Owner was extremely hospitable and always ensured we had everything we needed. Location is walking distance to the train station. There can be occasional noise from the family because of the typical thin wall in Australia but it wasn’t affecting anything at all.

(9/5): Worth the money, be surprised positively with the simplicity and good taste! - I love how cozy and warm it feels, it's like you are in a home where you feel welcomed and not a cold careless place. You can clearly see how much the owners/hosts cares, it shows in every detail across the room, which is very well decorate with excellent taste and amazing finishings. It doesn't feel like you are in the middle of Sydney, it is quiet and peaceful, it has free parking and the location is very good also, you can access anything you need within 20-30 minutes. It is very convenient and worth the money. The amenities are also excellent. There's nothing to dislike.

• Min (10/5): Exceptional - I loved how clean and inviting it felt. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. It’s also located in a nice neighbourhood, and the host is very helpful. The host made sure to run some heating when it got quite chilly, which we appreciated.
• Coen (9/5): My single night stay was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what I needed after driving 7 hours. - Location was simple to find, had a nearby shopping center that had some resturants and cafes, plus a woolworths. The room was clean well organised and had it's own private bathroom. Street parking was simple and easy, with plenty of space when I arrived. The bed is easily in my top 3 beds I have slept in, even better than the one I have at home.

Also the room is very clean and tidy... tha shower is perfect, too... everything about that room is nice NOTE: The only thing we find it is not convenient is that we actually can hear the host family voices very close due to the existing inner locked door. Which is give us feeling of no privacy ( if we can hear them? Then they can hear us too!!).... But haven't said that, even that didn't really bother us much, because we always outside exploring Sydney anyway!! And over all that room excellent 👌... The host gentleman was very kind and helpful. He looked after us and always asked us if we needed anything? Also, he offered gladness and suggested showing locations and restaurants and transportation points...etc... without even asking him. Very helpful person.

• Genevieve (10/5): Wonderful place to stay. - My toddler and I stayed here for 4 days in mid Feb 2024. We found the room very comfortable, modern, clean and quiet. Great location (6 mins to family). The owner has supplied all comforts in lieu of a kitchenette which helped with making breakfast, snacks and heating small meals etc (microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, tea and coffee, milk, jug of water and even a Coke and chocolates (not needed but a lovely gesture)). The smart tv is great and can be moved from flat against the wall to angled towards the bed. I love having a tiled floor in the room instead of carpet. Kids drop stuff and it’s a lot easier to clean tiles compared to carpets. The bathroom is clean, has a beautiful feature tile and a double shower. I didn’t really notice much noise from the adjoining house especially when compared to noise I have experienced staying at hotels (people talking loudly in corridors, entering and leaving at all hours, cleaners vacuuming, children running and screaming down corridors and traffic). This place was way way quieter. Yes, as people have commented, you can’t control the air con as it’s linked to the house. In any case, it was on when needed. Plus there is a stand fan in the room that helped to quietly circulate the air. I used it occasionally but largely didn’t need to (and not at night). I hate the humidity in Sydney. Temperature control was a big consideration in choosing a place (together with location and price). When we stayed here the temps were mid twenties to early thirties. My daughter and I found the room very comfortable temperature wise. We were never hot or sweaty at any time. We always felt cool. She slept comfortably through the night and during daytime naps. The owner was very kind and reached out to offer use of the garden and activities for my daughter (bubbles, bedtime books). It was very lovely. It’s also a very short walk from the sliding door to the walk to the front (where you park). Nothing I didn’t like about the property itself. Except the neighbours security lights were on the blink. Turned on and off every two minutes straight into the room. Next time I will bring a sleeping eye mask and block it out. It didn’t bother my amost 3 year old daughter at all.

He also catered to our needs by bringing a microwave. It was bit noisy because of the kids but not that bad. The room had a big glass door at night when the doors were locked we only had small bathroom window for ventilation. Aircon was off most of the time.
