• Bgmike (9/5): Good for money - Fast and easy access to the host (to get/let the keys, to communicate). Good location of the property: 5-10 minutes walking distance from bus and/or metro stations. Easy access to the apartment: located on the 1st floor and, as a "bonus", the building has also elevator available. Spacious apartment quite well equipped: AC, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster .... I would say, ideal for a family, for a few (more) days stay. A long balcony (over all 4 rooms) with the possibility to have a breakfast/coffee there. Parking: during the day, easy to find a parking place nearby (on the street, around the building), much more difficult in the evening/night. (By the way, as a general rule for Athens and with very very few exceptions: the free parking means actually parking on the street, on your own risk and how close or far away it can be, depends on your luck. Not to mention that in some areas you don't even have this possibility.) The large/double bed from bedroom: very uncomfortable and noisy; you cannot even turn without disturbing the others. Cleanliness: Just to be very clear, nothing so serious to make me regret the choice and/or go away in the next moment but, definitely, it could have been better - chips bag and a tonne of dust under the bed, the kitchen's furniture stained and sticky on some places, kitchen's and bathroom's floor needed some more ... attention. Overall, looked like a place cleaned on the fast-forward mode and a 6 out of 10 sounds fair.
• Inegal (9/5): Very well - Big apartment, with a very equipt kitchen, AC in each room. The bathroom small, but ok. Hot water and washing masin. Good communication with the host. Surrounding....I think that the apartment is situated in the emigrant quarter, because you meet a lot of people other than native Greek. However we didn't felt unsaved on street.
