• Paulina (9/5): Hermosos deptos en salta capital - Tiene buena ubicación, es un edificio nuevo y moderno, es muy lindo la verdad. Siempre que tuve alguna duda me la solucionaron por WhatsApp. A nosotros nos tocó uno con un balcón hermoso. Lo único “malo” es que se escucha bastante al vecino, se ve que las paredes son muy finitas. Pero nada grave… es solo un detalle

• Guest (6/5): Central location, okay for a short stay. - Breakfast was included in the booking confirmation, but was initially omitted and only offered after our complaint. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere. I’m not sure where the mistake occurred, but…while this did not affect us much, it may be inconvenient for other guests, especially families with small children. Clear and accurate communication in advance would be important!

• Yvannie (8/5): - La piscine et la salle de sport est un vrai plus ! L’appartement est spacieux et il y a tout le nécessaire pour un très court séjour. L’ascenseur fait énormément de bruit, même la nuit, quasiment constamment. Nous n’avons pas eu tout ce qui était prévu dans le petit-déjeuner malgré notre demande à la serveuse. La vue du logement donne sur un grand mur en construction et le vis-à-vis des balcons voisins.

• LILIANE (9/5): Appartement de tres bon standing près du centre de Salta - Tres confortable dans un immeuble sécurisé, cet appartement possède des équipements modernes. Notre contact a ete très arrangeant et disponible pour répondre à nos questions, Le petit déjeuner en bas etait tres bon. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine ou les équipements sportifs. A 20 min à pied du centre, Nous avons eu un peu chaud dans la chambre / le ventilateur est bruyant.

В принципе хорошая кухня, мебель и пространство Главное: был предоставлен номер более низкой категории - вместо номера с видом на город был вид в колодец и стройку. Владельцы сослались на "ошибку в booking com" 1. Стройка создаёт дополнительный шум - во время дождя капли стучат об навес, не дают заснуть. 2. Лифт слышно слишком сильно - особенно ночью (8 этаж), номер точно не соответствует ожиданиям по тишине. 3. Двери скрипят 4. Розетки только аргентинские - для зарядки всех гаджетов пришлось искать переходники. 5. Есть микроволновка, но вся посуда - с золотой каймой, которую нельзя использовать в печи.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Top notch place - The apartment was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfy and the terrace is huge. The reception and owner were wonderful. Having the pool and gym was a great facility as well. The only thing we would have liked were some more pans and cooking equipment as we do like to eat in sometimes.

• Gustavo (5/5): Muy buen departamento pero hay que esperar que termine el edificio de alado - Enfrente hay una obra de construccion. Se abre la ventan y estan los albaniles a 4 mt. Tuido toda las 8 hs Tendria que decir que hay ruido todo el dia y que nos se puede abrir las ventanas

La pileta bien pero esta con mosgo Nos hospedamos en este lugar por un día 31/10/25 porque estábamos de viaje muy cansados, el departamento está pegado a la contruccion de un edificio pegado a este, en piso 8F, el ascensor se escucha el ruido de la. Maquina como golpes y frenadas, con un ruido terrible, las ventanaa dan todas a un hueco interno donde tenes pegado a los vecinos a 2 metros cero intimidad se escuchan las conversaciones de los vecinos y los ruidos de la obra .. Los ruidos son terriblemente insoportables, Taladora, neumático, percutoras, etc. Al reservar no me dijeron nada pero por lo que pagué era como estar en el Sheraton. NO LO Recomiendo,,
• Pusineri (9/5): - El departamento impecable confortable, nuevo y limpio. Excelente La cochera, para descarga de equipaje es incómodo porque no tiene fácil acceso y si vas cargado se complica subis por la rampa de entrada caminando y luego las escaleras más allá que es un piso.
• Emilio Oscar (8/5): 3 dias en Salta por congreso - Muy bien ubicado, nos manejamos caminando por la ciudad en forma excelente. Los anfitriones muy amables, la cerradura digital muy simple de usar. Muy linda la pileta, el gimnasio, todas las amenities en general, y el departamento muy bien equipado Las vistas desde el departamento que nos toco no tienen nada que ver con las fotos. De hecho, todo nuestro departamento daba al hueco del edificio, y en el terreno de al lado hay un edificio en construcción. Nunca pude abrir las cortinas porque tenia a los obreros en frente, el departamento quedó muy oscuro con esta cosntrucción

• Marcelo (9/5): - El departamento es nuevo y hermoso. Muy bien equipado. Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del centro y de la zona de peñas. Realmente no le falta nada. El edificio cuenta con gimnasio, SUM y pileta. Hay cochera disponible, pero se paga aparte. Una lástima que estén haciendo un edificio justo al lado. No se pueden abrir las ventanas ni las cortinas durante el día porque tenés a los albañiles casi adentro del departamento y por otro lado, se llena de polvillo todo.

• tomas (4/5): Diría un 10 porque la pasamos de diez, pero nos tocaron dos días feos que pensábamos disfrutarse la pileta”climatizada “ - Todo limpio y nuevo Venden servicio de pileta climatizada, después te la venden con que el agua no es termal y. La misma la ponen a 15 grados ,helada no se puede usar son un chiste ! Nos cagaron mal el viaje.. cuidado si alquilan la pileta no la van a poder usar salvo. Que vayan en pleno verano

• Silvia Ramona (7/5): No recibí lo que me vendieron. - Es lindo a la vista. 1- no tiene aire acondicionado en el dormitorio. 2 al lado hay un edificio en construcción no podíamos abrir las ventanas sin tener polvillo y gente mirando hacia adentro (no hay privacidad). 3 - me hicieron elegir si quería vista a la ciudad o a las montañas, elegí montaña pero lo único que veía eran obreros trabajando, fumando, música muy fuerte y se sentía el olor a orín. 4- en la publicación decía que el dpto tenía cochera, el día anterior me dicen que no y que tenía que pagar $ 15 mil más por día. 5- las colchas tenían manchas.

• Ellen (4/5): Overall, it is a nice apartment, spacious, the top floor had a washing machine and a lovely pool and seating area which - The location and the Olivia Cafe downstairs was so lovely to get a coffee and pastry. The shower was really good too. The cleanliness of the towels and sheets were not up to standard there were brown stains on all towels and also a little on the sheets which is not acceptable, even the “fresh” towels that we requested were a disgrace they had brown stains all over them and the sheets were not replaced when we stayed for 7 nights, although we would’ve put them on ourselves we just wanted clean sheets and towels and this was disappointing.
• Hannah (10/5): Wonderful apartment - One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. Incredibly clean and fully equipped kitchen. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location. Nothing to dislike!
