Molto carino il contesto, in una zona molto tranquilla di Roma; molto comodo per accedere a zona olimpico / foro italico. Molto solerte lo staff che si è prodigato per fornire informazioni e per accontentare tutte le nostre richieste.

• Maurizio (8/5): Bellissimo alloggio a poca distanza dal centro - L’alloggio è veramente molto bello, spazioso, pulito e dotato di ogni accessorio utile al soggiorno, anche in cucina. L’unica nota di demerito, riguarda la descrizione dell’annuncio, che cita “a 5 minuti da piazza del popolo”. Beh, sarebbe più corretto dire 5 minuti in tram.

• Alessio (10/5): Torneremo!! - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Roma e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’alloggio è molto spazioso, ben organizzato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è davvero comoda, a soli 10 minuti dal centro, perfetta per visitare la città. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, rendendo tutto ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!
• Linnette (8/5): - The apartment was exceptionally clean and surprisingly spacious. The listing photos simply don't do it justice! With three separate rooms, it exceeded my expectations for size. Even better, the property owner was quick to respond and very accommodating, allowing us to check in early after our flight, which we greatly appreciated. While the apartment was great in many respects, there were two main issues affecting our stay. The location right next to a very busy road resulted in significant noise, particularly at night, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the sofa beds in the first room were uncomfortable.

• Hodik (8/5): Overall good, ervhad some unexpected water ossue due to maintenance, however was bot the fault of the property. - Comfortable, great location, 2 bathrooms Noisy for some of the rooms having windows to the Main Street. Water pressure issue if both bathrooms were used in thr same time ( for shower).

• Fabio (9/5): Assolutamente Raccomandato - Appartamento grande e ben arredato. Fornito di ogni comfort. Per me la posizione è eccezionale in quanto la struttura si trova in uno dei quartieri più eleganti e residenziali di Roma praticamente angolo Via Flaminia/via del Vignola con moltissimi servizi (bar, ristoranti, poste, farmacia, tabaccai, benzinai) a 2 passi...non ultimo praticamente davanti al cancello la fermata del tram/bus che in 4 minuti raggiunge Piazzale Flaminio (che significa Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, lungotevere...). Proprietario molto gentile - ottima comunicazione Va tutto bene così
• Gianni (10/5): Buona location anche per soggiorni più lunghi - Casa molto pulita e accogliente, faceva esattamente alle nostre esigenze di famiglia numerosa. La zona discretamente silenziosa (sebbene il servizio di tram sospeso per lavori) e ben collegata con il centro. Ottimi anche i supermarket intorno e le economiche pizzerie.
• Giuseppe (9/5): Beautiful large centralized apartment in Rome. - Fantastic well situated large apartment in Rome. The apartment is huge and minutes away from major attractions. It has every commodity that you can think of. This apartment is almost flawless. The only potential inconvenience was the virtual key access that may be a challenge if your mobile phone battery dies after a long day of moving around in this busy city. All four of our mobile phones were dead by the time we got back to the apartment. We were just lucky our son remembered the code so we were able to get in. Thank God for my son’s good memory! Nonetheless, because the lock it is digitized, the management team could provide you access remotely. It’s all good!

• Valentina (10/5): A comfortable and well-located apartment that made exploring Rome easy and enjoyable. - The apartment was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The location was excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza del Popolo and close to public transportation. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

• Shirin (8/5): Beautiful Blue Apartment - Fantastic apartment, very spacious, bonus at having 2 separate bathrooms, good location via public transport, however not very walkable to all the tourists sights. All amenities provided for. Didn’t meet the host but he provided excellent instructions to access the property via door codes and was very accommodating at providing early access to drop off our luggage and go straight to our 1st tourist attraction. Virtually 2 mins walk from the tram stop, would definitely book again, thank you for a lovely stay :) The only negative is how loud it can get at night from vehicles/ trams on the road but certainly nothing the owner can do anything about.

• Richard (9/5): We were very comfortable and felt safe in his apartment. It met all of our needs. - I liked the location and the size of the apartment Street noise. I also didn’t like the mirror on the hallway. When I went to the bathroom one night, i was returning to my room and saw what was my reflection. However, it appeared to be a different person and it truly scared me.

Besides the irreproachable conditions, and by that i mean very much space, the two bathrooms-very useful when talking about a group, comfortable beds, nice and clean and the list can go on, the host is always ready to help you with all the support you need. The rest, ill leave you find out by yourself. Totally reccomend, 10/10 -
• A (10/5): Great spacious apartment with wonderful host - The apartment was wonderful and clean and more tha enough room for a group of 5 to 6 people with three rooms and two toilets. AC worked wonderful, and the host was amazing. Super responsive and always willing to help. I asked about the coffee maker and offered to come bring a new one right away. The flat is close to the metro system and it's about the same time as a taxi to get to the sights but for only 1.50. The street is a bit noisy but not too bad

The place was nicely furnished and upgraded. Close to public transportation to get to major attractions. No drying rack although there was a washing machine!

• Damovska (10/5): Without a doubt, Rome is a city you should visit and this is an accomodation you should stay in. - It was a beautiful place, fully equipped with everything you could need. It was easily accesible, as the host was wonderful and gave clear instructions. The apartment itself was located right on the street, so it was very well connected for transport to the centre.

Wonderful host! The weird step in the bathrooms, take a bit getting used to! It was a bit hard to catch a cab near by but there is a metro that runs right in front of it!

• Juliëtt (10/5): Good stay in Italië - It was very hygienic and also the owner of the accommodation was always on standby if we needed his help. This was the first time we rented an appartment and it was absolutely stunning. Never have I ever experienced a stay so wonderful. The owner had everything that you needed and extra in the house. Everything was so clean and comfortable. There is a lot of space and you will feel like home. Also the appartment is in a nice area where you can be in the city by just a few stops. There is also a supermarket just 1 minute walking distance from the appartment which is a very nice and good one. The apartment also has a very good and strong WiFi, but also Netflix and YouTube on the tv. Once again very much recommended, if I come back to Rome I will definitely come back to this apartment.
