• Tricia (10/5): Everything you need in a great location - I loved everything about it! Yes, the location being right in the downtown area can be noisy, but there’s not much they can do about that. The building itself was absolutely silent. I could not hear any of the neighbors. It’s a little bit noisy in that location, but that’s part of the deal and staying downtown.

• Christian (8/5): Tolle Wohnung, von tollem Host mit etwas Abstrichen für die Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Tolles Apartment, Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner waren für uns sehr hilfreich. Uber zu den touristischen Spots geht schnell und ist recht günstig. Kommunikation mit dem Host war fantastisch. Durch die Nähe zur East Hastings Street gibt es leider viele Obdachlose in der Gegend. Tagsüber ist das kein Problem, abends fühlt man sich aber unwohl.
• Amy (8/5): Enjoyable holiday - It was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Was very comfortable The only thing was walking to get anywhere, you had all the homeless around, but Uber sorted that out.

• Renáta (10/5): - The flat is super nice and extremely well-equipped, so you're comfortable staying there for a longer period of time. There is a dishwasher and washing machine with detergents, well-equipped bathroom, tea, coffee, and even some basic pantry staples. A lot of helpful tips for restaurants, a lot of great Asian food around since you are located in Chinatown. The building is secure. The flat is close to E Hastings which has a large homeless/drug addict population. E Georgia street (where the flat is located) is fine.

• JJ (6/5): A decent place to stay with some issues - Location, cleanliness, responsiveness of host to questions Loud - sounded like the street noises and the roudy pub patrons were in the same room with me. Condition - twice was locked out because building entry equipment was off line, couldn’t open the sofa bed to use it, took coaching to open the dishwasher.
• rosie (9/5): Overall, the cleanliness and quality of the apartment made our stay enjoyable. - The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet building as well. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores around the area, also easy to get to the downtown area. The host gave clear instructions and was available for any issues or concerns. I didn’t like how loud and noisy it’s gets around the apartment area at nighttime. It can also be a little scary since it is near Hastings.

• Budnik (8/5): Great stay - Apartment was very nice and clean. In a secured building. Wish we would have had a small book explaining the area we were staying in like an area map not to go on E Hastings street. Where to get the bus to certain locations. TV guide for networks.
• Colin (9/5): - Extremely clean, modern apartment with all necessary amenities for a one week stay. The inclusion of in suite laundry was a big plus. Very close to transit and dozens of great restaurants. Apartment is quite close to East Hastings which has a significant homelesness problem.

• Robert (8/5): If the apartment was moved to another area away from the homeless it would make it more comfortable. - Had all the amenities to use in the apartment. Easy distance to the bus stop for the Waterfront and Stanley Park. Not a nice area with homeless taking over several streets. Makes you uncomfortable. Not easy to get a place to eat with European food. Mostly Asean food as it is in Chinatown. At night, was a problem to sleep with sirens from ambulance most of the night. Also people shouting in the street.

• Robert (9/5): A clean and modern apartment in Chinatown district of Vancouver, with easy access to all one needs for a very pleasant s - Location was excellent. Easy, walking-distance access to supermarkets and liquor stores, and similarly to Canada Place where one catches buses to local attractions (we did Grouse Mountain and Capilano Bridge). Plenty of cafes/restaurants close by - indeed right at the ground floor of the building! Information provided in the apartment was very useful (including which street areas to avoid due to (sadly) homeless people. The in-apartment facilities all worked well. Nothing
• Nina (7/5): schönes apartment, lage fragwürdig - moderne schöne einrichtung, gute anbindung zu allen sehenswürdigkeiten, nützliche empfehlungen seitens der gastgeber sehr hellhörig, nachts hohe geräuschkulisse, die unmittelbare nähe zur east hastings street (ist nicht dem gastgeber geschuldet, aber wir haben noch nie in unseren leben so viel obdachlose & drogenabhängige gebündelt auf einem fleck gesehen.) hinzu kommt, dass die drogengeschäfte & das nehmen von drogen am helligten tag völlig ungehemmt von statten geht.

• Kathrin (8/5): - gross, modern und gut ausgestattet Sehr nahe zum Teil der Hastings-Street die mit Obdachlosen/Dröglern überfüllt ist. Man muss gut schauen, dass man diesen Teil umgehen kann, dann ist die Lage super.

• Hanna (9/5): Однозначно рекомендую ці апартаменти ! - Вся техніка , пралка , сушила , все це є для комфортного проживання; кухонного устаткування дуже багато Також дозволили залишити багаж раніше заселення та пізніше виселення Світлі, чисті апартаменти, великі вікна панорамні Зовсім поруч є вело стоянка - де брали в оренду велосипеди і за декілька хвилин доїжджати в центр центр або в сторону набережної (дуже близько на велосипеді) Зараз з вулиці (від закладів сусідніх постійно воняло смаженим часником та іншим), але розумію, що на це апартаменти не можуть вплинути, тому все одно моя оцінка буде дуже високою !!
