• Raymond (1/5): DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE I STILL DID NOT GET MY PROMISED FULL REFUND AND WILL POST THIS WORLD WIDE - Nothing Air Conditioning did not work , dryer did not work wasted first day waiting for repairs that were not done and was told A/C broken dryer broken then had to stay over night in a sweat box it was cooler outside than in the apartment . Had to find a hotel for the remaining 2 days of our 3 day stay as 1 day was wasted dealing with this terrible apartmentt. Stale bread in the bread drawer in kitchen. felt like every move was being watched in this smart place as they knew every move we made. I was told I would get a full refund and only got a 1/3 up until this point but I will not let this go I will continue to fight for a full refund as they rented this place out while the other places are being finshed to generate some income First and last experience with vacation apartment rental . Management responded quickly when we needed them to fix something and always solved the problem at all time. Very convenient location. Occasionally an appliance didn’t work but promptly was responded to and resolved.

• Ivanzrh (1/5): Disappointing Stay: Safety Concerns, Unmet Expectations & No Resolutions - Position: Despite its undesirable location beside a strip club, the apartment is conveniently situated across from the lake (though without a view) and a short 3-4 minute walk from the lakeshore pedestrian area Steam bath feature: The shower includes a steam feature, which is a nice addition. However, if not properly cleaned (as in this case), it can produce an unpleasant odor. We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed for 22 winter nights in two 'Promenade' apartments (we had to change due to issues). Despite the cost (CHF 3,643.74 including CHF 150 cleaning fee), we encountered serious safety concerns, below-standard cleanliness, and misleading features. The external patio leading to the unit was dangerously icy in winter, without adequate floor coverings. This issue was known to the host but went unaddressed. Upon arrival, a strong, terrible odor made the apartment uninhabitable for the first two nights. The host incorrectly attributed this to stale air, but maintenance confirmed a clogged bathroom sink as the source. We had to switch to a different, lower-spec apartment (1 double bed + 1 single bed vs. 2 double beds). Both apartments required additional cleaning including dusty/smelly carpets, despite our mentioned allergies. Despite booking through Booking.com and agreeing to their terms, the host presented a separate, more restrictive contract during check-in. This mandatory signing raises concerns about fair consumer practices. These are not "modern designer flats" as advertised. They feature low-quality furniture, missing basics (toilet paper holder, proper towel hangers, TV and garage remotes with dead batteries), a leaking bidet, rotten furniture, and signs of poor maintenance. The temperature was stuck at an uncomfortable 27°C (80.6°F), and the entire complex smells like smoke and food (due to the ground-floor restaurant). Access to the apartments from the main entrance, garage, or laundry room requires passing through an exposed external area, inconvenient in winter. Considering all the issues promptly shared with the host, they never offered a valid solution to our negative experience.

• Cristina (6/5): Although the apartment is nice we will not going back unfortunately - The property itself is really nice I didn’t like the management of the rent we had a problem with the shower (only one in the apartment)during weekend and we’ve been told to wait till Monday for somebody to fix it! We had to do it ourselves and it was the drainage blocked from hairs! Disgusting On top of that a lot of fuss on the late check in and we paid CHF 50 because we arrived 15 minutes later of the “normal hour” check in!

• Amal (5/5): Liked the location but would never book with the company again. - I liked the location its near restaurants and the lake. The apartment is spacious and the decor is good. The parking was good and easy to access. The employee who greeted us was nice and welcoming, was engaged with issues we raised. Check-in and check-out was smooth. To start with the very long contract was annoying and the stress over keeping the place clean got me expecting a spotless place, yet the bed sheets were dirty, the floor was not properly cleaned, the kettle had flies in it, the cabinets too, and the list goes on. When I complained they sent someone to clean the flat again but it’s obvious they don’t clean properly. The AC was not working in one of the rooms. I placed a 300€ deposit (overrated) and didn’t receive the exact amount back with no explanations.
• Ali (9/5): convenient relaxing we will definitely come back to stay in the apartment again - we liked everything about the property location, staff, cleanliness and security the two balconies were amazing the view to lake Lugano is beautiful everything was provided no washing machine in the apartment but there was one downstairs which was a hassle going down and up
