• chiara (6/5): Poca spesa poca resa poca pretesa 🤷🏽‍♀️ - Posizione Un bagno con vasca aveva l’appendi sbroffino doccia rotto e nell’altro la doccia non è utilizzabile con rubinetti mancanti e due scatoloni dentro, in 5 ci siamo adattati però l’avevo scelto apposta per questo motivo. Polvere e ragnatele, porta ingresso insicura ed in generale appartamento da ristrutturare
• Achim (7/5): - Sehr große Wohnung. Schlafzimmer schön und geräumig. Schlafsofa ist auch bequem. Die Küchenausstattung genügt für Selbstversorgung. Guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Zugang problemlos. Wir konnten die Wohnung am Abreisetag länger nutzen. Vielend Dank dafür. Ruhige Wohnlage, aber dennoch schnell an 2 Tubelinien. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Hervorragendes indisches Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung daher 8 Der Zugang ist leider erschreckend. Vorgarten verwildert, Flur zur Wohnung schmutzig und die Wohnungstüre wenig vertrauenserweckend. Zum Glück ändert sich der Eindruck nach dem Betreten der Wohnung. Dieser Eindruck gehört leider auch zur Wohnung und führt für uns zur Abwertung auf 7. Ohne Wertung: Tipp: funktionslose Spülmaschine durch funktionierende ersetzen und die funktionslose zweite Dusche nicht als Abstellraum nutzen sondern reparieren. Das würde die Wohnung deutlich aufwerten. Ohne Wertung: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für London schwierig zu beurteilen.
• Verleysen (7/5): Aangenaam verblijf - Ligging: rustige buurt, dicht bij metro, winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Heel ruim, lichtrijk appartement, alles aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Eigenaar reageert snel op berichten, vlotte check in, flexibel in uren aankomst en vertrek. Spijtig dat douche in grote kamer niet aangesloten is. Afwasmachine werkte niet. Was snel gepoetst voor onze aankomst. Tip: verduisterende gordijnen in slaapkamers
• Zhongwen (6/5): - Location is good, not much traffic on the road, walking distance to subway station, busstationen and supermarket. A cute fox lives in the backyard. It was easy to get the keys. The washing machine is functioning well - the dish machine is out of function and stinks badly - the fridge stinks too, with a broken outer door - it leaks water inside the apartment when it rains outside .- even building dusts and small concrete pieces fell on the table EVERYDAY - kitchen facilities needs extra cleaning before usage, folk and knives are oily, and all handels are loose - no sound isolation: when people upstairs go, you hear clearly, so you need good luck to have a quiet neighbor. - the shower is out of function, instead there is a bath tube to use, not easy to get a right temperature, especially you need to adjust temperature after every pause - two toilets but only one brush - toilet water flow is weak - the wash basin drained slow.. - no food recycling I don't think this accommodation worth the price, >200 pounds/night there are other better options.
• Prachi (1/5): The worst stay of my life, The rudest host ever - no empathy made faces at us. - We stayed at Primrose, and sadly, it was one of the most traumatising and uncomfortable experiences we've had. The property was in very poor condition. The ceiling had visible cracks, with paint peeling off and spider webs that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The lighting in the home was so dim and each morning, dust blew in through the windows with so many spiders, and the window panes which were just put together by paint felt like they could fall off any day. The tap water had a strange smell, and when I asked the host about it on the second day, I was shocked by her response. She rudely said, “This is Thames water! What everyone drinks! If you have an issue, get yourself some bottled cans.” No attempt to help or even speak respectfully—it was as if our concerns didn’t matter at all. Unfortunately, several of us fell sick during the stay. It felt like a completely neglected property with no regard for guest comfort. The oil and spices in the kitchen were so unhygienic, the coffee powder was sticky and empty spice boxes were lying around. One of the two washrooms was half dysfunctional and no locks. I’ll be honest—we left the utensils in a mess when checking out. That wasn’t right on our part, and I take responsibility for it. We were only five minutes late checking out as we were managing our luggage and rushing to catch a flight. Instead of handling it professionally, she made sarcastic comments like, “You say you’re in a hurry but couldn’t even clean the utensils?”, showing zero empathy. To top it all, the host rudely messaged me later only to complain about the unwashed utensils—completely ignoring all the issues on her side: the construction, the poor condition of the house, the rude responses, and the overall lack of cleanliness. Not a single acknowledgement or apology. Overall, this stay was a waste of money and energy.

• Tünde (8/5): - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szàllás, könnyű elérni a belvárost. Élelmiszer bolt van a közelben. A lakás néhol felújítàsra szorul, főleg a konyha. A mosogatógép belül rozsdàs volt, nem is használtuk ez miatt. Nem tudtunk szellőztetni az ablakokon.
• Janine (4/5): Did not live up to expectations given the description. - Nice area. The apartment is spacious and comfortable Plenty of hot water. Easy access to transport links into London. No shower that you can stand under just a mixer shower in the bath. The en suite shower has been out of action for a long time. Wish I'd read the previous reviews! Curtains don't adequate keep.out light and in one bedroom don't fully over the window No bedside table in one room so had to bring in a chair from the living are to use. Door to the apartment was very flimsy with a basic Yale lock. Didn't feel very secure. Raised a complaint to Booking.com who are investigating the issues raised.

• Janhavi (8/5): Very pretty and comfortable house in an accessible and convenient area - The location was amazing and very convenient. It is a bit difficult to spot though. The host was very nice, adequate amenities and facilities were provided. The host was a bit slow on the responses to our queries but nothing major.

No problem experienced by using other bathroom, but inconvenient The cold water of the basin of the other room was closed (only hot water available )

• Alexandra (8/5): Very good - The owner was very responsive and accommodating. 5 stars for that. The appartment has great light throughout, as it is transversal. And it had all the essentials you need for a short stay. The location is really nice, easy access for many things. Only one shower was functional, and it wasn't the one in the description (I would probably change the description to say one bachroom with bathtub available-to avoid confusion). This makes it a bit hard for 4 people. The blinds - in one bedroom they don't cover the full width of the window and are not that blind, on the other the top of the window has no blinds => the light gets in and we all were woken up around 6 am. I think the quality of sleep is essential. No side tables - our essentials were basically on the floor throughout the night.

Good value. - Spacious 2 bed flat.Perfect location with quiet neighbourhood, also very close to tube to get central.Comfy beds with clean bedding.We also loved that the heating was working well as it is not always a rule in these flats in London.Bathroom was clean,kitchen ok,so all you really need for a short stay. I understand that this area is safe,but hey why the main the lock on the flat door is missing?It may not feel 100% safe for some travelers when the door can be open with card by anyone easy in seconds.This should be realy fixed and the proper door lock should be installed.

• Leire (6/5): Pleasant - Great location on quiet area. Nice and cosy apartment with spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and providing umbrellas for rainy days was a nice touch! En suit shower not in working order, unfortunately, and second shower head stand fell apart on first use. The dishwasher also didn’t seem to work and the freezer was frozen solid. Never tried the washing machine as we suspected this wouldn’t work either. We contacted the owner but nothing was done.
• Emma (5/5): Disappointing - could be amazing - Fantastic location with easy access to the tube, very peaceful, and lovely stylish furniture, light and airy. Just a shame about the details which let it down. There is no walk-in shower available at this property as it has not been completed, and for one member of our party, this was an issue as the property was chosen because of it claiming to provide this feature. The shower drain hole is taped over, the glass barrier support was hanging off, and there were cardboard boxes in the shower space. There was no towel or adequate bedding for our 5th guest , just 2 small duvet covers for 1 person with 2 much bigger duvets that didnt fit, no sheet and only 1 pillow case so our 5th guest had to sleep on the sofa that others have sat and perhaps slept on despite checking with the owner before we stayed. This was embarrassing for us and our guest. As the owner was away, we had to just make do sharing 4 towels between 5 of us, which wasn't great, although we did get an apology. The main bathroom shower taps are the wrong way round, so hot is cold and vice versa, which was very dangerous, and the shower head was broken. Crockery (from previous guests?) was left out on the side when we first arrived and we had to move it to get to the kettle. The freezer was completely frozen over and unusable. Sadly, we were pretty disappointed with what could be a beautiful property .

• Anne (9/5): NW3 cosy abode - The apartment is very well located near Chalk Farm tube station and in a residential area close to shops, parks, Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath. The rooms are big and bright. Alen was there to meet us and we were able to check in early which we thankful for. The apartment had good facilities and everything we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, only a couple of things to comment on. The apartment's ensuite shower was not available for use so for 4 people using 1 shower took some time. The apartment's door lock is a little faulty and we were locked inside. However, we were able to exit via the window and unlock it from the outside. The main room does not have bedside tables or lamps which would have been useful.

In a peaceful area and is a very clean ,spacious, bright apartment.Exceptionally well equipped with everything you need and more. Beds very comfortable. Host was very helpful, allowing us early check in.
• Shan (9/5): Comfortable but cautious (of noise) stay at a convenient location - 10min walk to the underground, 30-40 min to major attractions. Amenities made available by the host Floor creaks and walls are thin (neighbor complained of noise from footsteps, in addition to hearing noise from other neighbors). Unit may not be as well maintained as possible.

• Chau (9/5): A home like experience in London. - Very clean and spacious. Well equipped and clean. A quiet residential area but close to metro and cafes, supermarkets. Our host Alen is super friendly and helpful. Very nice experience in Hampstead.
