You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a nonrefundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a nonrefundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Refunds are determined by cancelation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancelation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Gerson (4/5): - No mucho Nuestra experiencia familiar en este lugar fue muy decepcionante. El check-in se realizó y tuvimos que esperar unos 20 minutos para que llegaran con las llaves. Al ingresar, notamos que la refrigeradora no enfriaba ni congelaba, la ducha del baño principal apenas salía un chorrito de agua (imposible bañarse bien) y el lugar tenía un olor a casa vieja, como si hubiera estado cerrado por mucho tiempo. Además, el precio fue muy alto para la calidad del servicio. Decían que, ante cualquier emergencia, podíamos llamar a un número… pero nunca contestaron. Y para terminar, a las 10 am en punto de la mañana llegaron unas señoras prácticamente a sacarnos del lugar, sin siquiera darnos unos minutos de cortesía. Sinceramente, fue un desastre de hospedaje. Por el costo, esperábamos mucho más atención, limpieza y servicio. No lo recomendaría.
- Ignatas (10/5): Perfect big house to visit around - It was a big surprise to find this kind of apartments. At first, it was the cleanest place we have ever stayed, thanks for cleaning team of this property. Inside kitchen you have everything you would need to cook, from coffee, filters, new sponge and new dish washing soap, dishwasher and even washing machine (with a powder!) and dryer. Beach towels. We had a car, so easy conecting to beaches around. Nice little swimming pool- kids enjoyed a lot. And it is super big the place! -

- Leigh (10/5): Family stay for a week with a car - The unit was large and spacious. Very clean, comfortable, had laundry, a dishwasher and a large kitchen. The common spaces were well maintained and lovely. The pool is shared by only 8 units, so it was quiet. The location was great with a car, Flamingo, Brasilito, Conchal were all seemingly less than a 10 minute drive. The grocery store and food in Flamingo were great. We liked the local side of Brasilito best. We could back our car up to the edge of the beach, pitch a hammock and jump in the wild waves. I wouldn't have wanted to walk to the beach from there, especially with kids. The road is busy and there is no shoulder or walking path.
