• Folkert (4/5): - Hallo Angelika, Alleen und Alex, unsere Erfahrungen mit der Ferienwohnung waren schlecht: # höchste Verkehrsbelastung #Balkon nicht zu benutzen durch diese Belastung # keine ruhige Terrasse # Waschmaschine unbrauchbar - wird jetzt total voll mit Pilzen sein # im Badezimmer konnte man sich nicht duschen # zu wenig Handtücher # keine Kuchenhandtuch und nur ein Trockentuch # kein Kleidungsschrank # die Matratzen des Bettes waren viel zu alt - ersetzen durch Matratzen mit Härte 2 und 3. Das Positive war, dass die Altstadt nicht weit weg war. Mit herzlichen Grüßen, Folkert.

• Anna (7/5): - Die Lage war super da man schnell in der Stadt war + das mit dem Check war alles sehr unkompliziert! Die Kommunikation war auch super, da gibt es nicht zu bemängeln. Die Küche war für uns ausreichen ausgestattet und wir hatten alles was wir benötigten Es war nicht sehr sauber.. ich bin normal nicht zimperlich was das betrifft aber mit kleinem Kind war es nicht sehr optimal (Spinnenweben an Türrahmen, Boden nicht gesaugt mit vielen staubfussel.. die Socken waren nach kurzer Zeit sehr dreckig 😅) Was man noch dazu sagen muss wir waren bei weit über 30 grad dort, was wir nie wieder machen würden da es in der Wohnung viel zu heiß wurde und man auch durch den Lärm + keinem Durchzug nicht gut lüften konnten..

• Nick (9/5): - Schöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Lage. 10 Min. von der Altstadt entfernt. Parken sollte man vorher reservieren, sonst wird es kompliziert. Relativ laut da an einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es ok, aber im Sommer geht das nicht.

• Gabriella (10/5): Very good location, well equipped - Beautiful big apartment with very nice view. Walking distance from the old town. The apartment is very well equipped, all rooms are big. Wifi is working well. Very challenging to park in the street as it is strickly regulated. More chance if you drive to the end of the street. You need blue card where you set up the arrival time.

• Alessandro (6/5): Modern and well equipped, but with downsides - The view from the balcony is nice and the apartment is modern and well equipped. Kitchen and bathroom are both really good.. The garage is very useful and comes with a good price. The location is ok, not far from the centre of Passau. The flat was reasonable clean but not very clean. It was very hot and the flat is not ideal for that - probably much better in cold weather. As it was torrid we had to open all windows (which are not very practical). But then the place is very noisy, as there is quite some traffic. The bed and chairs are fine with cold weather but too warm with the heat. The balcony is also of limited use as noisy with traffic.
• Peter (9/5): Wonderful apartment with everything you need for comfortable stay - Great location, easy to get to on the bus. Roomy apartment with all facilities you need. My wife loved having a bath after a long day sightseeing. Hosts were very helpful and responsive There are 3 flights of stairs, would be challenging for someone not physically fit especially with luggage.

• Kang (10/5): Nice & Comfortable - We booked a summer stay at this self-check-in newly renovated flat with everything included (stove oven DeLonghi coffee machine with capsules provided lots of tea bags electric kettle toaster fridge kitchen utensils plenty of cooking spices dining table office desk high speed WiFi comfortable bed washing machine lots of books for reading), bright interior even though at basement, ample lighting in the whole flat, located just opposite the starting point of Veste Oberhaus route, big TV with free Netflix channels & a bottle of champagne were big surprises! No microwave oven, no cooking oil & salt, no kitchen napkins, loud traffic noise as it directly faces the main road (but OK once all windows are closed)
• Leah (9/5): Will definitely come again - Absolutely beautiful property. Modern and very well kept. Easy to access. Wonderful view. Excellent amenities. Good mattresses. Hosts were kind and responsive. For some reason we had a really weak wifi connection. The volume on the TV remote didn’t work, and the dryer was a bit difficult to use (it kept saying one minute left for over 30 minutes). However, the hosts were really responsive in attempting to fix those issues. The kitchen is quite excellent. Everything was overall great

• Luca (10/5): Exceptional - Small but very nice apartment located a few steps from the city center which can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and well furnished. There is everything you need to prepare your own meals. Small but much appreciated things that are not always found, the owners leave a supply of towels, sheets available to customers but above all soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, sugar and much more are available. The welcome cocktail is also a pleasant surprise. Super) I suggest in the equipment in addition to the coffee machine and the water boiler it would be very comfortable a small microwave to quickly heat the food quickly.
