S (10/5): Exceptional - Location right next to the metro station made day trips insanely easy. The location itself is awesome. And the area just outside the property is so lively. The value for money of this rental is truly spectacular.
Sena (10/5): Amazing for a group - The whole house was really clean and looked new. The space is well thought out with all essentials. The laundry room/bathroom especially was great to have. Toilets on both floors were nice to have as well.

Krystyna (10/5): Great stay, fantastic value and perfect location! - This was the best value accommodation in our 5 weeks travel in Japan. We stayed there 5 nights. We are a family with children < 10 yo and we found quite confusing at the times to book the hotel rooms, even if we were willing to have 2 separate rooms. This was a perfect accommodation for our needs - 3 separate bedrooms (tatami floors, and bunk bed), 2 separate toilets (one at each floor) - nice dining area, basic kitchen (we are not there too cook meals) and nice, spacious shower. A washing machine - a fantastic option to do washing for next days of traveling. Everything was clean. Body wash, shampoos available. A fantastic location - it cannot get better than that in our opinion - 2 min to metro (direct connection to Osaka castle), 7 min to JR (direct line to Nara or the airport). It is in a small market valley but nothing starts before 10 am and it is closed by 8 pm - so it is very quiet in the night, and yet great food options at the door step (okonomiyaki just opposite are fantastic). Excellent communication with the owner (super fast responses) and easy way to get keys. The only remark is that it would be great to have English instructions to the washing machine - we needed to spend some time translating. It would also be great to have some washing powder/liquid - it is not very convenient to buy it just for 1-2 uses.
