- Olga (10/5): Für einen kurzen Trip optimal. - Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Zu Fuß wunderbar alles Drum herum zu erreichen. Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.Das Sofa war leider durchgelegen.

- Johanna (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ruhig. - Die Erlaubnis mein Hund mitzubringen und einen Gartenanteil zu haben. Er war nur selten da, aber zu wissen dass ich ihn fuer ein paar Minuten haette draussen lassen koennen, war schoen. Der Gartensitzplatz war sehr angenehm. Ich war es nicht gewohnt ohne Rezeption und persoenliche Hilfe eine Unterkunft zu mieten. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich ein Hotel mit persoenlicher Bedienung vorziehen wuerde. Vielleicht muss ich mich an diese Art von Hospitality gewoehnen. Es hat sicher auch Vorteile. Zum Beispiel, die kleine Wohnung mit Kueche, sie war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war geraeumig und gut eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral.

- Claire (9/5): Découverte de Lugano en hiver - Petit appartement propre tranquille spacieux - terrasse - salle de bain très bien équipée et bien chauffée (!) … chambre à coucher bien agencée literie très confortable ; tout est bien agencé … Les explications de l’agence pour l’arrivée sont parfaites et très complètes ! Peut-être une bouteille d eau et du savon pour l’arrivée auraient été appréciés .. ( à moins que nous ne les ayons pas trouvés ?!à l’instar de l’éponge à vaisselle en silicone 😅!) Mais ce sont des détails ! 😉

- Olaf_4630 (8/5): - Sehr gross, sehr ruhig. Super gelegen. Sauber. Der Tiefgaragenplatz war eine Zumutung. Sehr eng zum Reinfahren. Be- und Entladen auf dem Platz nicht möglich. Die fahrbare Plattform war tiefer als die Nachbartplätze. Somit konnten Türen nur einen Spalt geöffnet werden. Ich kam kaum raus aus dem Auto. Die Wohnung war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Keine Garderobe im Eingang. Sehr wenig Geschirr.

- Sandra (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung an super Lage :) - Sehr gute Lage, grosse Wohnung, grosse Terrasse, sehr gut mit Hunden, kommen gerne wieder :) Die Garage :( es ist zwar super, dass ein Garagenparkplatz gratis inklusive ist doch ist das parken sehr mühsam. In einer Box welche auch für einen Kleinwagen eine Herausforderung ist ohne Kratzer davon zu kommen. Zum Glück hat es in nächster Umgebung und an der Strasse wo die Wohnung liegt immer einen Parkplatz frei :) Die Parksituation hält uns nicht davon ab die Wohnung mit einem Hervorragend zu werten :)
- Havva (8/5): Toller Aufenthalt, saubere Wohnung - Geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Badezimmern und einer schönen großen Terrasse. Super ist auch, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Ebenso ist die Lage angenehm, Supermarkt und Haltestelle in der Nähe. Die Wohnung bietet praktisch alles was man braucht. Es gab leider keine Ablageflächen (für Kosmetik und Bekleidung) in den Badezimmern. Ein Ganzkörperspiegel fehlt leider auch. Statt die lauten Ventilatoren wären modernere, ruhigere Ventilatoren angenehmer.
- Galyna (6/5): - Die Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon und schöner Aussicht bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Es war sauber, aber nicht perfekt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch Tee, Kaffee, Olivenöl und andere Dinge waren für den ersten Gebrauch vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr gut. Ausgezeichnete Lage im schönen Viertel Cassarate, in der Nähe des Luganersees, nur wenige Schritte vom Parco Chiano und dem Stadtzentrum von Lugano entfernt. Es gab jedoch einige Unannehmlichkeiten. Gleichgültigkeit gegenüber Gästen. Wir fühlte uns nicht willkommen. Die Bettdecke hatte keinen Bettbezug, wir fanden aber einen im Schrank. Außerdem war die Decke zu schmal für zwei Personen, sodass wir sie quer auflegen mussten. Im Schrank lagen noch eine weitere Bettdecke und ein Kissen, die zerknittert und schmutzig aussahen, wahrscheinlich von vorherigen Gästen übrig geblieben. Im Badezimmer gab es keinen einzigen Handtuchhaken. Ich wollte ein Handtuch an den Heizkörper hängen, aber dieser war so staubig, dass die feuchten Tücher, mit denen ich ihn abgewischt habe, schwarz vor Schmutz wurden. Auch an einigen anderen Stellen war es staubig. Der Gastgeber hat keinen "Holiday Card" angeboten. Wir haben nur einen Schlüssel bekommen, es wäre schön, wenn es für zwei Gäste zwei Schlüssel gäbe. Schade, dass es bei so einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung so viele Unannehmlichkeiten gab.
- Tatjana (7/5): - Душ хороший напор. Вода хорошая. Останавливаясь второй раз, так в первый была в восторге, теперь нет, в квартире курят, пахнет сигаретами, пол грязный, босиком не комфортно ходить. А цена повысилась на 25%. Попросили дополнительное одеяло , нам отказали, диван не раскладывается, так что квартира на 3этаже на 2 пары ( 4 человека) если вас трое и вы не пары то место только для 2их. Спать на нераскладывающемся диване не удобно, и одеяло вам не дадут.

I BOX AUTO SONO UNA TRAPPOLA!!! - Non saprei, quello che ci è successo non ci ha permesso di apprezzare nulla né della casa né di tre giorni a Lugano, che praticamente non abbiamo proprio visto (leggere sotto) Arrivati il sabato sera direttamente da Roma abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto nel posto che ci era stato indicato, seguendo le istruzioni che indicano limiti di dimensioni e peso, la procedura di apertura e chiusura ma nient'altro. La mattina dopo abbiamo scoperto che la vettura era rimasta distrutta per l'intera parte anteriore quando la vicina di casa ha aperto il box vicino per parcheggiare la sua auto: nessuno ci aveva spiegato che avremmo parcheggiato in un sistema di elevatori e rotazione e che avremmo dovuto piazzare l'auto al centro della piattaforma per evitare che questa, scendendo, schiantasse il muso dell'auto sul muro del box. Nessuno di noi aveva mai visto un sistema del genere. Però loro ti avvertono che se lasci il telecomando in auto dovrai pagargli 50CHF per il recupero... PESSIMI!!! A peggiorare le cose, nessun aiuto da parte di Quokka: l'operatore telefonico ci ha detto subito che non sarebbe venuto nessuno del loro staff ad assisterci perché la domenica, in Svizzera, sai com'è... In compenso ha iniziato un gioco di scaricabarile delle responsabilità con il condominio, l'amministrazione, la società dei servizi condominiali e il proprietario dell'appartamento che loro affittano: tutti responsabili tranne gli unici con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare, gli unici ai quali abbiamo dato i nostri soldi e gli unici che avrebbero potuto assai facilmente avvisarci in modo chiaro ed evitarci migliaia di euro di danni (oltre ad un disagio enorme, essendoci ritrovati a inizio vacanza senza auto e con altre 4 città svizzere da visitare). I 3 giorni che avremmo voluto usare per visitare Lugano, il suo lago e i suoi dintorni li abbiamo passati al telefono con un senso di ansia che forse si può intuire.

- Mario (7/5): No-frills, but got the job done. - It was spacious and had an indoor garage. Everything was the bare minimum; Soap, toilet paper, kitchen utensils. The floor was a bit cold, even when heated. The bed was hard/worn.
- Ulysses (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay and hope the apartment will be available for my next visit to Lugano! - This apartment is spacious, bright, and modern, with plenty of room to relax. It conveniently offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both bedrooms featuring comfortable double beds with good mattresses and plenty of cozy pillows. A balcony adds extra charm. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the combined dining and living room area is generously sized, perfect for gathering. Located in a pleasant neighborhood, the apartment is within walking distance of the lake and historic city center, as well as close to the exhibition and congress centers. Additionally, the funicular to Monte Brè, offering spectacular views, is easily accessible on foot—definitely worth a visit! The Coop supermarket just steps away is extremely practical, and the underground parking is both convenient and secure (please see additional remarks below). Quokka 360 people: Good job, keep up! Just be careful when parking your car in the underground garage. Take your time and maneuver slowly and carefully, and you should have no issues. Like in most places in Switzerland, parking space is limited. However, this parking area is very secure, featuring separate electromechanical doors for each vehicle. Read the instructions sent to you carefully; once understood, you will certainly appreciate how the parking system works. Regarding the apartment's decor, it's somewhat minimalistic for such a spacious unit in a luxurious building. Additional floor lamps would be nice to provide softer, dimmer lighting for watching TV. Also, adding curtains in the living room would significantly enhance its comfort and coziness. Nevertheless, the electric external shutters were functioning properly.
- F (8/5): Very good - 1. Affordable Price: The price was very reasonable, especially for the quality and location. 2. Spacious & Clean Flat: The flat was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment for our stay. 3. Ground Floor Access: Being on the ground floor made it easy to come and go, with no stairs to navigate. 4. Private Parking: The private parking right next to the entrance was incredibly convenient and made it easy to park close by. 5. Easy Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and quick, which was a great start to our stay. 1. Noisy Neighbors: Unfortunately, both the neighbors next door and those upstairs were quite noisy, which disrupted the peace and quiet at times. 2. Lack of Microwave: The flat didn’t have a microwave, which we found inconvenient, especially for heating our little one’s baby bottle.

- Edward (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment with Garden View was really comfort and clean enough for our family. Our baby girl was happy to investigate this place. The location was perfect. Big supermarket located very close. We definitely planning to come back some day. Few small things, that my wife used to use usually, in the kitchen were missed. But she managed to cook somehow with all that was available.

We arrived at 11:00 at night with 2 tired kids and had to make 2nd bed for them, looking for bed supplies everywhere. But the most annoying thing was to get a code for a key box. I had to write to host, who sent me a link, which I had to open on my phone and try to fill in my personal data, including scan of the ID. I have spent 30 min filling this damn form on my phone for me and 3 other family members. And then waiting again for instructions on how to get the key. I think this is extremely time consuming process, there must be better way to communicate with the guests,
- Moshe (3/5): All in all the place is ok, and very central, however improvement on the Appartment must be made - The Location was very central, very close to the Lugano lake and city center. Instructions on how to get the key was very clear, as well as how to park the car in the garage. Free Garage parking was a big advantage. Sun light on the balcony lasts almost entire day, because it is not blocked by any other buildings. There is some light missing in the dining area/kitchen. Inappropriate Pictures hanging on top of TV. The shower pipe was leaking, was very not pleasent to take shower, there is also no shower holder which is very anoying. The couch had a lot of hair on it, which is discussing, as well as couch was very not comfortable to sit on it. Not a lot of place to open up suitcases. Without falling constantly over my suitcase.
- Bernd (5/5): For a business stay ok - for leisure I wouldnt like it. - 1) friendliness of the people - I had questions they were quickly answered and someone came to explain 2) very spacious apartment, but no atmosphere (just a place to sleep) 3) grocery store close 4) location is really central, easy to reach places by walking 1) Description how to pick up the key is in Italian and it was not really clear to me how the process works. A friendly person I met by accident helped. 2) check out at 10:00 :( - yes, it is written in the description, but still .. 3) Parking the car in the underground parking garage, you need nerves, skills unless you have a truly small car. Be carefull when opening the car doors, they might hit at the bottom the metal cage 4) checkout with car: you need the remote control to get the car out, so you have to go back in the apartment after getting the car out, to bring back the remote control 5) Wifi-password: very safe and looooooong to type

- Erik (8/5): Will come again, but room for improvement. - Great location, great apartment. The sink in the bathroom drained very, very slowly. No reaction from Quokka after leaving voice mail. In the same voice mail, I mentioned that someone had parked in our space and asked for advice … no reaction.

- Sara (10/5): First time seeing family in 17 years, the space was big enough for me to host them. It meant a lot. - Great location near lake and restaurants. Easy access to property, spacious and clean. Full kitchen emenities and beautiful balcony overlooking Monte Bre. Only the master bedroom had a bath. This is 100% personal so, each to their own. The bus stop is about a 9 mins walk, not bad without bags. Otherwise a great location!

- Rachit (6/5): Pleasant - the apartment was super clean, nice and spacious. the outdoor area was great. the sink the bathroom kept getting choked. the shower was leaking profusely and then it just broke apart. there were too many mosquitoes and no mosquito repellant. just 1 fan was provided when the booking was for 3 people so the host knew that the room will be used along with the living room to sleep in.
