- Leonard (3/5): Good rooms but poor handling of room issues - My low floor room did not have cigarette smoke smell so that was great. Beds were good. Room size is ok My wife's shower broke halfway on its own, and the reception team handled the situation very poorly. They sent a plumber who failed for rectify the problem and he also kept talking to himself which scared the ladies in the room. There was no female staff accompanying him so it felt like a dangerous situation. No apologies given either, might be the Chinese culture to not accept any potential liability. It caused us massive inconvenience and a emotionally traumatic experience.

The sad thing is my room was infested with mosquitoes, l was bitten badly and am still scratching days later. This really affected my comfort and sleep. I hope the hotel will take action to control the mosquitoes so that future guests can have a safe and peaceful stay.

Ms. Shirley Ou who was attending to me was quick to help and look for a same level room with them. She upgraded my room to a suite. It has Bagua inspired foyer. The room was amazing. All conveninece outlet was well positioned and working, equipped with Type C ports aside from the normal USB ports. Actually, we can all squeeze in 1 room. Too big for me. Equipped with full fridge and washing machine and laundry counter. The room was designed and equipped well for business travellers or as family suite. Restaurants and shopping at the next block at the back of hotel. Breakfast selection few vegetables and bread selection

- YANLING (10/5): 房间舒适 - 酒店的机器人是更新迭代，满满科技感小孩很喜欢，这次指定回来住这里，前台欧妙清服务很好，推荐的自助餐还可以用优惠券抵扣，品种挺多，食材也新鲜。酒店新装修的洗衣房是开放式，很方便，泳池旁边的的花园美景不错，大人去游泳，我就带小孩在那逛逛，欣赏日落余晖。

Gym area was adequately fitted out and has cold water and towels, which was appreciated. Hotel is a bit dated, but given how long it has been around it makes sense. Cred ca daca ar fi un restaurant chinezesc si nu o mixtura cu unul indian, ar fi mult mai reusit. Am avut experiente f bune cu hoteluri din China unde micul dejun este 100% chinezesc.

Where in fact it was strawberry which could happen if you have children with you. Anyhow I didn’t argue with them, just paid and walked out
