• Józef (8/5): - It was small kitchen with possibility to do meals self. Promised WiFi was not available. The bathroom faucet needs repair.
• Steve (9/5): Fantastic location, super comfy bed and it is in a quiet and central neighbourhood. Close to cafes and all the major si - The bed was super comfortable, the location was very central and close to all the major sites. The neighbourhood was quiet but felt completely safe. Overall it was excellent and we would definitely come back. The flat got a bit damp with 3 people showering and we weren’t able to get the air conditioning to work properly.

• sid (6/5): Great location , facilities are just ok - Best location . Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, pantheon, etc in 5 min walking distance. Very secure location , right next to parliament building. Big room and bathroom May be it was ou4 room # 136 . Few things - no elevator to floor 1, so need to carry bags up the stairs. Elevator only to level 2 and up - the safe box didnt work - A/c was turned off , we were told it will start during summer season . Although, it was pretty warm during the day inside the room . - Shower was leaking onto the bath floor - Wifi in the room is pretty weak.

Très propre Attention à la réservation: le logement mis en avant est parqueté et plus cosy que le second plus froid, sans chambre séparée et en rez de court donc sans intimité. La communication avec l'hôte est courtoise mais pas forcément réactive, notamment pour un check in en amont.

• Merche (9/5): Buena ubicacion, estancia comoda - Ubicacion ideal, al lado del circo romano y boca de la verita. Andando a todas partes y a un pado del rio y trastevere. Por poner una pega, La parte superior, el altillo un poco incomoda para acceder, para gente mayor pero solo subiamos a dormir. Resto genial, secador, cafetera calefaccion todo ok. Es un tercero con ascensor. La porteria y el entorno muy bien cuidado.

Very beautiful building, safe neighborhood. - We were picked up at the airport; although our flight was late, we were met at the airport and taken to the apartment. We were given excellent tips about the neighborhood. Marco kindly gave us a lift to the nearest supermarket although it was really late. Everything was very easy to arrange. Thank you! Maybe a couple of extra blankets, as the weather was quite cold and it got a bit chilly at night. But, we asked for some and they were provided immediately.

La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi dal Colosseo e dal Circo Massimo, praticamente non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di prendere i mezzi pubblici. Comodo, pulito e ben climatizzato. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato!

Dalla pulizia impeccabile all’organizzazione dell’appartamento, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale per visitare Roma in poco tempo e ci ha permesso di goderci al massimo la città. Quello che ci ha colpito di più è stata l’attenzione e la cura verso gli ospiti: ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. • Attilio (4/5): - La posizione Camera situata su un soppalco con soffitto bassissimo. L’accesso dalle scale aveva una altezza di nemmeno un metro e ho sbattuto una dolorosa testata nella trave. Le ringhiere del soppalco non consentono alcuna sicurezza per i bambini con rischio di caduta. Prese della corrente non bene fissate al muro con fili esposti.

• Inna (8/5): Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the fantastic location, but better coordination for check-in would make the exp - The biggest advantage of this place is definitely the location – it’s just a 5-minute walk from the Roman Forum, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The area is beautiful and full of history, and we really appreciated being so close to major attractions. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was not as smooth. We weren’t able to check in at the agreed time, and we had to wait while the cleaning service finished preparing the apartment. This was a bit disappointing after a long journey.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Neighborhood felt safe, and getting in to the property was easy. Easy walk to many nice restaurants and major historical attractions. Place was clean and well cared-for. We would have liked some blankets for the beds - it started to get cool in the evenings and we only found one duvet.
• Matthew (8/5): Great location, clean apartment with nice amenities!! - Great location right next to the Forum!! Very clean and a good amount of space for a family of 3 (2 teenagers and 1 adult). A little warm, but it was also a pretty hot week when we were there.

• Susie (9/5): Quiet, clean and comfortable. Lovely apartment near the Roman Forum. - We loved our stay here, a cute apartment on a quiet cobbled street, near the old ruins of the Roman Forum. Clean and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen. Easy access via foot or bus to get to the hustle bustle parts of the city, but lovely to relax and recharge in this area, with lovely coffee shops nearby. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and was nice and warm for this time of the year.

• Michal (10/5): The price/performance ratio was great in this location. - The accommodation is right in the center of Rome. Most of the main sights are literally at your fingertips. Even though it is in the center, the apartment is in a very quiet location. One of the few shortcomings was that the kitchen lacked a dishwasher. Parking the car and entering the ZTL zone in the center can be a problem.
• Mastroianni (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great. Not too far, not too busy. Clean. Air conditioner shuts off at one in the morning until about 730. The outside temp at night didn't drop below 90 deg that week, so opening the windows didn't help. Air conditioner didn't keep up when running and the fans were needed to keep us comfortable. Bathroom door knob was not attached, if you closed the door behind you you needed to use the loose knob to open the door. You can get locked in if the knob wasn't on the cabinet. Communication with management was not complete or timely. Shuttle pick up was at a cost when advertised as included. No hot water on the last day
• Peter (8/5): We would stay there again. It was quiet and clean. Be prepared to walk. - The apartment was nicely outfitted and clean. The owner was flexible and responsive to messages. The location is very close to the ruins and colosseum. There is an upstairs bed and a sofa bed. The listing made it appear that there may be three beds, but there were just two. It was fine for us but something to note. There was an air conditioning unit, but the unit was still a bit hot. Also, the location was very close to the colosseum but it’s on the side that is away from restaurants and shopping. It’s about 3/4ths of a mile to get to most restaurants. (There are a couple closer but we wanted more options.)
• Bogdan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in an excellent location. The apartment is very clean. The host is very kind and helpful. We arrived very late and he organized a taxi from the airport for us at an affordable price. THe attic is very low and access is a bit inconvenient.
• Lauren (8/5): Great location. Clean apartment - Location was amazing. Property was very clean and is located in a very nice area. The building itself is also very pretty with a nice courtyard. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work, and we did not hear back from the host on how to turn it on/fix it.
• Alessandro (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent! Super close to the colosseum and the circus maximus. Very quiet area as well so not much of an issue to catch a well deserved rest. Also, the hosts were very kind and leave us some coffee, wine and cookies when we arrived! The light switches were confusing at first and it took some trial and error to know what turned on what. Other than that I dont have any more things to say about the place.

• Laurence (1/5): Bad Bad Bad accommodation. - Accommodation was not suitable as expected the bedroom is a Loft which you have to crawl through to get to the bed. I slept on the couch as the stairs are unsafe. The advertisement says apartment and doesn't let you know it's just a downstairs with a cubby hole for a bedroom. The kitchen was smelly. I didn't trust the lift and there was no way to contact anyone if things went wrong. I only stayed for one night as was too tired to move so moved out next day and I found a decent hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as I don't think the provider was honest in the online description of the accommodation.
• Maryna (10/5): Elegant Roman Holiday - The property has a good vibe, it is charming and comfortable, has everything that you need and is a perfect size for a family of 2-3 people. The building is renovated. I think it is good value for money. The location is very nice.

• Οσια (10/5): The best time of our day in Rome! - The location is perfect because it's quite and close to almost everything by foot! We only take a bus to go to Vatican. The apartment was very clean and the host was very thoughtful and helpful to provide us a cozy accommodation! A bottle of wine, a packet of spaghetti and a vase with tomato sauce was waiting for us when we arrived! The apartment was very well heated and exactly as described on the photos! We had hot water every time we needed it!I am very satisfied! I would definitely recommend this apartment!" The best time in our day in Rome" , i named it like this because this is what we said with my sister when we returned every night in the apartment from a tiring but also pleasant tour in Rome!😅 We really enjoyed our staying and we will return for sure!
