• yoann (3/5): A fuir !!!! Surtout pour le prix proposé - Assez proche du centre. Il y a deux salle de bains Tres sale. Les équipements ne sont pas forcément nettoyer correctement. Les draps et serviettes n’étaient pas propres. Les poignets de portes ou lumières au plafond sont cassés. Découvertes d’un nid de guêpes à 6 h du matin à la sortie de la gaine électrique du plafonnier dans une des chambres. Lits dans plusieurs chambres cassés. Matelas pas confortable. Le four pas nettoyé. Hygiène assez douteuse sur l’ensemble de l’appartement. Je n’ai pas été informé avant d’arrivé du code pour avoir la clef de l’entrée.
• Ada (2/5): Terrible experience and do not expect Booking.com with such apartment for reside. - Neat and clean The kitchen light is broken, need to go out for meals, and is located inside the slums, lots of drunk and drug addicts persons in the street day and night. We have elder and children in the group. Feel unsafe. After midnight, it is still noisy and noisy till morning. Cannot open windows as they are locked. No aircon, no fan, London is very hot, cannot sleep. Poor location which is not worth that money.
• Sihan (1/5): AVOID PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS - Absolutely nothing!! AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND HOST! Despite booking.com agreeing we should be compensated she was rude, hung up the phone and refused to acknowledge the obvious and well documented issues Avoid this property. The host is incredibly unprofessional. The 3 bedrooms have broken beds which made the entirety of our stay unbearable. There is a horrific smell in the downstairs bedroom which made it uninhabitable. The pipes in the garden smell like sewage and faeces which in turn made the downstairs of the property smell like that. which made it unusable. The electricity went out every night and host knew of complications with the kitchen tripping the fuse and when we contacted her she was very blasé about telling us the kitchen light shouldn’t be turned on despite not telling us. Check in was a nightmare. The door does not function properly and there were no checking in instructions so I had to call her where she explained that door needed to be pulled and then opened. I let her know it did not work, and she was rude in stating she was there earlier. She did not provide key code for door prior to check in so I had to call for that too. The lights were hanging off the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. The washing machine ruined my clothes. The dishes were dirty and food was left behind in fridge and cupboards from previous stay. The biggest shock of all was that the living room shown in the pictures was falsely advertised and not what you get when you check in. The place is smaller than what is shown online. We were left without internet for the entirety of our trip and when we messaged host twice she did not respond and ignored us. Would never stay here again. Avoid this host and her property at all cost as it is a scam and waste of money.
• Cristi (3/5): Poor - Very close from where I have a job to do Downstairs bedroom, the smell was very bad you could not stay there, the mattresses were impossible to slip it's was like a hole in the middle of the bed, very bad facilities!

• Jamie-leigh (10/5): lovely home, very clean and well presented - lovely house and perfect for a group of 5. the house was very clean and had everything you need. I would come back and stay again. The area wasn't great due to some drunk people outside the house every single night being loud and constantly banging the windows.
• Deborah (9/5): Property is great and is in a good location if you need somewhere to stay in London - local to many shops so easy to get anything you may need or shop for. Very clean and has the basic necessities which was helpful. Host was lovely and very helpful. The only issue is that there was no microwave and had to use the oven to warm up food which took time
