Guest Reviews
- Sharma (9/5): -
- Alice (9/5): - Nice and cleaned room with cleaned shared bathrooms There were no windows in the room
- Lucy (10/5): Great value stay - Great location and really comfy room. It was clean and easy to access. Double bed was right against the wall so I had to climb over my husband, but it's a small gripe for that price in central London.
- Sian (10/5): -
- Holly (10/5): - Brilliant location Shower was crazy
- Guest (8/5): Nice quiet and clean <3 - We had a lovely time the room is also super nice and in a good area<333 would 100% book again
- Josh (10/5): - Rooms were clean and tidy, bathroom and toilets were clean and maintained well. Great shower and sink pressure, free coffee/tea!
- Xiaoqing Capucine (7/5): -

- Geraldine (4/5): We found it OK, our young adult granddaughters were grossed out by the showers and lack of them - Room was clean and attractive. Noise from street, bathroom toilet seat was broken, no towels to dry haves after washing, shower OK, but needs better carpets or bath mats near shower, and maybe more facilities for several rooms sharing.
- Carter (9/5): Great location and easy to access, we were very comfortable and satisfied - I liked how clean the bedroom was and how it was styled. Also liked how they gave us a fan as well. The room was smaller than expected
- Zhang (8/5): Very good -
- Gaetan (8/5): Goos value for money close to busy and lovely Camden area - Very close to camden town metro station, so very easy to get to London center (~20’). A bit noisy
- Aisling (10/5): Exceptional - Clean comfortable plenty electric socket no noise Would have liked more towels we stayed two nights and had a towel each
- Trevor (8/5): Very good -
- Sue (10/5): Great place . Will definitely stay again - This was our second stay . Great location. Rooms are spotless. Perfect for short breaks . Surprisingly quiet given the location.
- Jason (8/5): Very good - Very clean, great location
Good value
- Rohan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Clean room helpful host - Very helpful host's very nice room for the price
- Darren (9/5): Superb -
- Julia (8/5): Very good -
- Shauna (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend - It was very central which was one good thing about the property There was an ant infestation in our room. When we contacted the host they didn’t seem to care and then ignored my messages
- Ann (9/5): Top marks to our hosts for going the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Much appreciated ! - Despite being located in such a central and lively neighborhood, our room was perfectly quiet without even neighbour noise. It was a treat to return to our bright and cosy nest for a rest after a tiring day of sightseeing.
- Raphane (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gupta (6/5): Pleasant -
- Richard (8/5): Great location and happy to have aircon to keep cool in the heatwave -
- Chris (8/5): Very good - Central Location. Good communications from the host
- Matthew (10/5): Would book again - Location and ease of use. Everything was perfect but the beds weren’t too comfy but for the price I can’t complain.
- Georgie (7/5): Good -
- Paulina (5/5): Passable - The whole building didn’t make the best impression but the room was ok and beds were comfy, however toilets need a lot of attention. All 3 toilets weren’t too clean, one of them has a broken seat, shower room hasn’t got a proper ventilation and it was all steamed up in a couple of minutes.
If you are looking for a quiet place this definitely isn’t for you. The room number 4 is located on the ground floor, right by the main road. The noise outside was very annoying all night. Windows are quite old and it makes it sound like they are open. The only positive thing is location.
Ok for one night stay, however unfortunately I wouldn’t go back.
- David (9/5): The room was a short walk from the venue I was going too, it was ok for a one night stay, I wouldn’t want to stay any lo - It was convenient for the reason I was staying there. The noise and the people around outside, causing broken sleep.
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - Cheap price and convenient central location.
Shame about the large group of drunk homeless people outside.
- Patryk (8/5): Good place to spend the night in London - It was pretty good and got us through the night. There was a decent shower (shared). My only complaint is that there was no shower gel available, only hair shampoo.
Other than that not much to complain about.
- Saw (6/5): Pleasant - Close to translation.
- Guy (7/5): Wembley - It was nice and clean but just that to small for 4 x geordie bloke's but perfect for what we needed Clump of hairs blocking shower 😳
- Tim (8/5): If I go back to Camden, I would use them again. For the price, it was very good. - Conveniently located, easy to book and access, comfortable bed, quiet. It was a cold night and there were no extra blankets. No loo roll in the toilet.
- Krystal (8/5): Pleasant and good value for money. You get what you pay for. Best for short stay - We liked how fast the hosts responded to enquiry's. We liked how clean the room was and the shared bathroom was nice and clean too. The bedroom was very minimal and basic but just what you would expect for the price. The bed was clean and comfy too. I was over the moon there was fan to cool down and the heating was on throughout too. Tea coffee and sugar are available just pop to Sainsburys which is 20 steps away from the front door to grab some milk. There is a fridge to store food/milk in too. We would stay again on that budget. There's a lovely little view into the back yard via the window although needs a tidy up ready for summer. I liked the easy access to transport and that all the shops and takeaways are so close by. Lots of plug sockets too. The place was clean and smelled nice soon as we walked through the door i felt instantly relieved. We went out for the day and when we returned in the evening the bathroom had been cleaned and toilet rolls replenished some one did steal our shampoo and conditioner through lol! Make sure to take all your toiletries back to your room. The location is ideal for getting around public transport but its not a very nice area at all. My heart sank when the cab pulled up but once inside i was relieved as it smelled lovely and clean and looked well taken care of. We didn't feel safe being out past 9pm as there a lot of homeless people just outside Sainsburys drinking and playing loud music. I work in homelessness so wasn't really what i wanted to see on the door step of my trip. This isn't the host issue though. The building itself was secure and safe inside but i would suggest staying somewhere else if you are vulnerable and travelling alone. The shared bathroom was ok for us as there was two of us but i would be scared to leave my room alone not knowing who else is booked in the other rooms and who you could bump into on the way. The garden needs some TLC makes it look shabby when its a lovely little sun trap. Would be better if there was TV too but can see why there isn't one based on who we seen staying there.
- Aisha (8/5): My children and I are very satisfied with this accommodation and would definitely recommend it! - The location is fantastic! You can hop on the tube in no time and find yourself right in the heart of the city—so cool! The beds are great, and the room is comfortable and atmospheric. Plus, Justin is quick to provide a solution if you have any questions—super nice! The shower is a bit outdated and struggles to maintain a constant temperature, switching between warm and cold.
- Gerard (8/5): Very good -
- Micaela (10/5): I loved the place, perfectly located, super served by buses and underground. - Extremely clean, since I stepped into the main door I smell clean and fresh, no sign of dust not even in the handrail corner. I was uncertain about my choice cos from outside did not seemed great. I had to change mind in 1 minute! I preferred to have a tv, but just cos I use to have it as background before sleeping lol Over than that a bit of maintenance outside is needed.
- Luke (9/5): Superb -
- Mara (7/5): Good -
- Melissa (7/5): Good - The location is perfect for Camden markets and fabulous for easy access to public transport to and from Euston
The room was clean bright and homely
The shared bathroom was super clean and the shower was amazing like a waterfall
The management team were understanding yet professional and rapidly responsive to any emails or messages
The cleaner lady was poilt and patient in the morning as I was stressing because I was running late to vacate This is not the landlords fault as i never expressed any preferences when booking my stay as I do feel the management team would have met my needs if I mentioned my Autism
The view
only because I was below ground level I felt extremely claustrophobic due to no view
The noise of other guests moving around not being considerate of other guest
- Carla (8/5): Was clean and tidy and relatively cheap for location - Clean room central location Shared bathroom
- Maud (5/5): Great location but loud and beds not comfortable - Great location to catch the subway and bus to the city center. Great neighbourghood to get food and go out shopping The noise and the beds were not comfortable
We will come back to London but will take an accommodation just on farther streets
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Very clean. Bit basic, but great for the price. No milk for the tea/coffee
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Hamnah (8/5): Fantastic! Will be coming back again. - Great hosts, texted back very fast and very kind.
The location is amazing, I was here for a concert at the electric ballroom and it was less than 5 minutes away.
Camden market is also sooo close by and you can take different forms of public transport.
The rooms are good value and big, there’s a heater and a fan if you’re too hot/cold, the large mirror with lights was also beautiful. And there’s a mini fridge.
Codes on outside door and individual door also made me feel a lot safer.
It was also just opposite a large sainsbury’s if you want some snacks.
They also have quiet hours 10-8(?) which I liked.
Not sure what the shower is like but the toilet facilities are okay, I was lucky it was right next to my room. It was difficult for the room to heat up, I had the radiator on all day and only felt warmth when I came back from the gig. I then woke up at night because I was quite cold but that just might be me.
Cleaner also missed a spot HOWEVER I did let the hosts know and they did apologise for it.
There was some noise from a group of girls and then a baby which may be an issue for some, but I did not mind. I’m sure you can text the hosts to let them know.
If you’re here for a short stay, definitely worth booking.
- Fergus (5/5): Fine for a very short basic stay - Location Shared facilities, incredibly bare bones amenities

- Gutiérrez (8/5): Very good -
- Roberto (10/5): Exceptional -

- Maria (7/5): Good -
- Chris (7/5): Good - Great location, comfortable and well presented Facilities queue was excessive
- Jacqui (8/5): Excellent location for Camden & Kentish Town O2 concert. good price clean -
- Sutton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wendy (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean with tea/coffee facilities. The shower
Was excellent, and the cleanliness of bathroom
Excellent location. One observation the steps going up to the door outside were very uneven and broken concrete
- Hannah (7/5): It was pretty good for the price - The room was clean and the beds were comfy The bathrooms were very small and cramped
- Harriette (9/5): Superb -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (1/5): Bad -
- Gary (8/5): Very good - clean, tidy ,with comfortable beds, great shower couldnt fault it for value for money
- Yudum (8/5): Very good -
- Raquel (9/5): Perfect location 3 min from Candem Station tube but no kitchen - Perfect ubication, easy access with code, a lot of bathrooms, clean and tidy and we could let our bags in the room before the check in! No kitchen, the fridge was a wine cellar and did not cool food and our room was a bit noisy because It was in front of the street and traffic lights, but not too much either, in general was perfect
- Elias (8/5): Clean, really basic. Choose the room on the back if you prefer silence ;) - We choose the room on the back (face to the garden) and it probably saved our life, cause the street is noisy and frequently had a couple of drunk people sitting in front of the entrance. The mattress could be better.
- Candy (1/5): Be aware, you will find yourself in a loud cellar - Detailled information for Check-in were available It was the worst room we ever found. It was not possible to open the window because it was in a cellar at street side and all the exhaust gases from the street can flow in. It was very loud, the traffic way for pedestrians directly by the window. Even the window was closed it was extremely loud. We left it without staying a night (one night should cost around 200 £ for this cellar chamber).
After we contacted the owner they did just say that they did not announce that it is calm. They did not charge any pence back. It was very bad, very unfriendly and we felt unsafe. There was a beggar outside directly at the door and beside the Window.
- Robert (8/5): Very good - For the price it was perfect. Clean, close to the buses and town, easy to get to. If you just want a clean bed, great shower and good location for a budget price you can't beat it.
- Sj (10/5): Great location, great little room. 10/10 recommendation and would definitely stay again. - Amazing location, lovely little room with great a vanity desk and a powerful fan to keep cool! The shared bathroom wasn’t an issue at all, didn’t bump into anyone else whilst there. Access to the property and rooms was simple and easy, towels were also provided which was an added bonus. There was nothing I didn’t like, a brilliant find.
- Miguel (2/5): Very poor -
- Clarice (7/5): Great stay, all your essentials! - Easy to get to, clean, all essentials (towels, body wash etc) Shared bathroom - was a bit of a fight in the morning. But not hosts fault!
- Morven (9/5): Superb -
- Jon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paula (10/5): Exceptional - Close to centre Bad neighbours drunks at the door
- Frederic (5/5): Clean but too noisy. - Room is clean. Our room was in the front at the lower level : noise from the street +++ (thin windows + not closing) and a lot of noise when people get in the building. I hadn t check that shower was to be shared but thats my mistake.
- Samuel (7/5): Good value for money, very still stylish room in a brilliant location - The location was perfect!
The room was clean and presented well. The bathroom mats were moldy, but the shower was clean enough
- Wendy (7/5): Good - Location. N/A
- Zaidah (10/5): Little Gem in Camden Town - The location is extremely strategic as it is right in front of a bus stop and Sainsbury's. It is also about 2 min walk from Camden Town tube station. Camden market is about 5 mins walk. A lot of halal kebab around so food was easily available.
Host is very friendly and reply fast each time we have questions/requests.
A good place to stay for a night or two. Noisy at night but it's because our rooms was facing the main road (hence the noise is understandable).
- Mary (8/5): Great value for money, great location - bed were comfortable and shared bathroom were very clean. Location was excellent. Easy check in and out. Great communication from owners No parking. Couldn't open windows (ground floor room) as there was no security bars, hence room was warm.
- Irina (8/5): Very good - Great location and value for money (compared to London prices). The owners were very helpful and replied fast to any questions. We did not meet in person with any staff - everything was automated with pin codes for both the main entrance and the room. The room was very clean, great beds. Keep in mind that the bathrooms are shared, but they were very clean during our stay. We caught unusually warm weather for London (up to 29° C) so the room got warm very fast. There is a fan in the room but with 3 people in a small room it got stuffy very fast. Our room was below street level and the windows could not be opened either.
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariyam (8/5): Very good -
- Piper (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely room in good location Not having a bathroom next to/as part of my room. My fault for not checking facility arrangement. Bathroom was clean and accessible though
- Jessie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location
- Kevin (10/5): Great value for short London stay - Excellent value for a short London stay. Self service checkout made it very easy to arrive and leave as I wanted WiFi could have been stronger in my room but I'm sure it's difficult to get a strong signal throughout
- Kiri (7/5): Good -
- Tate (10/5): Great stay in the heart of Camden - perfect for a night away! Will definitely be back soon! -
- Jorge (7/5): Good -
- Ania (10/5): Very nice room for a short stay to visit London. Very Clean. We had room 1 opposed to new very clean bathroom. I recomm - IIt is very close to metro, many shops. Bathroom upstairs. I was once and the door from shower was a bit broken and small damp on ceiling.
