- Richa (4/5): -
- Abigail (1/5): Misleading ad - I was disappointed that they lie in the announce saying that it’s a private studio while it’s in fact a room in a shared house and you also have to share the bathroom with all the other guests
- mark (10/5): - Stayed over 2 weeks, nice quiet place
- Delfia (10/5): -
- Diana (2/5): - Reasonable location. On entering the property there was the strong smell of cigarettes. Also the boiler broke and we were without hot water and hitting for two days, which really spoiled our family holiday.
- Bindu (2/5): Never staying here again. Communication was abysmal. They did the bare minimum to keep it clean. Felt like a scam the wh - Location was close to family that I was visiting. Room smelled like smoke and there was a wet spot on the bed. It is a non-smoking room. I tried contacting the property. They didn’t pick up when I called. They messaged me with check in instructions just before check-in. I responded to that message. They asked me to send photos of the issue with the bed. I sent via WhatsApp. They responded saying, “You won’t need this, this is just to look nice on the bed.”
- Scott (1/5): Far from stunning do not stay here - terrible (scammers) - Nothing Absolutely horrendous stay. Within 20 minuets we left the property as it was not clean and had a party going on upstairs with smoking and a cannabis smell. Rotten food in the kitchen (black eggs), no paper towels or hand soap. No towels for showers provided. Dirty room and bedding it certainly wasn’t stunning.
When contacting booking.com for a refund - I was told it would be escalated but they couldn’t get hold of the property owner and they didn’t respond and there is nothing they could do.
I feel I’ve been scammed.
- Neira (8/5): Bueno, nos tocó el estudio en el tercer piso, no recomendado para adultos mayores o personas con movilidad reducida - Cómodo y seguro Lejos del centro

- Andy (7/5): - Room was nice its not 1.5 miles from Wembley as advertised it was 2.5 miles
- Gerlyn Joy (8/5): - Easy self check in instructions, towel and toiletries made available Location, nearby bus stops but around 15mins walk to nearest train station

- Rosie (9/5): Very good stay near Wembley - Very clean and had everything you need for one nights stay!
- Una (8/5): - House was clean, tea and coffee facilities in the communal kitchen, room was a god size even with 3 single beds, simple self check in as well. Oh and the bed was comfortable Maybe a small TV in the room and a mirror
- Niamh (3/5): It is what it is! - The room was semi spacious, there were 3 of us travelling The bathroom is shared between the whole house of which there are many rooms, it smells damp and the floors are old and sticky. Which is not clearly listed on the booking. It’s a long walk from either Neasden or Dollis Hill underground, the area is not the nicest and the outside looks like a hovel. It’s okay for the price, you what you pay for. But I would not recommend it, if you don’t want to stay in what is probably the equivalent of a hostel. Very disappointed.
- Marek (3/5): Honest review - The location was decent and at a decent price Unlike like its advertised the place does NOT "include a private bathroom" not even a private toilet for that matter also the gray throw that was on my bed was dirty
- Teodora (5/5): -
- Jazzmin (10/5): Lovely stay for a weekend of concerts - The property was very clean, lots of space and comfortablr to be in, we stayed for three days over a concert weekend at wembley stadium. The kitchen was well equipped and the water machine was a brilliant feature, its stocked with many appliances such as a oven, toastie machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and even an airfryer. A double fridge freezer so its suitable for anyone staying for longer.
The beds are not super comfortable but you get what you pay for and they where clean and suitable for a nights sleep. The cleaner arrived multiple times which was nice knowing it was being cleaned often. The house is not located a 15 minute walk away from the wembley stadium or arena. Its a 15 minute walk too the tube station and during the day thats ok but at night I felt uncomfortable wouldnt recommend for someone alone. The tube takes 1 stop to arrive at wembley park. It is a 15 minute drive or a 55 minute walk to Wembley.
Its one bathroom to five rooms, at one point there was 10 of us one night but the bathroom waits were not long and the showers very nice.
Its also very hot in the rooms we brought our own fan as I knew it would be hot. Maybe next summer the hosts can provide some fans for the rooms :)
- Rysava (8/5): Warm, friendly, inspiring house with lots of sunshine - The house is kind of positive and supportive. It’s warm, with lots of sunshine and friendliness. It has positive energy and beautiful vibes, modern upgrades and uplifting energy. So my total stay there prolonged, to almost three months. Regardless they only rent for a weekend or maximum a week. Otherwise it’s inspiring and lively. I didn’t like a massive leaked brown stain at the kitchen, at the ceiling, where every short term guest was wondering if I am the cause. It has mostly Islamic neighbourhood. The cleaners didn’t like me much either, but the house was generally clean. The bad side, I was Universal credits user, but the house was found too comfortable for taxes abuser, so I’d rather recommend it for private rent only. Also I was renting the smallest room, and I am claustrophobic, which was very difficult for me to adjust as a long term rent. Moreover, during my stay I had an injury, caused by job center and their agresivity, for not allowing perfect. As a result I was asked to leave, without allowance to extend. While being told I given the house maintenance team, bad references during my stay, and specifically I wasn’t even wished a farewell and sooner recovery with my injury. On top of all, Harlesden Job Center referred me to Homeless shelter for housing assistance, instead of given support, as a result I was put completely off the housing allowance via Booking.com!
- Carl (7/5): -
- Mark (9/5): Very good nice and clean - Clean and fresh Bed a bit small
- Lesley (7/5): Clean tidy apartment with lots of space fairly close to train station - Nice little apartment ,tidy and clean The only issue was the bathroom door didn’t close properly and there was no lock on the door
- Mike1184 (9/5): Superb - Really comfy room all as stated. Would happily stay again
- Shehbaz (8/5): Very good -
- Joe (6/5): Pleasant -
- Keshia (1/5): Bad -
- Aleksandra (9/5): Superb - Very clean, perfectly equipped kitchen, good location. No mirror (there was only one in the bathroom above the sink).
- Gavin (3/5): Shared house, not an apartment. - Bed was comfortable This was sold as an apartment, but it was infact a room in a house, with multiple other occupants. Everyone having to share 1 shower 1 toilet between 5 different rooms, so potentially 9 people using all this. The advertisement made out there was an en suite per room etc. The description makes it out to be an apartment with individual facilities, but theyre all shared. 15 minutes from Wembley is also by car. Transport links aren't great do uber is the best way to get anywhere, which also costs an absolute fortune.
- Susan (2/5): Unsatisfactory - When we arrived after a difficult time trying to find the place with little help from the contact number just advised to google we finally entered the room to find dirty towels bedding from previous people litter everywhere curtains hanging if the curtain track , the shared bathroom was dirty , the cleaner arrived approx 2hours after our check in time and fortunately had spare towels for us before we headed out to a concert, we needed a shower from the travelling and walking round London trying to find the house , the traffic was very bad overnight and the kitchen door was left wide open !
- Lisa (1/5): Didn't stay, didn't feel safe. Facilities not as advertised! - this was not as advertised. Advert looked like a room in a family home like an Air BnB, Id never of booked it thinking Id be sharing a home with complete strangers, men were looking at us from upstairs windows. Didn't feel safe taking my nieces there. It certainly wasn't a stunning house as advertised. The front garden was run down and overgrown with overflowing bins on the drive. Also, as it was so close to Wembley I booked it for the parking which, on events days at Wembley, you can't park on the street so that was no good at all. Asked for refund but didn't get one. We drove off quickly and booked a Premier Inn. Bookings.com you might want to ask for exterior photos in future?
- Gemma (7/5): Good -
- De (8/5): Very good -
- Sabrina (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean and the location was literally only a 15 min walk from the tube station The room was quite hot so maybe a suggestion to get a fan would be great but apart from that no complaints at all.
- Ray (8/5): Very good -
- Kamil (8/5): Very good -
- Rysava (2/5): Very poor - The room seems to be cozy and welcoming at first! But only for check in and check out! Review for 86 Dollis Hill Road – Deeply Disappointing Stay
★☆☆☆☆
Not even once did this house radiate any sense of positivity or make me feel welcome. From the very beginning, the atmosphere has been cold, hostile, and draining. I constantly felt like my intellectual energy was being stolen, leaving me mentally empty, unable to concentrate, barely speaking the language, and often too exhausted to even get out of bed.
The WiFi situation is appalling—my personal phone connection mysteriously stopped working, forcing me to buy a brand new phone, which also failed to connect properly. The house WiFi is the only option, but it has caused major issues: it shut down my iPhone and completely destroyed my iPad. It feels invasive, like you’re being digitally trapped and monitored.
There’s absolutely no sense of long-term livability here. This is not suitable for extended stays—at most, it could barely pass for a 1–3 day stopover, and even then, I wouldn’t recommend it.
The cleanliness is just as bad. The cleaner only shows up after someone checks out, and sometimes the bathroom remains dirty for days. She clearly doesn’t care about hygiene—just about turning over the space as quickly and carelessly as possible.
This place is exhausting, unwelcoming, and invasive. My advice? Drop in, drop dead, drop out—and definitely don’t rent here if you value your well-being or your sanity.
- Rysava (2/5): Very poor - The rooms are relatively clean! Review for 86 Dollis Hill Road – Smallest Room (2x2m)
★☆☆☆☆
I rented the smallest room in the house—barely 2x2 meters—and can honestly say the comfort level is nonexistent. There’s constant disruption: endless check-ins, unrelenting mental pressure, and a complete lack of personal space or peace. During my entire long-term stay, not once did I feel supported or welcomed by any of the other guests. It felt more like being watched and judged, especially for things I had no part in—whether it was someone else’s mistake, “Wok culture,” or some other invented madness.
The cleaner never shows up for actual cleaning duties. When she does appear, it feels invasive—like she’s there to access or sell data, not clean. It’s as if my private life is treated like a chaotic digital junkyard, open for exploitation.
Adding to the surreal experience: the fridge area seems to always feature the same strange combo of KFC leftovers and a “Kitty Kat”—as if it’s part of some bizarre routine, replayed over and over like a broken record on pita bread.
To be blunt, this place doesn’t feel like a real home—it feels like a trap. The atmosphere is toxic, privacy is ignored, and the whole setup reeks of deception and exploitation. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent, respectful, or supportive living environment.
- Neil (9/5): Superb - Nice big room, communal facilities were clean. Very easy and flexible check in Beds were a but hard and the curtains very thin
- Maringlen (8/5): Very good -
- Linoy (8/5): value for money is the key 😊 - The room smelled amazing and was very clean and comfortable in terms of hygiene. The public transportation was relatively clear and convenient. A nice advantage was that we had the apartment to ourselves most of the time, but one evening, a very large family arrived, and it felt overcrowded-especially considering there was only one bathroom. Also, while public transportation was convenient, the apartment was about an hour away from central London.
- Mujahid (7/5): Good -
- Eastwood (9/5): Superb -
- Jana (7/5): Good -
- William (9/5): Book! - The porperty was extremely similar to the pictures, extremely clean, a modern and clean bathroom and provided shampoo and soaps, along with towels. The location was great, only a 30 minute journey out of london, it genuinely didn’t feel that far away and was so worth it for the price. Genuinely would stay here again if I came back. There was zero communication upon booking. The day before we checked in they sent booking details, but they could have sent other messages to allow us to be more confident upon arrival. Otherwise, they are very kind and understanding.
- Nana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Somayeh (3/5): It was worth not the money , I didn't even get to have a good sleep due to the unsanitary bed. - The kitchen and Toilet and bath were clean the bed and pillow didn't have cover sheets, and they smelled sweat from previous users.
- Kristian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (7/5): Good -
- Cameron (7/5): Great Wembley Location, clean shared house. - Easy self check in, able to park nearby for free, nice area, 15 minute walk to tube station which is 1 stop away from Wembley. Clean 3 bed room, clean shared shower room. Shared kitchen with ability to use fridge, kettle, tea/coffee. Nice to have access to back garden to sit in the sun. 1 shower room shared between 5 groups, which could be busy/awkward if the house was fully booked. Tea/coffee could be better quality. Expensive for a single room with shared facilities but likely just due to the event at Wembley
- Iván (1/5): Scammed - I feel scammed with Booking.com, 2 reservations with issues through your platform This reservation didn't happen. The property manager simply said that my reservation didn't exist and I paid in advance
- Michael (7/5): Clean, good location, great for a bed for the night. - Clean rooms and not too far from the stadium.
It had a kitchen but we did not use this. Only 1 key between 2 rooms, someone had put the chain latch on the main door when we came back so had to knock loud to wake them up so we could go to sleep.
- Nicholas (8/5): Very good -
- Jarvis (9/5): Lovely - Clean and new facilities. Staff were polite and it was really easy to access the room It was really hot.
- Clare (9/5): Superb -
- Schaffer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacki (9/5): Clean and just a few bus stops away from Wembley, great place to stay after concert. - Facilities to make a morning coffee. The kitchen was clean and beautifully presented. Only one bathroom with the only mirror. It was upstairs so we had to keep checking that it was free as we were in the Downstairs room
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Allan (7/5): Good -
- Natasha (3/5): Poor -
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Trina (5/5): Good value very clean parking a bonus but shared bathroom not for me - Good location and parking was a bonus and it was very clean On booking this property it was not made clear that it was a shared bathroom , I booked a triple room with shower so obviously thought we had our own bathroom but this was not the case !
- Ian1719 (5/5): Wembley trip - Decent location for Wembley - reason for visiting -not 15 mins away though unless you had a zipline Issues with no key to get in, poor communication with no replies to calls or messages. Not great.
- Ella (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and tidy. Comfy bed The lock on our room got stuck. So when coming in after our concert at Wembley stadium we were trapped in the hall for 20 minutes
- Victoria (6/5): Okay, clean food facilities just bit of an unfortunate set of circumstances - Facilities were nice, clean and tidy, well kept house and location ideal for Wembley stadium Staff weren’t very responsive and we were told we could check in at 3 (we were already on a tight schedule and needed to leave at about 3:15 after checking in but the place hadn’t got the rooms cleaned/ready and turned up at 3 to start which made us late for a pre paid event, the door locks are also unreliable and we had an issue getting into one of the rooms late at night
- Zhealene (9/5): Superb -
- Jc_007 (9/5): Superb -
- Janti (8/5): Very good -
- Jim (10/5): Exceptional - It was incredibly cozy and the bed was amazing 10/10
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Local shops, easy access to tube station, so quick easy route to Wembley
- Aaron (6/5): Pleasant - the check in process was difficult as it is self check-in, but if you are prepared better this will work for you
- Bingbing (10/5): We enjoy stay here - House here is great Nothing
- Chana (3/5): A real disappointment - The bedroom overlooked a busy street and was so noisy, with inadequate window covers to block out the lights and noise. There was a piece of chewing gum stuck to the wall in clear view when I entered the room. The bathroom was gross with hairs all over the floor despite a clean sink. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a toilet that served 4(+?) bedrooms and no tissues in the bedroom. It was not obvious in the listing that the bathroom was a shared space so I was horrified to find no en-suite for the £145 a night I paid! The Wi-Fi network they listed could not be found. There was no additional lock inside the bedroom, so anyone who had the code could enter it at will, which made it feel very unsafe.
- Rebecca (4/5): Disappointing -
- Will (7/5): Good - Joyce was a fantastic host after we had been let down by another host through this platform last minute. Within the hour we were sorted and re-accomodated Could benefit from a TV in the room, and bathroom required a deep clean but other than that everything was fine
