- Salma (9/5): - Location Arrangement of getting the keys is not practical with no car and with luggage! Also two bedroom only received one set of keys which makes it hard to go up lift etc if not together as you need to scan the card. When I complained via email They did say to contact the office to arrange something but they didn’t pick up. I think it should have been arranged prior

- Wayne (1/5): I will never, ever use Booking .com again - The booking was made through a 3rd party, there was no mention of this at booking, this meant I had to give all my details including my credit card to a unknown 3rd party, even though the booking said pay balance at reception the 3rd party required full payment immediately and the booking had no cancellation policy which meant I had no choice, I had to pick the keys up at a different location and then drive to the unit and they were only available during office hours, the reception staff at the unit itself refused to help in anyway regarding TV, WiFi or unit problems because I had booked through a different agency and you had to ring them (only during office hours).

- Jake (7/5): Good - Amazing location and views 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 tiny shower wash is not enough for a group of 4. Beds were not comfortable. Check in is difficult being ages away from the actual hotel. Also you have to leave the keys in the room but then can’t use the elevator to go to basement where our car was.
