keeping the flat warm and cosy. The location was the best part. It was just a six-minute walk to the station with excellent transport links. Westfield Shopping Centre was also within walking distance, offering a great selection of restaurants, shops, and cafés. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for both of us. Communication was very easy, with fast and helpful responses. On top of everything, the price was excellent—we couldn’t believe we got such a wonderful flat at such a great price! Overall, a fantastic stay—I would highly recommend it! The only minor downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a window, so it could get a bit stuffy. However, the ventilation was good, and it wasn’t a big issue during our stay.

• Conor (1/5): Avoid. Surronded by unstable neighbors - Nothing cant say id stay again. There building work being dont so banging starts at 8am all through the day, was never told about this A rude arrogant lady appeared behind me while i was trying to get the keys from the key box and asked me what i think i was doing? When i said sorry who are you do have something to do with this place she ignored me and started ask where i was staying to which i said i wouldnt be telling her. Keys werent there didnt get in till near 3. On the last day in the property the mental patient next door came to apartment and attempted to flirt with my girlfriend, later when i got home he appeared at the door again acting threatening and aggressively pressed his head into mine while trying to push into the apartment. At this point i choose to defend myself and threw him across the hallway outside, the landlord attempted to make up lies saying there was screaming and shouting from the aprtment all day which there wasnt and then tried to say i was aggressor and im lucky he didnt phone the police on me for defending myself from some mental patient trying to fight me. He then spent the night on the balcony screaming and shouting. Theres other reviews about him Absolutely would not stay here again place is a joke

• Basil (8/5): Nice clean comfy flat - Short walk to Stratford station and Westfield. Clean with good facilities including microwave hob,washing machine,airer. Had coffee tea and some oat milk when we arrived. Monsoon type shower. Good bedding and towels. Dining table and sofas for 4 and tv. One mattress firm and one softer. Good water pressure but slightly stiff bathroom tap so look out for splashes. Sink also on the high side if on the shorter side. Nice and clean Flat was good, security good but above a cafe that was fairly loud until late. Probably not an issue if you don’t need the windows open like on warmer days. Struggled with the tv

• Macintyre (8/5): Good value for money. - Close to local amenities and transport network. Good size. Comfortable. Great communication from owner. Good kitchen facilities. Noisy neighbourhood until well into early hours. Some people may feel intimidated by the screaming and shouting that was going on. Scooters zooming up and down the alleyway next to the building. Hopefully not the norm. Retrieving the keys from the bin storage area was not pleasant. Very smelly. The lift smelled of urine. Alot of this is probably not within the owners control, but it was our experience.

• John (8/5): Very good - It was easy walking distance to the underground and overground station, making it easy to get around London. The flat, and especially the kitchen was well equipped. It was perfect for a family traveling on a budget. The bathroom spelled slightly moldy, despite being visually clean and free of milder. Possibly because the vent was not functioning
• Gillaine (10/5): Good value for money and ideal for a family - Property was lovely, very spacious and everything that was needed was provided. Location ideal with walking distance to shopping centre and train station. Bars and restaurants on your doorstep too plus Morrisons right opposite Only negative was the noise from the bar below, although that said it was a Friday night so understandable too. Did notice that flat didn’t have any air conditioning not sure how that would impact in a hot summer. We stayed in June and was fine, weather was mild.
• Cas-hammer (4/5): Would consider shopping around. - Location was great for the West Ham Stadium and there were plenty of eateries & bars locally with a Morrisons Supermarket just over the road. The key safe where the keys are collected is a bin store and the smell was pretty nasty to say the least. There was a good range of kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, microwave & oven for anyone wanting to dine indoors. The outlook isn't great and due to works going on outside, it was very noisy. On a night, the property was too hot and I had to sleep with the window open and again the noise from outside was unbearable which resulted in poor sleep. Had there been fans, this could have made a difference. Lack of fans and unbearable noise from from both workmen during the day & public on an evening into the early hours of the morning. Bathroom sink was too high and with no plug and lighting was poor.
• J (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, the owner was very friendly. He even refunded the pet fee for my dog’s good behaviour. The gate downstairs smelt like piss for some reasons.
• Laura (6/5): A pleasent stay, which could easily be made better. - The property was in an ideal position for our walk for MacMillan. Being only 1.5 miles from queen Elizabeth park. Clean and tidy. Tv didn’t work!! Very noisy from bar below. A little more attention to detail would improve the stay. Eg a welcome pack including milk would be great.

• Joanna (6/5): Pleasant - Good transport links, Tube just few minutes walk. Nice and spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Radiators need updating, it was a hassle to make them work. One in the living room was not working at all. Apartment is above the bar and on the weekend we could hear everything what was going on there till around 2 AM.
