- Claire (10/5): - Very spacious and bright. Great views. Having an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom was a great help. The curtains in second bedroom didn’t close properly as curtain rail was too short.

Easy access to some good restaurants within 10-15 min walk The collection of the key and the return annoying no information re the fob on the keys for entry to the property
No hot water in either shower
Front door lock difficult to lock
The glass door in the main bathroom did not fit on the bath so water leaked onto the floor
Shower in en-suite bathroom taps broken
When the washing machine was mended the engineer poured the fowl smelling water into the toilet and was not flushed so on return to the apartment it smelt foul

We stayed over the weekend arriving late Friday night, sadly no hot water for showers etc, however owner replied very early Saturday morning and were able to over the phone to rectify the issue quickly where the hot water had been turned off.
- Bart (2/5): Go elsewhere they do not service you or the building - / Mold, strong odour, didn’t clean the windows, no coffee, cookies were 10 months over best before date. Key collection was 15min one way from the building

- Salvador (10/5): Amazing apartment in a excellent location. - This is an incredible location in a very nice area of City Island. It is very well connected by underground, TLR, and bus. It is a safe and relaxed area that is very new. Access to collect the keys is 5 minutes away from the apartment.
- Felicity (8/5): A fabulous stay in a lovely flat with a great location - Lovely quiet block, clean and well appointed apartment. Very helpful hosts. As we live in the countryside, we are used to sleeping the dark and there was significant external light, which shone through the curtains. Please consider adding dark blinds.
