• De Crescenzo (9/5): Monolocale Vienna - Locale con tutti i confort e accessori necessari per passare anche molti più giorni di quanti ne siamo stati noi.posizione ottima a 2 passi da metro e tram ma in ogni caso anche a piedi vicina a molti punti di interesse turistico.Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e funzionale e il necessario. Letto e cuscini non proprio comodi per i miei gusti e siccome si è a un piano rialzato vicino alla strada con un certo passaggio di giovani in qualsiasi orario bisogna tenere sempre le finestre tutte chiuse (che in questo modo isolano molto bene dai rumori)se non si vogliono sentire continui rumori esterni.

• Guillermo (10/5): Excelente, muy recomendale - La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo y en un barrio tranquilo. Los anfitriones muy amables y nos permitieron ocupar el departamento antes de lo acordado. Muy bien equipado, un ambiente muy amplio.

• Leo (8/5): Viena :) - The location is excellent and very convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The TV was not working during our stay. Also, there is no kitchen extractor fan, so after cooking the apartment gets quite strong food smells.

• Suanny (9/5): Todo bien - Fue cómodo y cerca del centro, fuimos caminando a todo. Está todo aproximadamente a 15,20 minutos también hay una parada de tren muy cerca No entendí cómo funcionaba el agua caliente o fría para calibrar cuando te duchas
• LORENA (6/5): Un precio asequible si puedes pasar por alto ciertos detalles - Era espacioso, fácil de acceder, instrucciones claras. Al llegar la puerta del alojamiento estaba abierta… Estaba un poco anticuado el mobiliario y la cama y almohadas no eran nada cómodas, además hacía ruido al moverte y te despertabas. La primera mañana nos despertó la policía a las 7 de la mañana dando golpes en la puerta, eran unas 15 personas supuestamente “haciendo un control de alojamientos”, que entraron a hacer fotos y nos pidieron nuestra reserva, tampoco entendimos mucho la situación por la dificultad con el idioma. Después de eso nos sentimos vulnerables e inseguros en el alojamiento.

• Rolf Are (8/5): Godt valg - Greit og ryddig, har alt du trenger. God plassering, 2 minutter til markedet hvor det er flust med spisesteder og kort avstand til setrum. Noe varmt om natten

• Jürgen (7/5): Wien ist schön. Die Wohnung ist ein guter zentral gelegener Ausgangspunkt für das Erlebnis der Stadt. - Die Unterkunft war gut. Es ließ sich dort bequem wohnen. Ausstattung vollkommen ok. Freundlicher Kontakt dann ab 2.Tag mit dem Inhaber. Nur, dass wir bei Ankunft nicht informiert waren, wie wir in die Wohnung gelangen konnten. Das wurde dann aber am Tag danach durch den persönlichen Kontakt vom Inhaber nachgeholt. Ansonsten alles ok.

• Christian (9/5): Komfortables Appartement in guter Lage - Das Appartement liegt in der Nähe des Karlsplatzes und unweit vom Naschmarkt. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe und der Weg in die Altstadt z.B. zum Stephansdom ist kurz (unter 2km). Es ist eine U-Bahn Station gleich in der Nähe und auch ein sehr preisgünstiges Parkhaus (das der TU). Die Informationen zum Zutritt zur Wohnung waren sehr klar und die Ausstattung ließ nichts vermissen. Nachts war es ruhig.
• Svitlana (10/5): Рекомендую! - Очень удобное расположение, в 20 минутах неспешной прогулки до собора Св.Штефана и многих др. достопримечательностей. Рядом супермаркет, несколько кафе. Уютные, чистые и просторные апартаменты. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, в отличном состоянии, все как дома! Заботливо были предложены кофекапсулы , моющие для посудомойки и стиральной машины, шампуни, утюг-все необходимое для жизни. Спасибо огромное за спокойное пребывание в Вене!!! Нет такого!

• Ledylyn (4/5): Disappointing - It’s ok near to the Opera The floor is sticky, the toilet floor is still have stains of urine near to the toilet… it looks they didn’t mop or was properly the floors.
