• Dylan (1/5): Rod of Freeze in the Dark Hatred Nays - nothing my brother-in-law used the time to gaybash, spread hatred, teach his daughter extortion and continue using a charity fraud to fund an insurance fraud. my personal anguish is so extreme that i do not care about the 500 dollars stolen. i hope they puke on it because the love, pride, sex, achievement and brother forever lost to me costs me more. this is not dea witness protection. this is women who didnt get enough hate in the first time coming for more evil. i will abandon all i have before i give any thanks to the people who accepted bribes to trumpet mockery of human rights.
• Nima (9/5): We'll stay there again. - The location is excellent. The condo is clean and comfortable. The host is simply a gentleman, responsive and hospitable.

I think this is my second time staying here… first was for the eagles concert a couple years ago. - Excellent location Unfortunately with socialist government on the municipal level, it has opened the doors to Jasper avenue becoming a cesspool for the homeless and drug addicts.

• Bradley (10/5): We will be back! 5 stars ⭐️ - Great location, clean , LRT station right underneath the property, amazing host ( Rodney ) Nothing really. It’s in the heart of downtown Edmonton. We enjoyed an excellent nearby pasta restaurant (Sorrentino’s) and an English style pub (Sherlock Holmes). With the kitchen in the suite we made our own breakfast. Great spot.

The owner, Rodney, is kind, responsive and reliable, so if you are thinking of staying in a condominium in Edmonton, you can trust Rodney. We rented a car so we didn't use public transportation, but if you do, I don't think there's a more convenient place than this. Edmonton has a big sports tournament for children every year. We stayed here for that, and it was perfect. This facility has a kitchen, washing machine and dryer, so we were able to make breakfast and lunch and wash our children's uniforms. We were able to prepare simple, healthy food without spending a lot of money. I also liked that the room had many drawers and places to hang clothes. The bathroom was clean and the living room was a relaxing space.
• Petar (4/5): I will never again stay at Downtown Edmonton - Great location, great host Its very small. Although the condo is very clean, the building itself is filthy and with terrible smell. Sketchy people inside the building, and full of homeless junkies outside. One of the nights someone was using a grinder or something similar at 12 AM. Drunk people yelling right next door on the other night
• Donna (10/5): Home away from home. Will stay here again. - Once you buy your small list of groceries and settle in, this condo definitely feels like a home away from home. In addition to having a hair dryer and iron available, there's also an ironing board, detergent & fabric softener for the washer & dryer in the suite, as well as dishwasher tablets under the sink for the dishwasher. I didn't need to use them, but wow, you are set. I was already content with the diswashing liquid, sponge, and kitchen towels. The internet access is smooth. Especially playing some music via YouTube on the flat screen tv, while i prep something to eat in the kitchen. And of course there are tv shows & movies readily available to watch. The host, Rodney, is super nice & helpful. I can call or text him anytime, and he will help & respond a.s.a.p. Thank you so much! i enjoyed my snacks and received my deposit back quickly. Just like any downtown city, there will be the occasional rabble of homeless citizens or people under the influence. To ensure building safety, a fellow occupant of the building, Patrick, is at the entrance foyer from 11pm to 6am. Overall, the location is good, as there are plenty of nice people. Head towards 104 St, and there you'll find some nice places to eat. I love Fawkes Cafe! I also enjoyed the graffiti artwork and lights along 104 St. The Edmonton City Centre for shopping is also walking distance. It was also a time for the Oilers' Stanley Cup playoffs, so it was definitely a busy time! You'll see lots of people wearing the beloved Oilers jerseys. I parked in the lot beside Ruth Chris's Steak house, as it is an open lot along the street. I prefer an open lot along the street, instead of a closed-in concrete parkade. I don't know if it's because of the Stanley Cup Playoff season for the Oilers, but the parking prices are expensive! $38.59 overnight to 9am, & $51.19 all day to 5pm.

• Kyle (8/5): Good place to stay for the game - Location was great for attending game at Rogers. Property was clean and host was accommodating and made check-in easy. Heat as a bit variable during the night on the sofa couch. Maybe just couldn't find the right control for it.

• Alexander (9/5): It was perfect. - I just loved the extra little touches like leaving snacks, able to make some tea, leaving a fob out for easy access. Enjoyed the bars in the area and soaking in the city views and watching the chaos on the street below. Just wish they had pen and paper on hand.

The Lrt is right beside the building, with that being said.. there is a bit of rif raf being in the heart of downtown, but I would say that is to be expected for any city if one Is to be staying in downtown! The host is so awesome, very kind and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again.
