• Mª Angeles (7/5): - La cama confortable. Cafetera con cápsulas exclusivas poco accesible en supermercado. Estaría bien dejar alguna cápsula de café por cortesía.
• Miriam (9/5): - Bien comunicado y limpio. Caminando al centro puede ser sobre media hora pero hay buses y metro en las cercanías cada poco que te acercan a toda la ciudad. Estación de garibaldi que lleva al aeropuerto a menos de 10 minutos. Teníamos dudas con la forma de entrada a la vivienda porque hay muchos comentarios que indican que es complicado entrar, pero todo lo contrario, te envían instrucciones de forma previa a la llegada y solo tienes que memorizar (o apuntar dos códigos) no es necesario internet para acceder a esos códigos a no ser que quieras acceder a las instrucciones a través de Booking.

• Nuno (6/5): The accommodation it self was good, but the experience was tainted by the dirty pans and pots. - The accommodation it self was clean, comfortable and roomy. Access was easy and the location was close to public transportation. The shower and amenities to the toilet were ok, When you advertise that the accommodation has a kitchen, we expect to be able to use it. Besides not having the basics to be able to cook like some seasonings or oil, which would be not desired but it's ok, having most of the pots and pans dirty beyond usage (I tried to clean them, but to no avail) completely voids the purpose of having a kitchen, as no one would cook in those pans. As I bought groceries to be able to cook before looking at the state of the pans, I was left with groceries that I could not use, that I had to trash or leave there. We did reach out to the accommodation and first, the WhatsApp number is replied either by AI or a bot that cannot really help, as their replies are scripted. When reaching out to a human via e-mail, they did said that they would fixed it and replace the pots and pans, but unfortunately, nothing was replaced during our stay. I hope that for the next guests they replaced the pans.

• Bacaj (10/5): The property is very good, I really liked it, just ask for the courtyard keys first. - The place is good, you have a small strain station 2 minutes from the property, and the main station (Porta Garibaldi) 6-7 minutes, from where you could go to Airport or Milano Centrale. The property was big, didn't expect to be that big, especially the bedroom, it is so big, really liked it There was only one thing I didn't like, the property was inside a courtyard, and to reach the courtyard, you had to call in interphone a number, and someone had to open the door. It never answered, I was with my wife and my kid, we had to wait until someone else was going out or in, so we could go in with them (we had to explain them why we are doing this).
• Nancy (10/5): Beautiful, clean apartment close to all amenities. HIGHLY recommend when in Milano! - This apartment was absolutely fantastic. Clean, easy to find, easy to get into, all kitchen amenities, comfortable bed, close to grocery stores, restaurants, trams, buses and train station. Communication with the host was fantastic and wifi was top notch There are no negatives with this property!

• Georgios (10/5): Everything was great with the property, it over exceed our expectations. - Perfect Location. Easy for parking. Close to city center. Great property with nice beds, comfortable and including all necessary equipment for a nice stay. The building lock with the app and the code was not so easy to use. It was a little bit difficult to open door, sometimes you had to try 3 or 4 times.

• Tysiachniouk (9/5): Nice stay - Location, good apartment, nice with kids My son needed to pay for the Internet roaming every day, to be able to enter the apartment using the code. I do not have Internet outside, so needed to be home when he is. I was dreaming about having ordinary keys, or code that do not require the İnternet connection
• Katarína (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very nice and well equipped. The AC provided relief from hot summer weather. All the necessities were in the apartment. The location is close to many transportation options, especially to trams. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. We were very satisfied with it. The access to the apartment was perfect. No complaints.

• Karolina (10/5): Amazing place - great location, cozy apartment! - Absolutely loved the place! You can tell that the apartment is brand new. Everything was very tidy, they even leave toothpaste&toothbrush packs for each guest. Also, there was a shampoo and shower gel. There is a coffee machine with some coffee capsules, kettle and anything that you might need for baking or cooking! The apartment is well equipped, you can even find a steam iron and a proper hairdryer! The best part is location, this flat is very near Milano Porta Garibaldi train station, so you can travel convenient! Finally, there were very detailed description on how to find the place and how to open the building gate and the room doors (with videos attached), thus there shouldn’t be any problems for travellers.
