Flávio (8/5): - O lugar é muito bom de fácil acesso. Necessário pequenos ajustes como a direção da iluminação do pátio tirando do foco das habitações, concentrar nos espaços de lazer. Não há nada em desacordo com uma boa estadia de descanso, é necessário aperfeiçoar. Plantar um quebra vento de alguma árvore como o bambú, articulando ângulos para não perder a vista. Inserir na área das habitações frutíferas rápidas como pitanga, araçá etc
