• Simone (9/5): - Sehr schöne große, schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn in die Innenstadt. Ein Spiegel im Flur oder in einem der Schlafzimmer wäre noch schön gewesen.

• Horst-Peter (3/5): - Preiswert Die Küche war im ersten Augenblick zwar sauber aber wenn man was angepackt hatte war alles fertig nicht richtig gereinigt die Töpfe konnte man nicht drin kochen weil die Beschichtung so wie in den Pfannen total zerkratzt war. Im Wohnzimmer die Kissen die zu Deko bzw als kleine kopfkissen benutzt werden sollten waren voller Flecken so dass ich meinen Kopf nicht darauf legen wollte dann für eine Woche gab es eigentlich ein Duschstuck und ein Handtuch

• Karolina (9/5): Wonderful apartment, very good location, excellent owner - worth the price 👍 - The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful; there's a lovely wooded area behind, as well as lots of cute little gardens for strolling around. The location is close enough to underground railway. There's a very good sushi place in the street, and Burger King and Aldi store are just a short walk away. Plenty of free parking spaces in the street. The apartment is very stylish and pretty, spacious, and really cozy and comfortable; worth every cent. Really nice, quality cosmetics and linens, as well as dishes. There's an excellent Wifi connection, and large smart TV; everything worked perfectly. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and responds quickly. I highly recommend staying here 🙂 Nothing worth mentioning 🙂

Интернет хороший. Очень комфортная большая!! кровать . Идеальные полотенца и постель. До городского автобуса 8 мин. Lidl 3 остановки аэропорт 6 остановок -15 мин езды. Остались довольны!!!обьект находится в зеленой зоне можно прогулятся в дубовом лесу.

• Silja (9/5): Ein guter Platz um Hamburg zu besuchen, auch für mehrere Tage! - Das Apartment befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines hallenartigen ehemaligen Bürogebäudes in einem kleinen Industriegebiet, das heute zu mehreren Ferienapartments umgebaut wurde. Es ist ziemlich groß, alles ist da und hat funktioniert, gute Betten und Matratzen. Man kann sich auch für mehrere Tage hier gut aufhalten. Ein großer Vorteil ist die Nähe zu der Hamburger Hochbahn U1. Man ist damit schnell in der Innenstadt, der Alster und den Landungsbrücken. Die Nähe zum Flughafen stört kaum, da die Wohnung seitlich zu den Landebahnen liegt. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass man hier gut im Grünen und in kleinen Parks spazieren gehen kann. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Speziell wochentags morgens wird es etwas laut. Die vielen Emails von Booking wegen aller möglichen Optionen waren etwas verwirrend.

В кухне есть все самое необходимое. Кофемашина с капсулами в достаточном количестве. Мыло, шампуни все в наличие. Парковка возле отеля, места практически всегда были. Владелец дал чёткие инструкции, где парковочные места. Нет такого

• Doreen (9/5): Schicke Unterkunft im arbeitsreichen Gewerbegebiet - Super schöne Einrichtung. Super netter Kontakt mit Christian. Hinweise wurden sofort behoben. Bus und U-Bahn fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten zum verbessern meiner Meinung nach sind; Bedingungsanleitung für den Fernseher (ohne unsere Tochter hatten wir Probleme) Ein Radio ,ein Schuhanzieher ein paar Bilder an den Wänden. Ich persönlich fand es nicht ruhig vorallem an den Wochentagen,auch Parkplätze sind bis 18:00 eher Mangelware (wir brauchten zum Glück keine) Ich habe meine Nachttischlampe leider auch nach der Defektmeldung nicht anbekommen .Dafür war es auch in der Nacht sehr hell da die Obergardine nicht richtig zu ging und das Tannenbaumlicht so wie die Laterne strahlten.

• Ewald (10/5): Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Hamburg zur Vorweihnachtszeit. - Es ist eine geräumige Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Angenehm ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, alles da und sauber. Vielen Dank für den Kaffee, Kapseln waren ausreichend vorhanden, haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Im Wohnzimmer sind 2 Sessel, welche ausgezogen als Bett verwendet werden können. Unser erwachsender Sohn hat sehr gut darin geschlafen. Dort befindet sich der große Fernseher mit Netflix und auch "normalen" Programmen. Die Bushaltestelle ist nicht sehr weit, jedoch S-Bahn etwas mehr als 1 km. Aber das ist alles im Rahmen. Wir hatten ja Urlaub und somit Zeit.

Parking is very convenient, which makes traveling especially easy. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making arrival easy and stress-free. A perfect choice for a longer visit — I would happily return.

• Tobias (10/5): - Ein sehr schönes Apartment alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer Christian war immer sehr nett, und er war immer für Fragen oder Empfehlungen für einen da. An der Straße kann man gut und problemlos parken. Gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants, Einkaufsläden, Bäcker etc.

All of the minor things you often need to bring or buy yourself were there (vegetable peeler, bottle opener, coffee capsules, paper towels, washing machine powder, dishwasher capsules, ...). Plenty of parking space next to the building. Very good contact with the host. We had a great stay and would definitely come back if visiting Hamburg again None of these things bothered us, but for someone these may be important: (1) airplanes flying very close every few minutes, (2) no elevator, so need to carry your luggage upstairs, ca. 40 steps

You have everything you need to feel at home. Shops are near by, and plenty of parks for walks. Pet friendly apartment and building. Windows on 3 sides of the building to ventilate the apartment, and very good heating system.

• Silke (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing stay in a nice apartment - Quiet location away from major roads and ideally placed for the airport by bus. Transport is within easy reach and takes you into the centre within 45 minutes. There are food shopping and restaurants within a reasonable distance walk away. The host is easy to contact and responds quickly in case of queries. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, so much nicer to stay there than a hotel. The location wasn’t the most appealing within an industrial area, but it suited us and won’t stop us booking again.

• Jose (8/5): Really nice place to stay if you have a car! - The property was really nice. Quite spacious and free parking on the place. The kitchen was really nice even when we did not use it. Amazing place for the money! The location was a bit far from the centre but it was expected. The sound isolation of the place was not ideal and sleeping was a bit hard. There was construction outside during our stay, but not really the properties fault.

Towels , dishwasher , washing machine utensils, microwave coffee machine . Dustbins were kept and organised . Beds were comfortable. Good wifi . A welcome wine bottle was pleasant surprise. Thank you 😊. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby . Highly recommended. This is just a suggestion please keep instructions at home about waste sorting and opening the house code was little confusing as there is no board or instructions at the entrance . But our host was in contact and cleared our doubt in no time so we could solve it later. There is no lift to carry heavy luggage or buggy .

The apartment is very close to the airport and by car it was easy to get there, parking was available in the street in front of the building and we didn’t have any trouble finding parking spots. The apartment is complete and contains everything you need for a good stay. The host was very kind and supported us all along our stay. There were even some treats when we arrived, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Check in and check out were simple and easy, as the host informed us about the key code prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend this place! Everything was good, I don’t have any complaints about the place.
