La ubicación es muy buena y la atención fue siempre amable y atenta. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estancia y definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. - Dmitri (1/5): - Nothing We had a very bad experience with this property. After arrival, we discovered a strong damp / humidity smell in the unit, poor air quality, and visible signs of moisture damage. There were damaged door frames, staining and deterioration near the floor and walls, and dirty ventilation grilles. The actual condition of the apartment did not match what we reasonably expected from the listing. The most serious issue was the impact on our health. My wife and young son developed serious breathing-related symptoms shortly after we entered the unit. Because of this, we stayed only about two hours, did not spend the night there, and had to leave immediately for health reasons. We reported the issue right away and asked for a refund for the unused nights. Instead of resolving the matter fairly, the property refused to refund the unused nights and relied on the cancellation policy. I cannot recommend this property, especially for families, children, or anyone sensitive to dampness, poor air quality, or possible hidden moisture problems.
- Silvonna (8/5): Absolutely, truly a blessing for our family!! - It was a beautiful suite. Very friendly and easy to get into the room. Very clean and all the amenities were available right away. They had a book of information on the table. Beautiful deck. Alot of room especially for a family of five. We would definitely stay there again :) The address didn't come up fir the shuttle from the airport but he never gave up and never made us get out. He tried and tried. Took over an hour. The address just wasn't very clear where to go. The Park Royal hotel workers were nice but weren't very friendly to help. They didn't associate with our condominiums to their hotel. That was a bummer but the State of the Art Condominiums plaza customer service was amazing. Very friendly, very kind. Emailed right away. Asked about our stay, if we needed anything and to email or call anytime. I absolutely loved it. Just maybe Park Royal employees will be a little more kind and more helping. We're all together and see eachother everyday. Like a family. Overall. Wonderful time and place.
- Maricor (1/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! 🤮 - STAY AWAY!! What a terrible experience and waste of money. So I booked this for my birthday because of its proximity to the beach and great pics on its website. My mistake, I should’ve read the reviews first. I tried to cancel since it’s only been a few hours of booking but they won’t cancel it and re-assured me that it’s worth it and that those reviews are not true. When we get to the property, you are treated like a second class citizen since you’re on the Airbnb side, not the all inclusive. There is no front desk, you can only communicate through the app and they are not responsive at all. We have to wait for hours to get the code so we can go in and mind you I have a four year old. As soon as we go in the unit, a disappointment! It’s ghetto, unkept, the stove looks scary, it’s so full of rust that you’d be scared to use it and get Tetanus. I feel like we’ve been pranked! The bed is very cheap, thin and so uncomfortable. The whole unit has a weird smell. I had to cut our stay short and transfer to Westin instead! What a waste of money!

- THIERRY (7/5): Pour une nuit c’était bien. - L’appartement est grand et bien équipée. Pas facile à trouver, le gardien du parking n’a pas notre nom donc pas évident. Les lits étaient recouverts d’une alèse plastique qui glissait, super désagréable. On se serait cru à l’hôpital.

Recomiendo mucho tomarse al menos una tarde para disfrutar sus instalaciones y acudir a sus actividades recreativas.

The staff was incredibly friendly and served alcohol. The food was just average, though. The room had a moldy smell, and cleaning supplies were scattered everywhere in the bathroom . Some staff members were overly pushy, trying to get tours or tickets. Additionally, the hallway where the room was located was flooded with water, making it extremely slippery.

Great facilities in the hotel and a lot of activities that you can in the hotel area there's a lot of things to do. Pool for children and a separate area for adults. We really enjoy our stay using some of the facilities and the easy access to the beach. Thr apartments itself has some things that the owner needs to fix, like the stove doesn't work properly, it was hard to make any food because it takes so long to warm. The apartment is super cold because the AC is too high and is not something that they want you to manipulate. Some kitchen staff ingredients are a little bit old, and I'm not sure if they were expired. Good recommendations will be to have better coffee and get some tea as well. The apartments have 3 beds but only 2 blankets.
- Joseph (8/5): Good value by comparison to other properties in this district. - The condo complex is actually part of the Park Royal property which is an upper-class resort. The wifi service (which was included in the price of the room) worked very well, throughout the property. The living room had a large casual L-shaped sofa and a large flat screen TV with good resolution, and it had several English channels, including sports and news (even Canadian CBC). The staff at the front desk, and concierge services were very helpful. The suite air conditioning worked very well (although it was not adjustable). The fridge was full-size, and there was a toaster and blender. There was nightly live family entertainment. We liked that the reservation didn't include all-inclusive. The location was ideal - across from Plaza La Isla (large high-end shopping/restaurant district), and a nearby supermarket (Soriana). The beach was well maintained and was easily accessible from the pool decks. There were 2 average sized pools - for families and adults. There was a average sized gym (at an extra cost) with free weights, cardio machines, and some weight machines. There was also a steam room and sauna. We had difficulty checking in because the host was not responsive and had not provided any specific details such as the suite # and code. We finally were able to straighten things out after waiting over an hour. I don't understand why the front desk didn't have any record of our name or reservation. I guess maybe that's for privacy reasons? The 2 twin beds in the second bedroom are normal size, and not for tall people (over 6' tall). The 'stovetop' included only a single induction burner.

We were concerned about security due to the unlocked pass through door in the bathroom. It was humid- though the air conditioner was running I don’t think it worked well. The hotel staff was only friendly if you have all inclusive or they can get any tip from you, like, selling you something or getting you a taxi, otherwise, if you are just going as a normal guest to the apartments, they treat you like the last thing in the world, you feel discriminated if you have a purple bracelet.

Room NEVER cleaned, Sheets never changed, garbage Never emptied, towels never replaced, TOILET paper shortage WE had to BEG staff for paper. No in room phone to call desk, front desk UNWILLING to assist as they said it was a Air BNB. Totally unacceptable. I will never use booking.com again. 2 year in a row BOOKING.com has Failed me. The second bedroom is a bit noisy at night from the events in the resort, but those events don't go too late. If you're planning to cook, there's not a ton of options, but the hotplate is there.

- Hui (1/5): Worst accommodation experience so far. La peor experiencia de alojamiento hasta ahora. - Location, Ubicación Worst stay so far. After we checked in at the reception desk, the time we arrived at the hotel room was 15:14, and the normal check-in time is 15:00. At that time, we saw that the door to the room was open. We went in and saw the cleaning staff cleaning the room (only holding a rag in their hands, without using any cleaning detergent. The cleaning staff in nearby hotel rooms use a variety of cleaning agents to clean the rooms. It wasn't cleaned up immediately and she left without finishing all the cleaning. The toilet at that time was very dirty. Not only was the toilet not clean, but the trash can was not covered with garbage bags. There was also a lot of dirt on the bathroom floor and walls. The bathroom door and glass windows were also dirty. The sink and corridor floors were also dirty. When I returned to the room, I saw that the bedside table had not been wiped clean. The TV cabinet opposite the bed (used to store personal belongings) was also very dirty. Although the bedroom sofa was dark blue, there was a lot of obvious yellow dirt and dirt on the curtains. There was yellow/light red dirt on the door. The dining table, stools and bar in the living room were also obviously dirty.
- Erika (10/5): Would come back great beach stay - It was a great size and price for our group. So close to the beach and the AC worked great. Loved the size and having two bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was clean. The host was responsive to texts and communication was easy. I couldn’t get to oven to work. It would have been nice to have a heads up about the resort being all inclusive only as we weren’t able to buy individual drinks or food, just all inclusive or nothing. It was a decent value though and we decided to do that for one of our days there. There was way too much tour spam messages non stop

The cleaning hasn't been done properly before our arrival. Air conditioning didn't work normally: it was extremely cold even if we turned it off (but it was +30 outside), heating model wasn't working, the air was super humid, so things after visiting the beach couldn't get dry, everything was wet (clothes, documents, money, towels, linen). Bathroom leaked a lot every time we had a shower. Kitchen staff was really poor.

There was bed bugs inside my bed which gave me bites and bumps all over my body.The bed was horrible and broken from the bottom.The hotel is very old & out dated & not clean.Definitely don’t recommend to stay here.When we arrived the staff offered to sell cocaine to us which was more than unprofessional & disgusting.

Stuff are really nice. There is only one bathroom in the condo . That's fine, but it doesn't have any mirror and water tap inside the bathroom. Only shower. One rolling glass of the standing shower is missing. The garbage can is old and broken. Drinking water provided only for one day. Not for whole stay.

- Anonymous (7/5): Good - The location was great and we had access to the beach and pool on property. Customer service was excellent. I could reach out anytime about anything and they would respond. It was so cold, even after turning off the main a/c. The bathrooms leaked a lot. We let the owner know, but even the morning of checkout, it was still not fixed. Would have loved if there was more than one stove top.
- Vincent (3/5): Frustrating check in - The kid friendly pools and location The Guest registration staff, the booking.com instructions and help, as well as the 3rd party that listed their rental on booking.com. took over 4 hours to get into the room, no one knew anything and it was an airbnb , which they said instructions were emailed but never got them. Then was given the wrong door access code from the 3rd party rental person. I won't ever book with booking.com again!! Plus the resort won't even let you buy drinks in the pool area if you're not all inclusive, nor food.

Shower doesn’t have a door and all the water comes out on the floor. U have to pay almost $90- day for food or u feel excluded and don’t give u not even cup of water.

- Rosa (7/5): It was Good! - Great location! Great lake view. When we got to the room the floors were very sticky and dirty. I made a note to notify the host and nothing was done! We had a 6 day stay and no one ever came to clean until the day before our departure, our bathroom garbage was overflowing with 6 of us it was awful! The place was nice and nice location but not worth the money since we only used it for sleeping and showering! Wish the host would of been more responsible on awnsering my messages.
