• Nataliya G. (8/5): - Местоположението на апартамента беше много добро, на пешеходно разстояние от всички музеи и забележителности. Отзивчив домакин,който отговаряше на всеки мой въпрос. Както са написали и предходни гости на апартамента, на моменти няма обхват,за да си отключите. Случи ни се 2 пъти и в рамките на около 10 мин не можехне да отворим вратата на входа,след което друг живущ отвори. Шумно е, от едната спалня се чува аспирацията на ресторант, от другата -шумът на преминаващите по улицата. Също живущите на горния етаж до към 1 през нощта местеха някакви столове и блъскаха,което не позволяваше да се спи нормално.

• Nerea Maria (6/5): Buena ubicación. Demasiado ruido - Lo mejor es la ubicación, junto al Ponte Vecchio. Las camas eran cómodas. Lo peor sin duda el ruido. En las habitaciones no cerraban bien las ventanas. Es como si estuvieras en la calle en una y la otra da a un patio interior con muchos conductos de extractores de las cocinas de los restaurantes de la galería.

• Bonnie (7/5): Great for a few days for two friends! - Very clean and well maintained apartment. Loved that each room both had double beds, so we were both very comfortable! We had good communication with the landlords. It was a peaceful place to stay and come back to. It was a short stay for us so the location was perfect as we could get to the main tourist spots easily with a very short walk to Ponte Vecchio and Pritti Palace. It seemed safe at night with being in an enclosure, the restaurant staff downstairs were friendly too. Additional bonus to be next to a luggage storage company which we used after checking out. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Vikey app to open the doors takes some time to understand and your phone needs to be with battery and WiFi to enter. We would have liked some initial basics for the kitchen for cooking, such as salt pepper, olive oil, would be very helpful.
• Cipolla (9/5): - PULIZIA Sarebbe opportuno dare maggiori indicazioni per la posizione della struttura. I numeri civici non sono consecutivi per negozi e abitazioni , ma indipendenti. Accanto al nosto ingresso n.10 c'era il deposito bagagli Luggage che corrispondeva al n. 44 il tutto all'interno di una galleria. Al numero 10 lungo la via esiste invece una negozio. La mancanza di un forno microonde avrebbe facilitato il pasto in struttura. Mancavano anche le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie.
• Maximilien (7/5): Très bien a part les bruit de la rue - Très proche des monuments et à 50 mètres d’un supermarché. L’appartement est au 1 étage, Il y a deux chambre confortable avec grande tv, l’une côté intérieur et une autre coté rue. Quand vous arriver, le numéro 10 de la rue est à l’intérieur d’un passage, le numéro doit en noir, en rouge c’est pour les boutique. La chambre côté rue est très très bruyante, le simple vitrage des menuiserie font que l’on entend la rue des 6 heure du matin. Le local poubelle n’est pas indiqué donc faite de mini poubelle est sortir les tous les jours pour les mettre dans une poubelle public.

• Suneel (9/5): Loved the apartment and the location - Property location is out of the world , just in the middle of all places to visit and also in the middle of the city center , modern nice apartment would really recommend it and it has a elevator to take your luggage to first floor The person has to be very tech savvy to get into the apartment the first time , kitchen should have a toaster , salt pepper and at least ketchup and some oil and also a microwave , you should mention the floor number and the apartment no

• Bill (4/5): NIce location. The apartment itself was poor for a 1 week stay. - Getting into the apartment was an exercise in futility. And that issue lasted the whole week we were there. They tried to automate the access to the doors and it required cell service which did not work near the doors to the building and the apartment door. Also they did NOT tell us the apartment number. We never got a second set of keys to the building door. And never got a key to the apartment door. The bathroom for one of the rooms was substandard. Similar to a bathroom in a small RV, pretty poor! The window in one bedroom wouldn't lock or even stay closed. There was also no way to lock the deadbolt when we left each day. And barely worked when we were inside. No microwave. It was cold in the apartment and the heat only went on when we were not there, and never while we needed it. No common area except the kitchen table.
• Vicki (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay! The place was clean, easy to access with the electronic key, and I would definitely recommend it. There was a little noise, as expected in the main city, just mentioning it in case you’re looking for total peace and quiet.

• Timo (9/5): Great location, let down by technical difficulties and lack of instructions - The location is great and the apartment is well kept and spacious. The location is really great, but finding the apartment is a bit of a trick. You have to enter the (food) courtyard to find the apartment number or it's even easier to ask someone there. Then go into a dark hallway (there are light, just need to find and switch them on) and find the apartment. As others have said, it's quite tricky to get the automated stuff to work, however I had less difficulty with it once I figured out where the apartment is. Some signs or more clear instructions would be appreciated.
• Charles (8/5): Great location with everything you need. - Great location close to Ponte Vecchio bridge, so a short walk from the centre of Florence. Property was clean and tidy. Quite noisy, but it is a city centre. Good phone signal required to gain entry to the property, which was not always available. Some fittings were loose (e.g. front door handle came off in my hand)!

• Kim (7/5): A challenge but great location - The location was great, size of the apartment also. The lift was welcomed & host was fairly responsive. We were provided a link to open the door however with poor wifi in Florence we attempted to download the link for approximately 30min - 1hr with great frustration. Eventually we were successful with the help of free wifi from the downstairs restaurant that we had eaten at 1hr earlier. Thanks to them we were able to get in. Most communication was on bookings.com, however when provided info about check in a random email was sent, so finding the details was difficult as I expected for all information to be together - after a big day travelling in heat lugging a suitcase around Florence - a simple check in was welcomed. The entire time I was unable to access the vitual unlocked app, so I relied on my friends wi-fi access, keys were also provided but these only opened the building door - I was unable to open the apartment door. Having poor wi-fi also proved trouble some communicating with the property whilst outside the building. I reported a blanket was dirty, however a clean sheet arrived shortly after. This was very prompt service. I think people with limited I.t. Knowledge would find this check in extremely troublesome.

• Courtney (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed our stay here. Property is central and in the hub of Florence. Two bedrooms and bathrooms which was great for a stay of 4 people. Check in process could have been better, we were advised that check in was at 3pm though there was a cleaner present until around 4pm. The check in process is entirely online via a virtual system. Which at times was difficult as you require internet connection for this which wasn’t also available.
• Lene (10/5): Perfect spot in Florence - It’s the perfect apartment stay when in Florence! Ponte Vecchio right out the door, spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small kitchen all we needed. So easy with virtual key access, a luggage storage right next to the apartment and the bus stop in the street outside. Some noisy neighbors when we were there, kept slamming the doors and yelling at nighttime..

• Silvia (9/5): It was perfect - The location is more than perfect. Close to everything.Easy to find and you have everything nearby. One of the bedroom is really noisy at night because is on the Main Street.
• Lesley (8/5): Would absolutely stay again! - Very spacious, great shower. Super easy to walk to everything. Beds very comfortable The keyless entry didn’t work every time due to some connectivity issues, which was a little frustrating- but worked out ok. The kitchen light didn’t work and could really use a wine opener
