• Rita (10/5): Location. Wow!!! - Location was perfect. Step outside the rear entrance and you're on the beach. Shops cafes restaurants supermarket. It's all there. Fantastic buzz about the place. The apartment is cosy and welcoming with all the amenities needed. The hosts have thought of everything and are very helpful. No views from the apartment but step outside and WOW!!!! Absolutely loved it. Nothing at all to dislike.

• Paul Haskins (9/5): We had a really lovely stay in this property. - The property is spacious and we were left a welcome pack including wine and treats, a box of water and some general supplies. The property had every extra you could possibly need and the host was delightful, very friendly and most helpful. The location was great, so close to the beach and to the restaurants and bars of Henley Square and to public transport. There was nothing that we didn't like, although there is absolutely no view from the windows as these look out onto a wall and the access passage that takes you straight to the beachfront.

Perfect for our family, including two young kids, the location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to Henley Beach. Days were spent strolling, building sandcastles, and enjoying the beautiful surrounds. The property was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need—board games, picnic kits, beach towels, play equipment, and even an outside shower for sandy feet. Free private parking made everything so convenient for longer trips, especially when loading and unloading. A huge thank you to Silvana, an incredibly accommodating host who ensured everything was perfect for our stay. Her thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Nothing- was great!

Instructions for access and using the facilities of the premises. Cleanliness and spaciousness. Responses from the proprietor to queries. Towels were poor quality. Access to suitable night-light. • Di (10/5): Exceptional - Just love staying at Kerrigans on Seaview due to its location, comfortable homely accommodation and superior hospitality. Silvana and her team, have tastefully decorated and furnished this unit. Being a unit, surprisedly there is a lot of room for even a small family to stay. Outdoor alfresco area with a laneway to the beach, right next to the Henley Jetty and Henley Square where many restaurants and cafes are located. The kitchen is well equipped and pantry stocked up with those little essentials for your short stay. Great to have a carpark especially in busy Henley Square. Nothing, the hosts go above and beyond to ensure a quality homely stay.

There were so many thoughtful additions that felt like we were staying in a friend's home. The security and check in process was so easy, and appreciated the car space. The place is exceptionally positioned close to the main centrepoint of Henley Beach. I would love to stay here again in the future. Nothing at all. Everything was great.
