• anthony kaycee (1/5): Worst stay ever. - The apartment had 2 bathrooms good for a family. There were cobwebs in the bedrooms, and the wall had a big hole behind the door. We were informed by the landlord to not make noise as the neighbours called police on the previous people who stayed there and the landlord breached his contract about parking. He also wanted to access my phone by telling me to log him into my phone by taking off my settings and allowing him access to add me to a group chat for the apartment. The landlord also wants to claim damages to a towel that had stains on it stating the use of heavy make up which I don't use nor my children or wife. The overhead shower shoots out in all directions. Worst apartment stay I have ever had

• Chantelle (8/5): Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Would stay again - Modern and clean. Very comfortable beds. Landlord is always a phone call away should there be any problems (there wasn’t). Easy check in and check out process. Prior to arrival, I was informed by the landlord about the property having noise sensors. We were encouraged to keep noise at a minimal (party of 3). People had been fined in the past from making too much noise. I guess I felt pressured to be quieter than normal (even just having normal conversations or moving around the property). The property can sleep up to 10 people…naturally a party of 10 would make some noise so this never made sense to me. The property is also on the street. When people walk past it feels like they’re inside the property. The TV did not work in the living room. Despite this, the property is excellent and exactly what we needed for one night stay. Very clean.

• Fatima (10/5): Spacious comfortable space - The property is so beautiful. It’s so comfortable and spacious we had a beautiful evening with my family.
• Mariel (10/5): Comfortable stay - The property was nice and modern. Felt very warm and cozy especially during the storm. Heated floors at the bottom ground. Well equipped and with a convenient on street parking at the front. The bathroom downstairs was flooding when taking a shower. It probably needs to be deep cleaned. Could use another fan since the flat was quite warm at night.
• Jade (1/5): Overpriced property and the host is rude and inappropriate (watched us at night) - It is aesthetically pleasing but not worth the money at all, especially as the host is rude The host is terrible. He is very controlling and made us girls very uncomfortable. There is a noise monitor in there which was not disclosed to us until the day before. When the noise is above 70 decibels he sends multiple messages and calls your phone non stop. Mind you, the property holds 8 guests and there was 7 of us there. I looked it up and 70 decibels is the equivalent to the washing machine being turned on or the tv being on. To expect 8 ppl to be quieter than a washing machine is crazy. At 1am he decided to come to the property because he felt it was too loud. Prior to him knocking we had seen a man standing and looking through the SEE THROUGH curtains but we did not know it was him at the time. Around 5 minutes later my friend won a game and she cheered we all told her to be mindful of noise and he knocked on the door immediately. He had been outside waiting to hear noise so he could come in. This was so inappropriate because the property sleeps 8 guest due to the 2 double sofa beds in the living room. This means that the living room was the bedroom for 4 of us girls who could have been changing or sleeping at the time and he was just watching through the window, weird. When he finally knocked, we opened the door and became looking inside and made comments in some of the balloons we had put up claiming we were throwing a party. There we had put some balloons and sip and paint stuff up because we were having a sleepover birthday for my friends birthday. If 7 guest is a “party” then I do not know why the property is advertised for 8 people. In the morning when packing up, we wanted to dispose of our balloons and paint stuff to make the cleaning process easier for the cleaner. The bins were tiny and there were no spare bin bags. We went out to buy some (all stuff we didn’t have to do btw) to make it more presentable. Because of this we left the property 7 minutes late. In this time he called 3 times and sent many texts. He is so naggy.
• Carlene (10/5): Comfortable, noise monitor annoying with phone calls and noise monitor readings. - The property was very nice 👌 There was a noise monitor in the property, there was 10 ladies there we could not have a conversation without being notified of disturbing neighbours, there is a bub next to the property it was fully active and it was us who was disturbing the neighbours.

• Esther (9/5): Loved the place, would happily stay here again. - We loved the location as we used to live in this neighbourhood. It's right next door to The Crabtree which has excellent food and a great garden for catching up with others. There is a cafe just across the road which we didn't use but handy for breakfast, coffee etc. Super close to Craven Cottage if you're Fulham fans like us. If you walk straight to the main road there are a number of small supermarkets, very handy for groceries, plus for catching the bus, otherwise walking along the river was always a highlight to get to the tube. Lots of space for our family of 5. Our hosts were super flexible with checking in and out which was much appreciated, and having the option to leave our bags after checkout at the host's restaurant was a bonus. Just small things - for a large apartment that can sleep 10, there were only 3 glasses and minimal cutlery. Although there are 2 showers, we didn't use the bottom one after finding the water would leak out onto the bathroom floor.

• Varghese (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment. Perfect location and the clear instructions from the owner. Clean and tidy. 100% recommend to friends and families. It would be really benifical if you could provide big fans in each bedroom.
• Joanna (8/5): Family group - The location was perfect for our needs. Transportation was readily available when we needed it and we were also able to walk to attractions. I recommend Fulham Palace and Chiswick House and Gardens, both of which meant walking along the very pleasant nearby riverside to get to. The accommodation was a good size for our group and we were able to use the kitchen facilities well. The set up was very comfortable to socialise with each other in the evenings. The staff were very forthcoming with useful information, easy to contact and incredibly giving and responsive to our needs. They acted quickly to meet queries and requests. We stayed during a particularly hot week in London and it was a challenge to cool the property sufficiently. The owners were quick to provide a standing fan which helped with this to an extent.

Comfortable and convenient, quiet location. - It was extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean and spacious and will all the mod cons you would look for in the kitchen and living room. Ventilation could be improved. It was quite warm and yet it wasn’t especially warm outside.
