• Andrea (9/5): Excellent location, pleasant apartment warm and cosy. - The location was perfect for us, near to our son's flat. If you wanted to go into London you were 5 minutes walk from the tube. The free parking was brilliant. The apartment welcoming and warm. It would have been good if the single bed had been folded away and the cot removed, we only needed the double bed and the extra space would have been appreciated.

• Amanda (10/5): Exactly what we needed! - The apartment met all our needs and made a weekend in London really easy. It slept our family of five comfortably, had a parking space right outside and easy access to the underground. The host was also reachable if there was anything we needed.

• Divertim (9/5): Great stay for a city trip! - The location is great. This combined with a private parking place made it ideal for us. Away from the crowds but still in 15 to 20 minutes you are in the middle of London. I definitely recommend this place. In fact nothing. The appartment has in facts 3 beds so everybody from our family had own bed. Rather "cosy" then but what do you expect for this price in the middle of London ... definitely great opportunity to stay here

Cena adekwatna do jakości. Obiekt nieco zaniedbany, np w mojej opinii pościel do wymiany( czysta tylko nieco zużyta). Miał być serwis kawowy- została resztka kawy, mocno średniej jakości herbata i pół paczki makaronu😆

• Bettina (10/5): Ideale Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip als Familie - Super Anbindung an das U-Bahnnetz zur Innenstadt. Prima ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Wohngegend mit videoüberwachtem Parkplatz auf dem privaten Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück der Wohnung. Extrem netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der jederzeit und kurzfristig alle Fragen beantwortet hat. Supermarkt (bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet!) und verschiedene leckere Lokale zu Fuß erreichbar. WLAN hat problemlos funktioniert. Für uns als Familie war es die optimale Unterkunft! Es hat alles gepasst
• Beatrix (10/5): - Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und antwortet sehr schnell. Anbindung ist super, man ist schnell zu Fuß an der underground. Appartment ist sehr sauber. Es gab Essig, Öl, Salz, Kaffeefilter :) Würden wir wieder buchen.
• STEPHANE (9/5): Logement bien placé, propre et très pratique pour une famille qui veut visiter Londres - Tout d'abord, l'hôte est très disponible pour répondre aux questions avant d'arriver ce qui est rassurant lorsqu'on ne connait pas le logement. Juste avant le séjour, il envoie des vidéos explicatives très pratiques. Une fois arrivés sur place, il a aussi répondu à mes questions via whatsapp, donné des conseils en étant toujours très aimable. Concernant le logement, très propre, fonctionnel (belle cuisine, très bien équipée), lits confortables (y compris le matelas du salon qui est un sofa qui se déplie). Draps, serviettes, nécessaire de base disponibles (y compris dans la cuisine : sucre, sel, poivre, café...). Honnêtement, on n'a manqué de rien. La taille de ce logement convient bien pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Le métro et les commerces sont proches (5 mn à pied), la place de stationnement est pratique. Le quartier est sécurisant, calme. Compter moins de 30 minutes en métro pour visiter les quartiers touristiques. Ca a été une bonne adresse pour nous. Lorsque nous reviendrons à Londres, on relouera le même logement s'il est disponible. Honnêtement, c'était très bien. Juste une suggestion : dans le salon, les fenêtres de toit ont un store mais la lumière passe (ça peut réveiller tôt le matin). Ca serait bien de mettre des stores occultants coulissants. Mais c'est vraiment un détail, car tout était bien et le propriétaire est soigneux. Aucune mauvaise surprise.

Worked well for our family trip - Great location, not far from shops, restaurants and the tube. clean flat with plenty of amenities, very comfortable stay. Front door opens outwards, with no additional way to lock the door - no bolt or chain. Whilst it was securely locked, I felt a little vulnerable not being able to further secure overnight. Would suggest putting a door chain or similar.

• Eldereth (10/5): A cozy place in Central London - We had a great time in this cozy flat, in a quiet zone 2 place, perfectly served by Northern Line ( 5 minutes walk). Although we never met the host, he was always available and replied our messages in few seconds. He was extremely organized and provided to us all the info we needed. In addition he sent us a lot of useful videos explaining the way to use all the flat appliances.

• Julia (10/5): Clean, comfortable apartment with great facilities and parking - Had everything we needed for our stay. Things were easy to find and the property was well prepared for our arrival. Perfect size for two couples with everything you need for a long or short stay. The property was clean and exactly as in the photos, what you see if what you get. All the beds were very comfortable. Perfectly located just a 5min walk from The Avalon pub. The parking space, dishwasher and washing machine were very nice additions.

There was coffee making equipment (filter machine and plunger) but no filters and not enough coffee, and no milk for tea or coffee. But this is a simple thing the rest was fine.

Advertised as cosy, felt a little cramped with 3 people and suitcases. Also too much furniture in there! Would suggest new hotel like duvet covers, a bit old although clean. Frustrated with washing machine/ drier, couldn’t get drier component to work properly and left with damp clothes to next location. Asked for instructions on machine, told in a drawer but not there so Anup advised googling but couldn’t get instructions easily, although communication about this was fast response from owner.

• Alain (9/5): Excellent place and comfortable appartment for a few days family visit to London. - Good location, quiet area, close to daily shopping supermarkets and underground station zone 2, private parking facility. Easy access by car, just off south circular road. Communication via What'sApp with our host was easy with almost immediate response. Video instructions received in advance for the various appliances, equipments and other routines were quite useful. This appartment is good for up to five guests but only has four chairs to sit at the table. Space being limited, I suggest one folding chair should be added to be used when needed.

• Kristin (10/5): Everything was absolutely great!!! - We had a great time at this apartment as a larger family with 3 teens and a smaller child. It has everything that you need to relax after a long day exploring the city. The northernline tubestation is a less then 10 min walk away. Clapham is a very nice area. We felt very safe! We were very happy!
• Emily (10/5): We loved the flat! - Check in was easy, there was a lockbox at the front door. It was a 5 min walk to the nearest tube station. The flat was gorgeous! Great, clean kitchen, comfy beds, good heating. It was in a lovely residential area and gave us a great taste of London life, more than a hotel would. There was a few times that loud people walked past the bedroom window and it was quite loud. The bedroom shared a wall with the flat next door and we sometimes heard them, but it wasn't too bad. There was a streetlight that shined straight into the bedroom as well. Better blinds might be good.

Just some items that would add comfort: - tongs in kitchen - bath mat - tea towels - oven mitt Clear out additional furniture and unnecessary items so that there’s more space for guests to unpack and use as it’s quite a small flat. There was lots of half used toiletries in bathroom, which meant there was no where to put ours. In the kitchen, multiple half used cleaning products under sink and only one cabinet for food - but again it was stocked with opened packets of things so we couldn’t use it. We had little bench space for our own food. Perhaps some shelves in the kitchen would help with storage. Black mould in bedroom is a bit scary and could do with a good clean. Instructions for regular tv would be good. We could not watch any news etc.

Host was great communicator and very helpful. We only stayed overnight but you could easily have this as your base for much longer. We will be back! Nothing!

One of the best things was that Even if we had to Check out Till 12am we could leave our Bags in a separate closet Outside Till our departure time. The Apartment was very clean, Great location very polite neighbours which made you feel safe, the Interieur was so nice, anything we needed was there, the housekeeper was available anytime via texting so easy! The Apartment is a 10 min Walk away from the Tube Station Clapham South where you Can reach to anywhere you want The Single bed is too old and not comfortable, when you change your sleeping Position it cracks so Hard that Makes you wake up

It is located a few minutes walk from the train station hence very accessible. The area is very safe and secure. All the appliances and furniture are all new and in pristine condition. All necessary utensils are provided by the host. Plenty of plates, cups and cutleries are provided. The place is very homey and cozy. There is a skylight that gives enough lighting throughout the house. The beds are very comfortable. Towels, toiletries, comforters are provided and all in excellent qualities. The rest of the other grooming appliances are also provided. The host is very responsive to our queries. He responded very promptly. He made sure that we have all our needs during our stay. There is a smart tv and great internet connectivity. Checking in is a breeze as well as keys available in the keysafe close to the house. We cannot recommend the place enough as we had a wonderful stay at this place. Gratitude to the host. Well done. None as it is perfect.
