Zara (9/5): Outstanding modern apartment, very easy living! - Loved the modern feel of this apartment, I wanted to move in permanently! Lovely big bathrooms, nice wool carpet. Safe and secure. Rooftop with spa pool was great! Love being easy walking distance to The Calile for breakfast. Great TV with Netflix. It could do with a water filter (even just a Brita jug), as buying non tap water isn’t ideal! A coffee plunger would be great too as I don’t like Nespresso.

Sonja (10/5): A very comfortable stay in a beautiful, well-located apartment. - The property was spacious, beautiful and well equipped. The efficient bathroom layouts meant mornings worked well for 4 adults getting ready at the same time. Whilst the area is clearly becoming more gentrified, the immediate surrounds of the train station feel a bit dodgy. That said, the apartment is handily located for the shops and restaurants of James St and its proximity to the train station is excellent for getting around the city. The apartment itself feels super secure.

Dean (4/5): Ruined by construction noise, facilities not available as advertised - The property was lovely - modern, industrial vibe, clean and well appointed. Bottle of wine was appreciated and a lovely touch. Good linen, towels, crockery and glassware with a lovely dining space No window treatments in the living areas meant that even though it is on the third floor, people in apartments opposite could easily see into the apartment. This felt particularly uncomfortable at night. The noise suppression in the unit was inadequate. A roof top bar down the road provided extreme noise late into the night so that none of us could get to sleep. More importantly, construction work from 6.30am to 6.30pm meant we were subjected to continuous, unremitting noise for our entire stay. The owner/manager of the apartment should be aware that construction work is taking place currently but no warnings were provided. We think this is inappropriate when renting out accommodation which is generally being used by people on holiday and were very disappointed. What was meant to be a relaxing stay was ruined by the constant sound of jack hammering and other construction noise. We requested a later checkout due to a late flight which was provided. It was however only then we were informed that the rooftop space was booked for a function so we could not access these facilities on the second night of our stay. Nowhere in the information about this unit does it mention that the advertised rooftop BBQ area and hot tub may not be available for use during a stay. Either double dipping or false advertising.
Timo (10/5): Terrific apartment in a beautiful city. The perfect stay! - Beautiful building and apartment with luxury and comfortable interior and superb hosts. The location is very central and all you need is in the direct vicinity of this building. Still it’s more kind of a nightlife district. But we would choose this apartment again and again.

Herwin (10/5): The location was excellent. So close to all the facilities you will need during your stay. - The instructions were accurate. Only finding the lock box was a little difficult. A lady in the building came to our rescue. She was very helpful. Getting in and out of the car park is a little difficult. Restricted view of pedestrians and traffic as you enter the street.

Not sure what’s going on there as the other room wit two singles were fine. That one was flimsy and difficult to sleep in next to someone else due to disturbance.

The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire place felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. We’ll be happy to come back again!

Norm (6/5): Well Located - can be noisy - Close to Fortitude Valley nightlife, restaurants and 'wildlife'. Walking distance to the James St Restaurant precinct. The adjacent building site and associated construction noise from very early in the morning. The rubbish trucks emptying the bins at the shops and commercial premises nearby at 3am and 4 am in the morning. The driveway, underground garage and parking bay is only suitable to small to medium cars - not full size 4WD wagons or larger utes. Don't bring in the Land-cruiser or F150.

Location was good for us and walking distance to the train station. Nice touch of a bottle of wine and chocolates provided. Makeup towels in the bathrooms are always a great idea. Would stay here again. No improvements on our end, the apartment met our expectations and needs for this trip.

If you venture further into fortitude valley it is less desirable and with lesser sense of security. This property is best suited when you have a car . The toilet floor are quite slippery and not suitable for elderly .

Tabitha (10/5): Beautiful Apartment - Loved everything about the apartment. It was so open and spacious. With the high ceilings it didn't feel cramped and felt even more spacious. Had all the facilities we could need. A little heart broken I didn't get a chance to use the rooftop jacuzzi or sauna as we were too busy to do so but loved the fact it was there. It was everything I expected and more. I was also grateful that they provided or had a baby seat available as it came in handy for my 4 month old bubba. Great communication with Jo who was lovely. Bit pricey but totally worth it That our stay wasn't longer giving us a chance to really enjoy the apartment due to our schedule 😫

The driveway and garage were very tight. The sliding gate almost hit my car twice as I was waiting to turn left onto the road (when there was traffic).

Very central location and a great view over the city. Didn't like, what appeared to be security cameras in each of the rooms (dome shaped), including bedrooms. Felt like we were being watched, it was unsettling. Recommend having these removed. Would have loved a full-length mirror.

A little tricky getting from the Garage to the apartment as there are a few doors. The hardest thing was getting in and out of the Grage but other than that very nice. The security domes throughout the apartment made us feel a little bit as if we were being watched. Probably not the case but it did affect our comfort levels we were very aware of them. Also as mentioned access to the Garage was awkward.
