• Scott (9/5): Amazing stay at a cozy centered place - The location is perfect. It is a close to a trainstation, supermarket and the sea. The room itself is nice and cool with plenty of space to store clothing and accesoires. Alessio is an amazing guy who is super helpfull in all aspects (e.g. from providing info about sightseeing and also about the surroundings and transport.). There is a parking garage inside the structure, which is expensive, but safe and handy. The plates, glassware and utensils were still a bit dirty at arrival.

• Ana (7/5): Buena parada en Nápoles. - Los consejos de Alessio sobre cosas que ver en nuestra estancia en Nápoles, todo un acierto. Además fue muy amable y flexible con nuestra llegada y salida. El apartamento está en una zona tranquila y aunque algo alejado del centro, está bien comunicado con metro y si vas sin prisa caminando, el paseo por la costa es muy bonito. Hubiera agradecido encontrar algún producto básico como un poquito de aceite o vinagre, pero entiendo que igual no es posible que se puedan dejar en el alojamiento. El aire acondicionado se agradeció mucho ya que hizo muchísimo calor esos días, pero creo que no enfriaba mucho.

From the moment we arrived, he provided us with so much helpful information and great recommendations on what to see and where to eat, including the best places to try authentic Neapolitan pizza. The apartment’s location is perfect—situated in a quiet area near the sea and a large store, making everything easily accessible. Just a short walk away, there’s an incredible coffee shop that became our go-to spot in the mornings. One of the best parts of our stay was being able to walk along the beautiful coastal street to reach all the key locations in the city. It was such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The location was excellent—close to the waterfront, great restaurants, and easy transport options. Alessio was a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

It's closer to the more calm part of Napoli, near the sea + you could walk or take a buss to the Spanish quarter & historic city center. There are also plenty of bars & restaurants around tehb appartment. Alessio is a great host, always helpful & friendly and easy to reach in case of questions! Will definitely stay again when visiting Napoli

Also, he showed us everything a tourist should see in Napoli and is not very much know on TripAdvisor od Google 😊 the apartment was cool and Well equipped. Near is the metro station and it is well connected to the whole City. It is only 200m away from the sea, 200m from the supermarket, and only 400m from the Michelin star 🌟 pizzeria 50 Kalo. I'll he back 😁🤘 The only remark I have is that I booked the room with the jacuzzi in the room, and got the other one 😁 it was not the deal braker

• Joceline (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Napoli - The place is located in a great area. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. We got a bottle of wine as a welcome gift which was a great surprise. No parking included but a parking place is just next to the apartment.
• Sania (7/5): Good - We liked having a fridge and dishes. The water went cold in the shower after 10 minutes and took a long time to warm back up. The bed was also a bit hard for our liking. There was only two towels for our whole stay and only one extra toilet paper which wasn't enough. It was hard to work the security lock at times

The bath is very nice addition, especially to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Watch the step between bathroom and the hall, it can be dangerous at the beginning, before you get used to it.
