• Tina (8/5): Great space for friends and family , with parking - Spacious 3 bedroom house with garden,comms with landlord was seamless also allowed late checkout , location close to staiion and parking on site. Bedding bit dated and floor creeking upstairs bit to loud

• Arnold (6/5): great location with Parking. you actually walk further in the Excel than you do too it - quick easy code, really useful the cleanliness of the property lots of dust marks and grime. the light cords in the bathrooms where black with grime

• Karolin (1/5): Unseriös und teuer - Die Unterkunft war sehr kalt, die Heizung hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Die Dusche war alt und verrostet, und die Lüftung verdreckt und laut. Des Weiteren wurde mir bis heute keine Rechnung ausgestellt, obwohl die Reise als Geschäftsreise angegeben war und Information, dass eine Rechnung benötigt wird, von Anfang an vorlag. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war komplett zugemüllt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen!

• Lori (7/5): Nice, clean and well located. - Great location, clean home, quiet. Kitchen well thought out, good blackout blinds in bedrooms. Nice that they included toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. Nice garden and living room space. Things need a bit of attention, some simple DIY to fix a few small things. Mattress in main bedroom could benefit from a topper.

• Ashleigh (4/5): Unacceptably cold - 3 hours of sleep is not adequate for the amount we paid per night. - Nice spacious house with easy access. Owner was contactable and responded to queries. Walking distance from the Excel London. House was FREEZING. Window in one of the bedrooms was broken so doesn't close and the heating wouldn't come on until the owner told us how to override the boiler half way theough our stay. Not acceptable as I slept in a room that was less than 10 degrees. The whole first 24 hours, the house didnt reach more than 13.5 degrees. No spare blankets anywhere in the house. Very basic amenities. Very small glasses and only one wine glass in a 3 bed house.

• Carole (7/5): Great location within easy reach of the Excel Centre - We were attending an event at the Excel Centre and it was an easy walk and easy parking There were a few little bits that could do with being repaired. I have sent the owner a private message
• Burkhard (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für mehrere Personen ganz in der Nähe vom Konferenzcenter London Excel - Sehr gut gelegen, fussläufig, zum Konferenzcenter London Excel. Kleine Lebensmittelläden und TakeAway Bistros in der Nähe. Ruhige Lage im Hinterhof. Es waren zu wenig Handtücher bereitgestellt für die angemeldeten 4 Personen.

• Padiwa (10/5): Excellent would love to come again!! - The property was very nice and stylish and cute does need better furniture the bed side table is a bit wobbly and not stable in the master bedroom.However the place is really cute and modern.The sofas are way better in person and the pictures on here haven’t been updated but the house is way more modern and pretty once you step inside. Would love to stay here again. The host is extremely friendly, the cleaner is sweet and nice as well.
• Majhaid (9/5): Good location situated near to cusoms house station like a five to six minute walk, for commuting also shops nearby nice - The property was nice and clean upto date with the decor quite modern very nice Only downside was the bedrooms could do with televisions in each bedroom otherwise everything was perfect

• Oana (8/5): Very good - It was good value for the money. 10 min walk to Custom House tube station which is about a 40 min trip away from any major attraction, enough rooms for 4 adults and 3 kids, easy self check-in and check-out. Rooms aren't sound proof at all, any movement in the house is heard all over. For easy sleepers ear plugs are advised. Some facilities are outdated...but functional.

There wasn’t much I could really say but from our experience everything we needed was in the house and there was local shops around

• David (8/5): A lovely little well kept house inside and the host was brilliant and answered any questions we had. It’s on a great loc - I liked the proximity to tube and how close I was to the city centre, the house was modern clean and tidy and in a very quiet location. Not really a complaint because we genuinely loved our stay there. The grass was really overgrown and made the garden look a bit unkept, as it was a nice day it would’ve been nice to sit in the garden. A random plumber turned up at 7 o clock at night to fix the shower which we didn’t know was apparently broken.

• Carl (3/5): Great location for excel but property is basic and some tlc is needed for this property. - The location for excel was really good and though the general area is pretty grubby, it felt perfectly safe. The furniture was all very uncomfortable. That extends to the beds, sofas and dining chairs. There were no TVs in the bedrooms, the lounge tv only had a very small selection of apps as there was no free view working. The remote controls had flat batteries. The blinds downstairs are all broken or not working properly, the bedroom blinds are poorly fitting. The outside of the property, driveway and rear garden need sorting as they are overgrown and littered with rubbish. Though the cleaner did a great job, the property is in need of decoration and a little tlc would go a long way in making this a really great property.

• Danielle (3/5): Unfortunately I would not recommend this property for anything other than location. - Location Run down, cheap fixtures and fittings. 2 of the beds had super thin mattresses. Pillows like paper. Whilst fairly clean, not well kept/maintained, paint peeling off stairs and other areas, and one cupboard full of rubbish. Strange / creepy photo of someone hung above tv in lounge staring at you! Heating seem to work. Tv didn’t work! Tiny towels. No toilet roll holders on walls. Always sceptical of black bedding not white!
