• John (10/5): A pleasant comfortable visit - It's a few steps from the metro stop, and the neighborhood is loaded with great restaurants. We traveled to the city center and didn't get lost. The bed was comfortable plus the kitchen and bathroom were perfect for us. We cooked our own breakfast every day and had coffee on the enclosed terrace. Everyone in the building is quiet and friendly. Highly recommended. We were confused about paying the visitor tax ahead of time, so don't make our mistake please 🙏

Doporučuji všem, kdo chce navštívit Řím a být v italské čtvrti mimo úplně turistic - Naprosto skvělá komunikace s hostitelem, skvělá lokalita (metro, obchodní centrum, místní kavárny, dá se pěšky do Centra - Vatikán 35 minut). V ubytování je slyšet hluk z chodby a vedlejšího pokoje, ale nic strašného. Je to suterénní byt, bylo trosku chladno od podlahy, tak doporučuji přezůvky s sebou :)

• Melinda (9/5): - Nagyon közel van minden tömegközlekedés. Tiszta lakás,minden ahogy a képeken látni. Csendes, nyugodt helyen van. Boltok pár méterre a bejárattól. Kicsit rugalmasabb lehetne a " személyzet". Reggel érkeztünk. Amikor nincs előtte éjszakai vendég, akkor plusz összegért engedhetne bejelentkezni. 15 óra elott 1 percel sem nyilt ajtó( automata rendszeres) Terminin a csomag megörzőt ajánlom ezért
• Jarosław (10/5): - A great place. Truly charming. Perfect for a single person, and I think for a couple as well. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable week in Rome. Self check-in, good communication with the host via messenger. It's in a local Roman setting. Ignore the complaints from some people about barking dogs, loud neighbors, and other such nonsense. You get a place among locals, and that's special – appreciate it! The district is full of restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, markets, and small shops. Everything you need!

• Ardeleanu (10/5): Exceptional - It is the perfect suite for a couple, or a family with one child. 3 minutes walking distance from metro station and a direct line to termini station. The terrace is a nice plus.
• Kateryna (7/5): Good - Great location, almost all amenities for a comfortable stay, and the terrace is definitely a big plus. Slippers would have been helpful, as the floor inside wasn’t very clean. Communication with the owner was stressful — we weren’t sure we would be able to check in properly until the moment we were actually standing in front of the apartment door.

• Dan (8/5): Fine, but could be better - The terrace was great in the evening, with a good wine and a cigar. You have to bring with you all kinds of small things like sugar, spices, oil, which you would normally expect to find there
• Jan (7/5): Good - Great location with many restaurants and shops. Close to the metro. In day it is easy to get there. The appartement is tidy. Bad communication with the owners about getting inside (keys and code). The water in the kitchen was always cold. A barking dog next door was pretty annoying. It would be nice if there were some spare batteries for the door lock Nuki. I suggest to invest in some sharp knives too.
• Traveller (10/5): Amazing stay, quiet and central - The apartment was very quiet, with an amazing location with Metro at the door, 10 min travel to the Vatican. The host was excellent, providing all the useful information and being very attentive. Has a Nespresso machine, which is great for a very nice fresh coffee in the morning. Neibourhod with all the required services at your door, supermarket, pizza, restaurant, groceries, parking for 18 euros a day. The only thing is that we wished there were a table and chairs in the amazing terrace. Would have been nice to have dinner outside or just enjoy the terrace a bit more.

Electricity kept cutting out frustrated trying to cook cut out .. not good English trying to report any problems with owners. Give up in the end just got on with it .
