• Lantuness (10/5): Amazing apartment, but not ideal for hot weather. - Gostamos de tudo, o apartamento é incrível e muito confortável. Ideal para uma visita na temporada de temperaturas baixas ou amenas. A localização é muito boa, não muito perto da parte mais barulhenta da cidade, mas perto o suficiente para chegar nas principais atrações. Não tem ar condicionado, como fica no ultimo andar, pode ser desafiador na alta temporada.

• ANGEL NICOLAS (7/5): - Ubicación. No poder dejar las maletas en una zona controlada, por ejemplo dentro del apartamento, aún cuando no estaba alquilado ese mismo día con nuevos huéspedes. La cocina muy incómoda por altura que tienen las vigas.
• Martin (9/5): - Schöne große Ferienwohnung. Hübsche, moderne Einrichtung. Prima Lage, wenn man nicht den ganzen große Rummel will. Wir sind von dort aus überall gut hingekommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man muss wissen, dass es keine zwei Schlafzimmer sind. Es ist ein Raum, der mit Schränken abgetrennt ist. Oben bis unters Dach ist es offen.

• Nikolay (9/5): Superb - Good location. Spacious, a lot of room. Clean. Good level of equipment. Expensive for four persons. Not everything was working properly - air conditioning not sufficient to cool the aprtment. The iron was not working.

• Jyke (9/5): Lovely home in Venice in a nice neighbourhood - Excellent location in a neighbourhood with a local vibe. Good café, bakery, osteria and a shop nearby, everything you need to get your holiday started. Vaporetto stops are also near and the main attractions are also close enough to reach by walking. The staff were helpful and fairly easy to reach. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it easy to share the apartment with friends. We basically liked everything but want to mention a few points that might be helpful to others: -There is an elevator that fits only one person with luggage. The elevator doesn't take you directly to the right floor, there are still some stairs to climb. This should be noted if travelling with small kids or if one has disabilities. -The twin beds in the other room felt a little small
• Lyons (9/5): We ended up spending more time in the apartment than walking about. It's so nice and comfortable. - There was plenty of room and all the convenience we required at a reasonable price. No coffee cups, only 3 water glasses, and we were charged an extra $50 cash upon arrival by our host for late check in that was unexpected. I did not see that information at any point during or after the booking and were told told by the host it was "clearly" marked on the website which I an still unable to find as I search. We had a difficult time getting to the island and over to the correct area with our luggage. We met our host at 20:13 and were told we needed to pay him an additional $50 cash for being late. In addition, the host didn't offer to assist in helping even my small child with carrying luggage up the multiple flights of stairs. He was informative but it's wasn't a good host experience.
