- Oscar (9/5): - En stor lägenhet. Sängarna var inte så breda men funkade att dela två stycken om man inte har något emot att sova tätt intill varandra. Snabba på att svara på frågor och hjälpa till. Mycket smidigt! Det var tyvärr bara ett badrum. Vi var 8 stycken vilket ibland skapade lite problem.

- Renata (1/5): They left us out on the street - They canceled on me half an hour before check-in, so we spent several hours at the train station trying to find a place to stay with someone who has limited mobility, in a country we didn’t know. The only solution offered was to stay in a tiny, remote apartment. Finding another place to stay ended up costing almost twice as much as we had originally paid. It was an absolutely terrible experience—I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Booking didn't offer us a solution either—just a cancellation. I don't know if it's a scam, but it sure seemed like one. We wasted time and money, and they ruined our trip.

El dueño es muy amable y la comunicación con él es muy fluida. El dúplex es bastante antiguo y tiene algunas deficiencias en el mantenimiento (mampara de ducha, falta ventilación y se oyen muchos ruidos)

- lamensa (8/5): - La struttura è molto accogliente, posizione perfetta a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale e con una fermata dell’autobus proprio sotto casa. Da qui si puó arrivare ovunque con la metro. Per un gruppo di 6 ragazzi di 18 anni é andata benissimo. Lo staff ha dato tutta la sua disponibilità con risposte quasi immediate. Letti e divani super comodi. La pulizia era un po’ scarsa, con cose dei vecchi ospiti rimaste lì. La casa delle foto sembrava più grande, abbiamo avuto un po’ di difficoltà nel bagno in quanto lo spazio è molto ridotto. Il terrazzo molto poco curato

- Pavel (9/5): Welcoming and helpful host! - Raphael is a wonderful host! He communicates quickly and provides tips, solutions and is very helpful. We had a problem with heating and he was looking for ways to resolve it. Even though it involved a visit from a technician, he arranged it at once. This makes a great impression!
The place is very well located and easily accessible from King's Cross station. Place is as in the pictures, clean and equipped for comfortable stay. I would recommend it especially for a larger group (up to 7 people). There are aspects that come with the location and that should be considered. There is noise made by trains coming by. However the noise stops from midnight until approximately 6 am, so most of the night it is okay.
- Siu (8/5): Good location and facilities for price. - Self-check in. The location is excellent with a bus stop nearby (although shut later in the stay due to roadworks). Amenities are all here. Large number of rooms suitable for large group. A plank near the fridge is sticking up and is a trip hazard. The seal around the freezer also have a gap. The bathroom is cramped. Also the noise from the underground trains are a bit distracting in the basement (but they will stop after the last train).

The fast internet connection was a huge plus, and the fully equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient. The place was also spotless upon our arrival, which we really appreciated. Additionally, the hosts were friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in London.
