- Herrera (9/5): Happily Vacationed - This was a fantastic place to stay. Staff are so kind and accommodating. My daughter left her brand new iPad and we had to return 2 days later to retrieve it. Thank goodness it was found by an honest employee. Absolutely recommend this resort. I loved it all!+

The facility is always clean, the staff is always welcoming, the food is good. The beds are very uncomfortable; this was the same issue we had last year, the only issue. Another small issue that we had was there were 5 of us and we got 4 bath towels each day. We didn’t get enough wash cloths and soap/shampoo/conditioner needed to be refilled. All of these issues were rectified with a phone call.

- Aleksandra (8/5): - Hotel jest położony w świetnym miejscu. Plaża jest szeroka a po drugiej stronie ulicy jest centrum handlowe, restauracje i oceanarium. Hotel jest mały więc wszędzie jest blisko. Jest mało wind więc trzeba korzystać ze schodów żeby było szybciej. Sposób rezerwacji restauracji też jest nie nowoczesny. Przez 9 dni pobytu nie udało nam się odwiedzić włoskiej restauracji bo trzeba by stać chyba 30 min w kolejce przed rozpoczęciem zapisów. To trochę bez sensu bo przecież przyjeżdża się odpocząć.
- Kristen (5/5): Hard beds, mediocre food and great staff and beach location with plenty of space. - The location was great and the beach was beautiful with good amount of beach chairs and sun shades for everyone, it was not crowded and easy to find a spot. Very clean property overall and the staff were great. No bottled water for guests, you have to use their reusable water bottles and the fountain water. The beds are ROCK HARD, this was a common complaint among guest and our bathroom shower did not drain therefore we were standing in the dirty water and then it would overflow onto the floor outside the shower. However, housekeeping did a great job making sure the room was cleaned up everyday! Food was fine, but nothing spectacular.

Hotel muito bom atendimento. Não caia na pegadinha de tomar café da manhã com os vendedores de sócio da rede de hotéis que ficam oferendo brindes e são muito chatos. Só vá se vc realmente quer virar sócio do hotel. Não deixe de conhecer o bar no terraço a vista é linda no pôr do sol Vc só consegue reservar para os restaurantes italiano, mexicano e pescador as 16h . Se não as refeições são todas no restaurante buffet. Mas a comida é bem variada e gostosa

The drinks were great and staff were very generous with liquor. We enjoyed the food and loved the buffet each day. The Italian restaurant was our favourite. The hotel needs to amend their restaurant booking system as it is currently broken and the only way to book the nicer restaurants is to line up each day for a chance to secure a table.

- Tasia (1/5): The resort should be closed immediately - The location! Where do I start? 3 hour wait before my room was ready. None of the staff washes their hands while serving food or drinks. The sever at the bar in the lobby fixed my drink in a used cup that had lipstick on it. The staff entered into my room two times while me and my husband was inside and we did not give them the okay to come in. Inside one of the restaurant the staff member fixed burgers without gloves on. He touched the cheese and bread with his bare hands and he was sweating. The bathroom smelled like urine and was not clean at all. There was hair on the bed and nightstand The curtains in the shower and room had mold on them. This resort needs to be closed.

- Tainnan (4/5): Stunning Location, Disappointing Experience - Beach access was dreamy and I really enjoyed using the chairs and umbrellas although we had to wake up very early to secure seats. Wi-Fi service was great even at the beach seats. Shower had good pressure but it didn't always have hot water (cold shower at 5am before Chichen Itza!) and it flooded. Food was disappointing and inconsistent, even at their specialty restaurants (sadly). Making reservations for specialty restaurants was a struggle since their app did not work, you had to be in line from 3:30-5p to guarantee a spot, so if you had a tour during the day, you'd only have the buffet as a dinner option. Drinks had pretty bad quality (watered down) and the only beer option is Dos XX lager. Wine was a little better at specialty restaurants, but we were only able to go to those 2/4 nights due to their flawed reservation process. This is not the place if you expect high quality food and drinks, or good Mexican food at all.

- Jeaneen (7/5): - The proximity to the beach was amazing. The staff were nice and attentive. The room and bathroom were outdated. The gym was outdated and small. The pool wasn't heated and the seating around the pool was limited, plus other people kept their towels in place all day even though they weren't sitting down. The food lacked flavor. Check in took very long. Also, the wristbands you have to wear aren't comfortable and get tighter and tighter as you wear them. Dinner reservations are limited to a 30 minute timeline which changes day to day. There wasn't enough communication about when dinner reservations should be made. Also, there's hardly any outlets in the room, so charging phones and tablets was a challenge.

It’s says vegetarian lasagna however foods has beef in it. Limited options for kids and vegetarians. Some staff members in buffet not serving properly. Breakfast time tea water provided but milk missing. Asked for water four times from staff for my child. Cereal options were limited. Not happy with overall experience. We know we charged extra for my kids. It was family suite and can easily accommodate 6 people but they have changed extra $1000 usd from us at the reception and booking. Com not helpful at all. Garry at booking.com took my credit information but disconnected the call without resolving the matter. Hotel charged me extra for my stay. We weren’t given keys at check in despite of paying in advance payment. I breakdown on checking with the whole situation transpired. We were there for vacation not for the treatment that we are staying free there.

El hotel no ofreció compensación económica adecuada, por lo que el reclamo continúa abierto a través de Booking.com.

El mesero del bar de piscina y playa Jorge fue de lo mejor muy predispuesto nos brindó una calidad de atención excelente. Con los tragos maravilloso!! El asensar demora mucho. Y debería Tenes algún servicio de alimentos 24hs

- Andre (7/5): Creo que no vuelvo! 😬 - Los puntos buenos para mi, son que el personal de restaurantes y bebidas! *El hotel es muy pequeño *El bufete es malo sinceramente, no hay nada de variedad y te cansas de lo mismo todos los días! Horrible que tengas que hacer una fila de 1 hora para reservar en un restaurante ya sea italiano o el mexicano, y solo se aceptan reservas dentro de los primeros 20 minutos: es decir de 4 a 4:2 eran las reservas y tenías que hacer fila desde las 3 afuera del restaurante; no es como en los otros hoteles que desde tu celular con el Qr donde quiera puedes reservar y peor aún en esos restaurantes es la misma comida que la de los bufete; no hay variedad *El hotel pescado siempre estaba muy salado *En el restaurante del pescador no hay nada más que sopas y pescado, no hay ceviche de camarón o pulpo, no hay platillos como camarones a la diabla, es muy poco lo que hay. *los shows son muy aburridos y duran súper poquito, en la fiesta neón llevaron a una chica para que pintara a los niños, y solo estuvo un rato y muchos no alcanzaron porque se iban a cenar * las bebidas no son variedad al menos en la alberca; en el lobby si hay un poco más pero no mucho. * siempre te responden el mismo mensaje : “ estamos haciendo todo lo posible para que mejoremos y pues no se ve” La verdad creo que hay más hoteles y de mejor calidad con el precio que pague; no creo que vuelva aunque el personal sea muy amable que es lo que rescato 😬

- Luis Antonio (8/5): es acorde a lo que uno paga - La ubicación El servicio a la habitación fue demasiado tardado; perdí una hora esperando para que le pusieran baterías a la caja fuerte; no había jabón ni shampoo en los baños; solo había un rollo y medio de papel en una suit para 5 personas; el encargado del restaurante "el pescador" era muy apático y hasta malhumorado.

Marcos organizando el voley!! Y Nataly excelente con la limpieza en la habitación!!! Seguro volvemos!!! Tanta insistencia con la membresía...entiendo que tienen que vender ...pero con una vez que le digas no estaría bueno que no insistan!

- Dor Posner (9/5): Good hotel for families - We had a wonderful stay at Park Royal Beach Cancun. The hotel itself is lovely, and we especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Our daughters really enjoyed the kids club, and the beautiful beach was absolutely perfect for our family. Another highlight was the food selection, which included plenty of gluten-free options after we requested them - this made our dining experience much more enjoyable. The pool was a bit dirty when we arrived on our first day, though the staff made sure to clean it afterward. We also booked two rooms hoping they would be connected, as it was possible, but unfortunately the staff didn’t arrange this in advance or think to offer it, which was a minor inconvenience during our stay.

- Petra (9/5): - Que esta a pie de playa, buena atención del personal de recepción, habitaciones limpias, buena atención en restaurantes. Las albercas La música y baile en el lobby. . El tipo de brazalete que te ponen es algo incómodo ya que se va apretando. Falta mas iluminación en las recamaras . Un poco más de variedad en los alimentos. Fallas en el brazalete para abrir las puertas.
