• Andrew (8/5): Nice place to stay in a very convenient location if visiting the Valley - Great location. Fantastic view over London. Only a few minutes walk to pub and curry house. Very quiet. Parking was awful. Main reason I booked was because it said that free parking was easily available. Arriving at 9,30 on Friday evening found it very difficult to find a space. Did get one eventually but some distance from the property. The flat also needs some T&C - especially in the bathroom, where there is mould around the shower. TV remote also very intermittent.

• Claire (1/5): The worst wouldn’t recommend and I should realistically have a refund - I unfortunately did not like anything about this premises. The photographs do not match the actual place, may have done 20 years ago and nothing had been done since then. It was dirty, it smelt, the mattress was too small for the bed, the bed linen wasn’t clean on any of the beds. Washing left in the washer machine. The one room stank and had used towels hanging in the cupboard. The place could hardly be classed as an apartment it was high rise flats. There was an antidepressant pill in the drawer of the bed which was filthy inside if someone had a child with them this could be dangerous. One of the windows didn’t have a handle. The light casing in the bedroom broken. I spoke to the owner via text stated sorry it’s not as clean for you dear no it’s not clean by anyone’s standards to rent out for that kind of money. I told him it wasn’t good enough. I had to stay in a hotel I wouldn’t stay there in that so I paid twice. The toilet seat didn’t match the toilet I had lots more photos but it will only let you add four.

• Elke (3/5): Vorsicht! Ganz schrecklich dreckige Wohnung! - Der Blick auf London war toll. Die Wohnung ansich war bestimmt auch mal sehr schön, aber man muss so eine Wohnung auf pflegen. Das ist leider nicht passiert. Der Eigentümer hat auf unsere Beschwerde hin zwar angeboten nochmal eine Putzkraft zu schicken, das haben wir jedoch aus Zeitgründen abgelehnt. Wo soll ich anfangen? Die Sauberkeit in der kompletten Wohnung war echt schlecht. Die Küche war dreckig, in den Schubladen gammelten alte Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch vor sich hin. Dadurch kamen natürlich die Obstfliegen und die Ameisen in die Küche. Die Töpfe und Pfannen waren dreckig. Der Backofen war wiederlich. Kaffeespritzer unter der Decke. Im Gefrierschrank lagen noch altes Gefriergut vom Vorgänger oder noch älter... einige Fliesen in der Küche waren kaputt, der Türgriff zum Badezimmer war rausgerissen, eine Türzarge stand ab, der Toilettendeckel passte nicht auf das WC, Schimmel in der Dusche. Unser Doppelbett war eigentlich 1,60 m, die Matratze darauf aber nur 1,40 m. Wenn mein Mann sich gedreht hatte, bin ich wach geworden, weil die Matratze so sprunghaft war. Das war der erste Urlaub, wo mein Mann und ich getrennt geschlafen haben. Er hat sich für das harte Sofa entschieden. Das Babybett stand kaputt in der Ecke. Das Deckenlicht zum Schrank funktonierte nicht. Die Schränke mussten wir auswaschen, Spiegel putzen, Wandlampe defekt, Schrankleute defekt. Die Unterschränke im Bad und in der Küche waren einfach nur eckelig. Wie kommen garantiert nie wieder. So etwas haben ich auf meinen ganzen Urlaubsreisen noch nicht erlebt. Ich glaube auch nicht, dass die Wohnung überhaupt geputzt wurde, wenn doch, würde ich der Raumpflegerin neue Putzutensilien zu Verfügung stellen. Das ging gar nicht.

Quiet neighborhood, available parking most of the time. Host was very open and attentive. Cleanliness issues, the apartment needs a basic renovation and a cleaning lady. Stainy everywhere, dirty cupboards, appliances not thoroughly cleaned. It feels like an apartment that didn't get the attention needed for some time now.

Large space, quite at night and super view into the skyline of London. Alright equipped with everything needed. The host is very approachable and kind - thanks for that. Nothing mentionable

The apartment is also very close to bus stops so it was easy to get around London. Close to The O2. The appliances were neat. The cleanliness, unfortunately. It is very poorly cleaned. There are many stains all around.

• Amanda (1/5): Worst place we have ever stayed. - Nothing to like Very disappointed with this apartment, the pictures are not a true reflection of the accommodation. Lesson learnt, if there’s no pictures of the outside of the property listed, do not book. As soon as we walked into the apartment there was such a strong smell of weed, so bad it actually made my son sick. All windows had been left open by the cleaner to try and get rid of the smell, this did not help at all. We planned to spend the evening chilling before I ran the London marathon the next day but we ended up having to go out for the evening as the smell was so bad, upon leaving the apartment we then found that the front door was broken and nearly took 10 minutes to just open the door, a huge safety risk. Reported issues to the owner who then informed us the previous guests had a party and caused the problems, so he knew of these issues before we arrived but failed to inform us. Tried to reach an agreement with the owner for a part refund, what he offered was an insult. The apartment was also extremely dirty and slats on the bed were broken too. I can honestly say we felt very uncomfortable in this accommodation and my son was actually scared. Do not book.
• Raymon (7/5): Okay stay, but not very clean. - The space is comfortably large. It didn’t feel very clean. Lots of mold on the wet surfaces in the kitchen and shower and most of the kitchen surfaces had dirty smudges. The property indicated there were towels - but we had to go through a cupboard and find the towels in bags with random bed sheets and other textile items, that didn’t feel very clean. The main bed is very small for two adults and because it had very bouncy springs in it, if the other person moves a tiny bit, the entire matras went up and down.

There was a lift up to the 5th Floor which was great as I am disabled. There was all the facilities you need for a great stay. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy and clean too There was nothing that we didn’t like. A beautiful apartment

• Cumbo (8/5): Overall we are satisfied. London accommodation is expensive and generally at a much lower standard - Value for Money given it was in London . Although not near a tube station it was still fairly central Bed and Linen were below standard and not reflective of the Bookings .com rating. I think 4 adults (2 couples)would struggle with long term occupancy as beds are small and 1 bathroom not ideal . I think this should not have been offered based on my search for an apartment four 4.

• Susan (7/5): Not central to London as we had hoped - you need to put photos of the outside on your website - Spacious No eating places near by in walking distance - lift didn’t work 4/5 days so had to carry suitcases 5 flights of stairs.
• Jane (8/5): Great for a few nights - The location is great, close to the train station and amenities with a Sainsbury's nearby. Plenty of free parking. The apartment is spacious, and has lots available to use like shampoo, shower gel etc. The view is fantastic, and there was no noise at night time at all so we've all had brilliant nights sleep. Lamin is a very attentive host, ensuring we had everything we needed whilst we were there. Unfortunately the lift was broken, and as the apartment is 5 floors up this meant we had to plan our days so that we could tackle them as few times as possible. Looking at other reviews it seems this is a common occurrence, but not a fault of the host - just something to be mindful of. I feel that the photos on the listing are a bit out of date now, although clean, the apartment could do with some tlc. Wrong size mattress on the bed frame, wrong size toilet seat on the toilet, no pictures on the walls, and the plug sockets in the study are hard to use because of the back board.

We had an uncomfortable stay and the overnight co - The view was stunning and generous space Lift not working and we were five floors up. The entrance and stairs to property felt very stark and unwelcoming eg heavy steel metal doors to get in .Also the mattress size too small for the bed frame in the main bedroom and therefore not comfortable Also a broken blind in second bedroom so had sunrise flooding in at 4:00am
• Emma (8/5): Would definitely stay here again - The apartment is really nicely decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen with tea/coffee etc. it’s comfortable! I’d recommend this apartment to friends and family. The host was really good at communicating and making sure everything was fine throughout the stay. It’s not the fault of the property but the lift not working with it being on the 5th floor was a little frustrating when we arrived with luggage but it made us do the stairs so not a bad thing.

Lovely views and nice and bright. We never used the kitchen as ate out but we did have drinks in and found there was lots of glasses but none very nice so these could do with being updated. The bathroom was lovely and clean but was only given 2 towels between 4 of us so a couple more would have been great. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious and beds comfortable. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Right on the bus route to go direct to the O2 and only 15mins away, which saved on taxi/ train fares! Parking outside which we found fine and got a space with ease. On the weekend we stayed the lift was under repairs. We was informed of this before the stay so was prepared but still 5 flights of stairs is hard work! Otherwise apart from the small bits already mentioned- nothing else wrong!
