También la atención de Martin, quien desde el primer momento fue muy amable con nosotras. No nos gustó la presentación personal de la persona que nos recibió, si bien es cierto es la imagen del lugar; es bastante importante que las personas estén limpias.

El servicio fue amable, la piscina es excelente para los días calurosos y la ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca del centro y del Boulevard del Río. Sin duda volvería. La experiencia fue buena en general. Solo sugeriría mejorar la frecuencia del cambio de toallas para los huéspedes que permanecen más de una semana.

- Torices (8/5): Calidez del personal y buena atención - La calidez del personal, la limpieza que mantienen en todas las áreas, la tranquilidad que se tiene en la habitación y la ubicación son las cosas que más les valoro. Aunque no pude meterme a la piscina, ya que estaba en mantenimiento, el cuidado que vi, personalmente, que le dieron para tenerla en optimas condiciones me hace saber que les interesa ofrecer un alojamiento en dignas condiciones para quienes llegamos. Seguro volveré! Sería bueno advirtieran que los casilleros en las habitaciones compartidas no cuentan con cerradura o candado y es necesario llevar el propio; me parece que lo mas optimo sería que buscaran alguna opción para que los viajeros no hagamos ese gastos como en otros alojos. Pienso que en la ducha de la parte alta podrían colocar percheros en la pared, para que uno pueda tener mayor comodidad con la ropa que se va a quitar y poner para bañarse.
