• cobra (10/5): - Alles war wunderbar, es war schön im großen Bett, aber ich hatte ein paar kleine Probleme wegen der Frauen, die in dieser Unterkunft der Prostitution nachgehen. Die Polizei kam und hat nachgesehen, aber es hat mich nicht gestört, dass sie mich kontrolliert haben. Aber ich möchte wirklich, dass das Personal vorher nachfragt und die Polizei genau in die richtigen Zimmer schickt, auch wenn dort Kameras sind, können sie alles sehen.

• Tamás (2/5): Csalódás. - Die Unterkunft war in der Nähe unserer Familie und preislich sehr günstig. Die Unterkunft konnte ab 10:00 Uhr bezogen werden, wir kamen jedoch erst um 18:00 Uhr müde an. Bei der Buchung stand, dass sich die Unterkunft im ersten Stock befindet, tatsächlich lag sie jedoch im dritten Stock. Als wir die Unterkunft betraten, mussten wir feststellen, dass die Toilette nicht gespült war – es befanden sich noch Fäkalien darin. Außerdem ließ sich die Toilette nicht spülen, da sich kein Wasser im Spülkasten befand und sie nicht funktionierte. Der Duschhahn war stark verkalkt und das Wasser ließ sich nur sehr schwer aufdrehen. Dadurch fragten wir uns, ob das Apartment überhaupt gereinigt worden war. Falls ja, wie konnte es sein, dass die Reinigungskraft nicht bemerkt hat, dass die Toilette voller Fäkalien war? Auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Nach einem längeren Gespräch mit dem Vermieter wurde uns eine Rückerstattung von 8 % angeboten. Dies empfanden wir als unangemessen niedrig und lehnten das Angebot daher ab. Wer diese Unterkunft buchen möchte, sollte sich das gut überlegen. Möglicherweise ist eine etwas teurere Unterkunft sauberer und insgesamt besser gepflegt. A szállás délelőtt 10 órától elfoglalható volt, este 6 órakor értünk be fáradtan. A szállást amikor lefoglaltuk, azt írták hogy az első emeleten található, ehelyett a 3.emeleten volt. Amikor beléptünk a szállásra, az fogadott hogy a wc nem volt lehúzva (fekália volt benne) és lehúzni se lehetett, nem volt víz a tartályban és nem működött a wc, a zuhanycsap teljesen vízköves volt, alig lehetett megnyitni a vizet. Ebből arra gondoltunk hogy takarító járt egyáltalán az apartmanban? Volt takarítva? Ha volt, a takarító hogy nem vette észre hogy tele van a wc ürülékkel? A tisztaság se volt túl jó sajnos. A szállásadóval hosszú beszélgetés után arra jutottunk hogy adnak 8% visszatérítést, ami sértően alacsony, ezért vissza utasítottuk! Aki erre a szállásra megy, gondolja át, lehet hogy egy drágább árkategóriájú szállás, talán tisztább és rendben van tartva...

• Piotr (10/5): - Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Apartament w stylu Bawarskim, bardzo duży i zadbany z dwoma balkonami i dużym aneksem kuchennym. Wielkość apartamentu, darmowy parking przy budynku, możliwość przyjazdu o późnej porze, aneks kuchenny.
• Fischer (8/5): - Einfach und unkompliziertes self check- in mit Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Einfache, ich mehr ganz neue aber saubere Einrichtung. 2 Nasszellen . Leider gibt es in dieser Unterkunft keine Küche. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine (mit Kaffee-Pads) und eine Mikrowelle sind aber vorhanden.

If I will ever need a stay in Bavaria, I will definitely choose Hallo! apartments.

• SAZLIK (8/5): In terms of quality-price balance, it was a very efficient rental agreement. - The host promptly fulfilled all my requests. The host's level of attentiveness was exceptional. The room could have better insulation. The heating system switches off after a certain time at night, making it very cold. The landlord solved this problem by providing an electric heater. Another issue is the curtain system in the bathroom: installing a rail-mounted shower enclosure system would be very helpful.

Als wir das per WhatsApp meldeten, bekamen wir sofort einen Rückruf und uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Allerdings mussten wir am nächsten Tag nochmal umziehen. Es war funktional, gab keinen Komfort. 2 Kaffepads für die Espressomaschiene wären schön gewesen.

• La (1/5): - Zusammen mit meinem Mann haben wir während der Feiertage ein Apartment gemietet, leider waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Die Nachbarn rauchten Zigaretten und warfen diese in die Toilette, was zu einer Verstopfung der Toilette führte. Der Herd war defekt und wir mussten dies mehrmals melden. Zum Glück war der Hausmeister, der der einzige freundliche Mitarbeiter war, bereit, uns zu helfen. Außerdem erhielten wir keine Erlaubnis, Wäsche zu waschen; erst gegen eine Gebühr stellte uns jemand die Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Insgesamt war das Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft sehr schmutzig und wir mussten alles selbst reinigen. Ich empfehle diesen Ort nicht.

Das meiste, das man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht, war da. WLan ohne extra Gebühren! Gute schriftliche Einweisung um ins Haus zu kommen und vorbereitet informiert zu sein (EMail). Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Eckbank mit Tisch - alles einfach aber sehr geschmackvoll und wohnlich. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas spartanisch, uns fehlte eine Kaffeekanne. Den Kaffeefiltereinsatz, den wir gekauft haben ließen wir deshalb am Ort, der Betreiber könnte nun noch eine Kanne dazu stellen..;-). Die Presskanne war wohl nicht abgespült und stand etwas versteckt unter der Spüle (vermutlich vom Vorgänger übrig geblieben?). Aber das sind unwesentliche Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt keineswegs getrübt hatten.

• Tommaso (6/5): Vicino al centro, ma si può migliorare - La posizione Purtroppo siamo stati senza corrente in cucina e per una notte in camera da letto. Inoltre la tapparella della camera non si chiudeva bene, e il lampione stradale antistante la camera illuminava tutto a giorno. Abbiamo trovato resti degli ospiti precedenti in giro. Ci sono stati ospiti molto maleducati che facevano rumore fino a tarda notte e di mattina presto. Inoltre il personale di pulizia ha cercato di entrare in camera 40 minuti prima del check-out senza neanche bussare.
