The location is excellent, very central and convenient, with restaurants, shops and everything you need nearby. The room was perfect and exactly what I was looking for: clean, comfortable and well maintained. I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would also like to especially thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism. They were very understanding and helpful when I needed to modify my booking, and I truly appreciated their support. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Impossible de dormir, le matelas faisait une cuvette, j’ai du le mettre par terre pour arriver à dormir. Très inconfortable. - Aucune pression à la douche - Fonctionnement de la douche très difficile à comprendre, j’ai mis 10min à avoir de l’eau qui ne soit pas brûlante - Check in avec une machine automatique, très désagréable - On entend le bruit à l’extérieur - Pas de fenêtre
• Ibra (5/5): Nice comfortable stay but both rooms I had has no windows and it doesn’t state that when advertised. - The first room given to me had no hot water at all and the wifi didn’t work in the room. I was initially happy to go to another hotel if they were willing to cancel but in the end they changed me to another room. This room was fine. The room does not state it is windowless. In all fairness, it wasn’t an issue in the end but if I knew the rooms have no windows at all I wouldn’t have booked it in the first place. This needs to be advertised when advertising your property on any platform. It’s misleading otherwise. Some people need a window.

• Lucy (7/5): - 服務人員很讚，非常熱心有禮貌！ 離地鐵也不遠，樓下就是夜市。 完全沒有熱水，洗澡時快冷死了，有訊息通知人員，但過了一段時間櫃檯人員才來，也是無法修復，有說要更換房間，但都洗完了！隔天因洗冷水澡身體欠安，旅館有同意免費晚退房，算是有盡力補救了，要住此旅館洗澡前要確認熱水是否正常。
• Natasya (8/5): Best suited for short stays - Convenient city centre location. Bath tub was very comfy and spacious. Room was also quite big and clean. Easy check in&out. Property should mention that there are no lifts and on-site car park. Pantry was dusty and room was not too soundproof since its facing Petaling Street.

• Odette (9/5): Arrivée à Kuala Lumpur - Un hôtel sécuritaire et bien situé. Cependant il n’y a pas de réception réelle nous devons faire le Check in et le Check out sur une machine pour avoir notre carte de la chambre. Assez bruyant car c’est juste à côté du marché dans le quartier chinois.

And the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved as there was a small mould on the sink area. I'm glad the staff helped to carry our bags to the 3rd floor

• masaumi (9/5): 観光には◎　コスパ良し - セントラルマーケット、駅からも余裕で徒歩圏内。周辺はコンビニもレストランもたくさん。どこへ行くにも便利。観光には最高でした。 窓がある部屋に滞在しましたが、そこそこ大きくてホットシャワーもOK。冷蔵庫はありませんが特に不便は感じませんでした。 夜は基本静かですが、気になる人は耳栓があれば問題ないかと。ベットも寝心地が良く熟睡できました。 総じてコスパが良いと思います。
• Amer (6/5): Okay, good location and clean sheet but not much else - Strategic location in the heart of KL. Lots of places to see nearby. No elevator so we had to go up 3 levels by stairs every time. corridors are open to the street so they were always hot and humid. rooms had no windows so they felt damp and stuffy. Every time we got to the hotel it felt less like sanctuary and more like an extra step. They refused to give us two keys

Room was clean for Malaysian standards There were no lifts and our room was on the third floor so had to carry all our heavy luggages up and down. There were some insects crawling about in the bathroom but we've seen worse in Malaysia so this was soo much better compared to Malaysian hygiene

• Jorge (7/5): Un hotel normal con buena ubicación - Buena ubicación en el Chinatown de KL. El saloncito de la tercera planta era bastante agradable y te daba un respiro de la habitación. Habitación sin ventana y de espacio bastante raquítico.

• Wing yin agnes Chak (7/5): - 就在唐人街上，真的十分方便，旁邊就是KL車站，捷運站，用走的10分鐘內一定到。吃的根本不用擔心，只是沒電梯只有樓梯，只有樓梯，不過服務員會你拿行李上去。 房間很大廁所也超大 只是清潔度沒有，打開馬桶馬桶蓋很骯髒，而且廁所都沒洗，外面跟廁所地上都黏黏的，我用濕紙巾搽3次才好點，希望他們維生要再十分加強，還有洗澡的控制不好，不能只用冷水，除了這個其他都很好
