• Viktor (5/5): Passable - We wanted a place for 1 night close to O2 arena with a parking possibility. From that perspective the apartment was fine. Fridge was not working and extremely smelly when opening the door

• Oleksandra (8/5): Good apartment near O2 arena - Apartment was nice, clean. Next to metro station and 2 stops by tram to O2 arena. There is nowhere to get coffee and breakfast on the weekend. Shower was strange, either extremely hot or cold.
• Elisabeth (10/5): Exceptional - Solid sized room, comfy beds, and we didn’t really need anything else, as we were only there for one night. Really only an issue for one of us, because of the Tram right outside, which a country kid is very much not used to, but it ended up working out fine.

• Стефан (6/5): Not going again - The apartment is indeed new and modern. The parking place is nice, even if it is a bit hard to get in the underground parking. We did not get the room we booked. Convoluted and complex steps for self check-in. Cleaning was rushed. The appliances are very badic. The sofa is not convenient for two people to sleep on. For apt. 21: The neighbors smoke on their window, and the smoke comes right in the room. Street traffic is quite loud. For apt. 26: No view whatsoever, but people passing through the hallway can glance in the room (and they did). The hot water kettle was dirty. There was a misunderstanding between the host and Booking that is still to be resolved. Booking support is only trying to deflect and is hard to work with.
• Piotr (7/5): Vacation trip with kids. - The location of the apartment is excellent - close to trams and the underground station. Additionally, having a convenient parking place in the building is a big plus. However, one thing prevents me from giving a higher rating: cleanliness. The apartment was cleaned, but there was a lot of dust under the bed. The linens and towels seemed to have been washed in water only - they didn't smell bad, but they also didn't have a pleasant aroma. The shower was dirty as well, which should not happen. The corridor was also a bit dirty. Overall, if they improve their cleaning service, this could be a very good place to stay. cleanliness
• Chris (7/5): Modern studio with convenient location close to public transport. - Tram stop was only a couple of hundred meters down the road to catch a tram into the city center. Roomy studio and bathroom. Very temperamental hot water supply, was either barely lukewarm or just cold, made for an interesting shower. Facilities details states washing machine was present however in my particular studio we had the plumbing for a machine but none was present. Getting into the parking garage on first arrival was a bit complicated but eventually figured it out with the instructions given by the owner.
• Alex (6/5): Pleasant - It's a tidy, comfortable, well-equipped place. Looks like a newly-built apartment complex too, so it's got nice modern colours and materials, you've got a more than serviceable kitchen and there's even a washing machine in the bathroom. Tiny bit of mold in the shower which is not ideal, but we've all seen worse. We had no option to store our luggage before checking in - which is not a requirement in any way, but would've been nice, as 95% of accomodation here grants you that. This one kinda works more like an Airbnb, i.e. there's no staff to talk to or arrange things with. ...except when they want to get rid of you a day before you're supposed to check out. Seriously, the only time we've seen anyone working there was when some guy wanted to move us out of the room a day earlier than what we'd already paid for. How does that even happen.
• Tomica (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to the metro station ao easy to get to the city center. No air conditioning and it eas pretty humid and hot when we arrived. Thet was also no wifi in the apartment.
• Veronika (8/5): Modern quiet studio with private parking, well situated if you go for any concert/event to O2 Arena - The place was exactly the same like photos. It was very quiet and bed was comfortable and bathroom was really nice :) The elevator was not working both days what we stood there and flat was at the 4th floor :/ rubbish bin at the kitchen was not empty after previous visitors, which was giving us feeling if was flat even cleaned before we came..

• Sever (7/5): Well located but not very confortable. - Well located near subway and bus. Is very small with window on the street side and no conditioned air. If you travel in a hot period you cannot open the window because is too noise and we cannot stay with window closed because there is too hot.
